Abstract

Fikih aurat dalam ranah beragam pendapat ulama dan cendekiawan kontemporer. Fikih aurat akan menghasilkan fikih hijab. Dimana hijab terdiri dari jilbab, khimar, burqah, dir sabigh, milhafat, dan sebagainya.  Melalui istidlal, para ulama fikih (baca: al-fuqaha) telah merumuskan batasan aurat bagi wanita dan pria, baik di luar atau di dalam rumah atau di dalam ibadah semisal shalat, ihram, dan sebagainya. Istidlal  ulama-ulama ini tidak dianggap mewakili ajaran islam. Maka hadirlah para cendekiawan kontemporer dengan metode istiqra< mengorek kembali dalil-dalil yang digunakan oleh para ulama dan menghadirkan pandangan bahwa jilbab itu tidak wajib. Dan dianggap inilah ajaran Islam yang membebaskan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan mengurai 4 tokoh feminis muslim yang dirasa dapat mewakili latarbelakang para penggugat jilbab. Fikih aurat diverse opinions of scholars and contemporary scholars. Jurisprudence Fikih aurat willproduce hijab. Where hijab consists of jilbab, khimar, burqah, dir sabigh, milhafat, and so on. Through istidla<l, the jurists (read: al-fuqaha) has defined the limits within women and men, either outside or inside the home or in worship such as prayer, ihram, and so on. Istidla<l these clerics are not considered to represent the teachings of Islam. When the idea of contemporary scholars with methods istiqra pry back the arguments used by the scholars and presents the view that the veil was not obligatory. And this is the doctrine of Islam is considered liberating.  In this study, the authors will parse 4 Muslim feminist figures were deemed to represent the background of the plaintiffs jilbab.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze three sub-problems, namely (1) the implementation of Bugis local wisdom-based character education in social studies subjects, (2) the role of Bugis local wisdom values in shaping student character in social studies subjects, and (3) the factors that influence the implementation character education based on local wisdom in social studies subjects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants consisted of 3 social studies teachers and 9 students of SMP Negeri 1 Patimpeng, Bone Regency who were selected using the cluster stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of Bugis local wisdom-based character education in social studies subjects was carried out by the teacher designing character education material through classroom management first before starting learning, cooperation between schools and families, and making behavior guidelines in class. Character education is implemented using various learning models and methods, such as the STAD model, lecture, and assignment methods. The role of Bugis local wisdom values in shaping student character in social studies subjects is carried out by the teacher rewarding students who behave honestly, respect each other during discussions, and are responsible for the assignments given. Factors that influence local wisdom-based character education implementation in social studies include external (parents and teachers) and internal (students' ability to socialize) factors.
