Abstract

Pembedahan atau operasi adalah semua tindakan pengobatan yang menggunakan cara invasif dengan membuka atau menampilkan bagian tubuh yang akan ditangani. Secara garis besar pembedahan di bagi menjadi dua yaitu bedah mayor dan minor. Bedah mayor adalah tindakan bedah besar yang menggunakan anestesi umum atau general anestesi. Pembedahan akan menimbulkan respon psikologis yaitu kecemasan, untuk mengurangi kecemasan dapat diatasi dengan masase punggung, karena masase punggung merangsang tubuh melepaskan senyawa endorphin yang merupakan pereda sakit alami dan juga menciptakan rasa nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi masase punggung terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi bedah mayor di SMC RS Telogorejo. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi eksperimental, dengan rancangan penelitian “one group pre test – post test desing”. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah 32 responden. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Rata-rata skor rentang kecemasan sebelum melakukan relaksasi masase punggung yaitu sebesar 43,44 setelah dilakukan relaksasi masase punggung turun menjadi 29,03, Maka selisihnya sebesar 14,41 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan relaksasi masase punggung pada pasien pre operasi bedah mayor dengan p= 0,000 atau < 0,05. Rekomendasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam mengontrol tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi bedah mayor dan Sebagai bahan masukkan dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya pengendalian dan penanganan non farmakologi terutama dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi agar tidak mempengaruhi proses operasi yang akan dilakukan pada pasien.

Abstract

Abstract : This research based on low mathematics learning achievement of student class VIIb SMPN 4 Peranap. Percentage of students reach KKM is 39,29%. The research was classroom action research. This research aims to improve learning process and student outcome by implementing cooperative lerning model structural approach of Think Pair Square (TPS). There are 28 students in the class, consisting 13 boys and 15 girls. The instrumen of data collection on this research are observation sheets for activities of teachers and students and math achievement tests. The observation sheets of teachers and students are analyzed qualitatively while the math achievement tests are analyze quantitative. The qualitative analysis showed an improvement of learning process prior to treatment of the first cycle to the second cycle. The result of this research showed an increase in student from the based score with the persentage 39,29%, to 64,29% on the first test and 75% on the second test. From the result of this study concluded that cooperative learning model structural approach of Think Pair Square can improve the students learning achievement at class VIIb SMPN 4 Peranap in the second semester academic years 2015/2016.Key Word : Mathematics learning outcome, cooperative learning model structural approach of think pair square, class action research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sanitation hygiene knowledge on the hygiene behavior intention of culinary students in SMK. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with an evaluative descriptive approach. Descriptive evaluative research is research conducted to investigate circumstances, conditions, situations, events, activities, and others whose results will be compared with criteria and conclusions drawn. The population of this study were X and XI grade culinary students of SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan, totaling 30 students selected using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used is a knowledge test question in the form of multiple choice of 20 questions which is used to measure the level of student knowledge and observation sheets to see student hygiene behavior at school. This study uses simple regression test analysis, the instrument is calculated using SPSS 25 and can be said to be valid if r count> 3.361. for the reliability test, the results are said to be reliable if Cronbach's Alpha> 0.60. In this study, the reliability value is 0.708. The results showed that 2 students' sanitation hygiene knowledge was in the low category (6.7%), 5 students in the moderate category (16.7%), 8 students in the good category (26.7%) and 15 students in the excellent category (50%). For hygiene behavior intention, 13 students were in the very good category with a percentage of 43.3% and there were 17 students in the good category with a percentage of 56.7%. The results showed that sanitation hygiene knowledge affects students' hygiene behavior with a large influence on the R Square value obtained of 26.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Synthetic Structural Analytical method using flashcard media on the beginning reading ability of class I students at SDN Rang Warga Laok. This research uses quantitative methods with a pre-experimental research design and a one group pretest-posttest model. The sample used in this research was 14 students using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection used student reading ability test instruments and teacher and student activity observation sheets. The results of the research show that 1) The results of the paired sample t-test calculation at a significance level of 0.05 show that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Synthetic Structural Analytical method using flashcard media. on the initial reading ability of class I students at SDN Rang Warga Laok 2) the application of the Synthetic Structural Analytical method using flashcard media in learning activities that lasted for 3 meetings was carried out well and obtained an average implementation score for the SAS learning method of 100% in the very good category , the average teacher activity score is 98% in the very good category and the average student activity score is 82% in the very good category.

Abstract

Learning requires appropriate media support, which can be in the form of original objects around or production results, in order to support certain learning activities. In this process, the teacher acts as a facilitator who conveys messages to students, who then become intermediaries to gain knowledge. This research aims to determine the learning process that involves teachers as directors and students as learning intermediaries to receive information in cognitive, affective and psychomotor forms. The research used is literary study. The literature study method is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. The results of the research show that learning media is needed to (1) increase learning effectiveness through student movement and thinking, (2) optimize the use of learning media for successful student learning, (3) adapt to curriculum developments for successful learning.

Abstract

Investment optimization is one of the important topics in the world of finance that aims to maximize profits with minimal risk. Mathematical approaches, particularly through the solution of nonlinear equations, have become an effective method of aiding investment decision-making. This article discusses the development of an investment optimization model that uses nonlinear equation solving techniques to determine optimal asset allocation. In this study, a nonlinear equation is used to describe the relationship between various investment variables, such as profit level, risk, and asset allocation. Using this approach, investors can find optimal solutions that meet their investment goals, whether in conservative, moderate, or aggressive scenarios. The methodology used involves historical data analysis, mathematical model formulation, and the application of numerical algorithms to solve the nonlinear equations. The results show that the solution of nonlinear equations is able to provide a more precise solution than traditional methods, such as linear programming or simple heuristic. This approach not only improves accuracy in determining the optimal portfolio, but also provides flexibility in dealing with dynamic market conditions. The proposed model allows sensitivity analysis to variable changes, allowing investors to make more informative and adaptive decisions. Investment optimization with the solution of nonlinear equations is a significant innovation in the field of finance, which not only supports investment efficiency but also opens up opportunities for the development of more complex investment models. This article is expected to be a reference for academics and practitioners in applying a mathematical approach for optimal portfolio management.
