Abstract

This study analyzes the development of human capital strategy in go-public manufactur-ing companies, examining the several effects of variables, and also the effect of interven-ing variables on the development of human capital. The population consists of 151 go-public manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The purposive sampling method was used and 12 companies were taken in which 10 of respondents from each company consisting of managers and staff, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It shows that the first, the external environment has positive and significant effect on the planning and management of human resources, education and training, and the development of human capital, but has no significant effect on improving employees, employee performance and recognition, and employee satisfaction. Second, the internal environment has a positive and significant impact on the planning and management of human resources, employee improvement, education and training, employee performance and recognition, employee satisfaction, and the development of human capital. Third, planning and human resource management, employee improve-ment, education and training, employee performance and recognition, and employee satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on the development of human capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh stres, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada sekretariat daerah kabupaten barru, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru yang berjumlah 95 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) yakni dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai sampel total sebanyak 95 orang pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan stress kerja secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru, dengan titung = 7.903., 7.312 dan 8.483 > tabel = 2,00. TolakH0, Terima H1. sehingga stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru, dimana Fitung = 5,382 > Fabel = 2,65. TolakH0, Terima H1, sehingga stress kerja, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Variabel kepuasan kerja yang paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru dilihat dari nilai determinasi yang paling besar yaitu 0,738.Variabel kepuasan kerja yang paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru dilihat dari nilai determinasi yang paling besar yaitu 0,738. There is a positive and significant influence of motivation together (simultaneously) on the work performance of Barru Regency Daerah Secretariat employees, where Fitung = 5.382> Fable = 2.65. TolakH0, Accept H1, so that work stress, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the work performance of Barru Regency Daerah Secretariat employees. The most dominant work satisfaction variable on the work performance of Barru Regency Daerah Secretariat employees is seen from the greatest determination value, 0.738. Abstract

This study aims to test and partially analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and discipline partially and simultaneously and the most dominant variables on the performance employees in Polewali Mandar Country. This research was conducted on employees in Polewali Mandar Country, the research approach used by researchers was a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study included all employees in Polewali Mandar Country. Sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census) by taking all the population randomly sampled as many as 47 employees in Poliwali Mandar district. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that the value of Fcount was 75.727, meaning that the independent / independent variable (X) compensation, work environment and discipline simultaneously had a positive effect with a significant 0.00. Furthermore, from the description of the t test the independent variable (X) has a significant effect on Compensation, Work Environment and Discipline partially with the tcount of the compensation variable 4.159 with a significance of 0.00, Work environment variable (X2) with a tcount of 3,432 with a significance of 0.01, Discipline variable ( X3) with a tcount of 2.055 with a significance of 0.04 and based on the results of the standardized beta value, it is known that the variables which include compensation, work environment, discipline have the greatest influence on performance is the compensation variable of 2.055. ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan Untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara parsial pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin secara parsial dan simultan serta variable yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai ASN di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai ASN di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi seluruh Pegawai ASN di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan mengambil semua populasi dijadikan sampel secara acak sebanyak 47 orang pegawai ASN di kabupaten Poliwali Mandar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 75,727, berarti variabel bebas/independen (X) Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif dengan siginifikan 0.00. selanjutnya dari uraian uji t variabel bebas/independen (X) signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Disiplin secara parsial dengan nilai thitung variable kompensasi 4,159 dengan signifikansi 0.00, Variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) dengan nilai thitung 3,432 dengan signifikansi 0.01, Variabel disiplin (X3) dengan nilai thitung 2,055 dengan signifiknsi 0.04 serta Berdasarkan hasil nilai beta standardized diketahui bahwa variabel-variabel yang meliputi kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, disiplin maka yang mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kinerja adalah variabel kompensasi 2,055.
