Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang sama-sama dihadapi oleh keilmuan dalam tradisi Barat maupun Islam adalah masalah penentuan batasan kebenaran yang diusung oleh tradisi keilmuan yang dibangun. Metodologi seperti apakah yang digunakan oleh masing-masing tradisi dalam menentukan kebenaran ilmu atau pengetahuan yang dibangun. Persoalan ini dalam tradisi keilmuan Barat telah melahirkan berbagai diskursus sangat intens, sehingga telah memunculkan berbagai teori yang membicarakan batas-batas kebenaran ilmu pengetahuan, yang salah satunya adalah teori falsifikasi yang dikemukakan Karl Raymond Popper. Teori Popper ini menegaskan bahwa kebenaran proposisi suatu ilmu tidak ditentukan melalui uji verifikasi, tetapi upaya penyangkalan atas kebenarannya melalui berbagai percobaan yang sistematis. Semakin besar upaya untuk menyangkal suatu teori, dan jika teori itu ternyata terus mampu bertahan, maka semakin kokoh pula keberadaannya. Prinsip dalam teori falsifikasi Popper ini tampaknya sangat baik jika diterapkan dalam berbagai studi keilmuan di dalam Islam.

Abstract

The limitation of human ability to make ethical assessments against each other only a behavioral manifestation of outer (not inner), while that could see farther, with a very high accuracy, the behavior of trajectories and the inner self is only Allah. Likewise, none able to ensure his good deeds are accepted by God, but that is just a hope. Therefore, it should be done every human being is always to implement muhasabah al-nafs, the introspection of himself every time. This paper tried to discuss efforts to the discovery of meaning in life through the process tazkiyat al-nafs, the inner actualization muhasabah against human behavior. In Sufi spiritual existence, which is often referred to as al-qalb, is a key determinant of good and bad behavior of human outer side. Therefore, the maintenance of probity and conduct careful management the key to success in living life the human world and the hereafter, to the pleasure of Allah swt. Nafs tazkiyatun process will produce really nice of the life achievements of happiness in this world and the happiness and salvation in the hereafter. This is not another ideals of every Muslim, who always want a happy life in the world and the hereafter, and survived the fire of hell, as prayer is often offered, ""rabbana atina fi al-dunya hasanah wa fi al-akhirah hasanah wa qina 'adzab al-nar".

Abstract

Model guidance and counseling for patients in hospital is still limited to the provision of services doa, religious guidances, edvice to be patients and put their trus to Allah , as well as assistance for patients who have al-death–death bed/dying (sakaratul maut). In fact, on the other hand the condition of patients in need of guidance is very diverse, thus requiring the application of methods, approaches, and models of different services. There for the implementation of guidance and counseling services for patients in hospital need to be formulated in the form of appropriate service based on the needs and sircumstances specified by the patients themselves. There are patients who only need guidance, but there are patients who typically require intensive treatment through the provision of counseling services. That’s why, the model seems to services for patients in theory should be categorized into two models, namely models of counseling services, which cater to regular patients, and the model of counseling services with special needs.This paper aims to describe the implementation of models of Islamic guidance and counseling services for patients in general hospital in central Java, and show that the service ideal formulation should be applied in order to meet/cater/fulfill the patients needs and specification. The ideal formulation of services for patients should be categorized into three models, namely models of guidance services, counseling services model, and model a combination of both. In addition, each service must be accompanied by the good and right recording process and all records documenting the results of administrative services.
