<![CDATA[Faktor Penyebab Keterlambatan Proses Pembangunan Proyek Bandung International Convention Center Alif Yuniar Firdaus, Aninda, Gifardi Gimahakim, Bambang Subekti Jurusan Arsitektur, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Itenas, Bandung Email: alnius.mail@gmail.com Abstrak Pada umumnya seluruh proyek mengharapkan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai rencana, namun pada pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala yang menghambat pekerjaan tersebut terutama pada proyek besar seperti proyek High Rise dan Bangunan Bentang Lebar. Salah satu contohnya adalah proyek Bandung International Convention Center. Bandung International Convention Center (BICC) dipilih karena bangunan ini merupakan bangunan konvension bertaraf internasional pertama di Bandung. Hal ini membuat peneliti mencoba untuk menganalisis penyebab dominan dari keterlambatan proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analisis Deskriptif. Metode Analisis Deskriptif adalah metode yang dapat diartikan sebagai prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan keadaan subjek atau objek dalam penelitian. Jenis Analisis Deskriptif yang dipakai yaitu Studi Kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyebab dominan keterlambatan proyek BICC berasal dari aspek kepemimpinan dan ketegasan dalam pengambilan keputusan perencanaan proyek, sehingga berdampak pada aspek lain yang menyebabkan proses pembangunan berjalan tidak sesuai target pelaksanaan. AbstraCT In general, the entire project expect the work goes according to the plan, but there are factors that hinder the work especially on large projects like High Rise Building. One example is the project of Bandung International Convention Center. Bandung International Convention Center (BICC) is the first international convention building in Bandung. This makes the researchers tried to analyze the dominant cause of delay in the project. This study uses Descriptive Analysis Method. Descriptive Analysis method is a method that can be interpreted as a troubleshooting procedure investigated by describing the state of the subject or object in the study. Descriptive Analysis types are used, namely Case Studies. These results indicate that the dominant cause of project delays BICC is derived from aspects of leadership and decisiveness in project planning decisions, so the impact on other aspects that led to the development process goes untargeted.
