Abstract

Sex education is an important thing that must be taught appropriately to children, but some people still think that sex education is taboo for children to know, and they let them alone to learn. The purpose of this study is to describe how an agrarian society provides sex education. This research is qualitative research with an ethnographic research type. The results show that 1) The community uses fiqh (rituals of worship) learning methods to cover genitalia and teach the culture of shame from an early age. 2) People still feel it taboo to mention genitals directly. So, they use other terms that are considered not to stimulate crime and are more polite, namely to refer to the penis as sunik, gentog and anu, while the vagina is replaced with the terms memek, iwak kebo and anu. 3) People still use the circumcision method for women even though, World Health Organization (WHO) has stated it is prohibited. This study recommends the government and community leaders continue to carry out sex education for children with the correct method according to health, religion, human rights, and laws.

Abstract

Dancing is one of the most interesting activities for children and can develop children's gross motor skills in a fun way. The fact that the high and low gross motor skills of the children are caused by the activities given by the teacher are less interesting, they do more fine motor activities compared to gross motor activities. This study aims to determine gross motor development through dance activities in group B1 at RA IMAMA Kedungpane Mijen Semarang.This research method is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted with a total of 27 children. The instrument of this research is using observation guide and documentation guide.The results of the study concluded that: in the pre-action research, the results were 32.22%, then in the first cycle there was an increase in the average gross motor development reaching 55.74% and the second cycle the average gross motor development reaching 84.44%. This research is successful because it has reached the research indicator target of 75%.

Abstract

Abstract Al-Kautsar IT Kindergarten is an agribusiness-based kindergarten in its learning activities. This is very rare to find in other kindergarten institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe how to apply entrepreneurial values in early childhood through agribusiness activities at TK IT Al-Kautsar Mejobo Kudus. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method. Where data collection techniques are carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation, and taking from various sources or other relevant data. The subjects in this study were students and students of Al-Kautsar Mejobo Kudus IT Kindergarten. The results of this study show that educators can instill or implement entrepreneurial values in early childhood at Al-Kautsar Mejobo Kudus IT Kindergarten through agribusiness activities cultivating rabbits, ornamental chickens, catfish and cultivating vegetables such as eggplants, long beans, tomatoes, sweet corn, and gambas. The findings show that educators play a very important role in providing facilities to develop the cultivation of entrepreneurial values in children because these agribusiness activities certainly require adequate space and educators, therefore these agribusiness activities need to be prepared more carefully so that their implementation can run effectively. Keywords: Early Childhood; Entrepreneurial Values; Agrribusiness Abstrak TK IT Al-Kautsar merupakan TK yang berbasis agribisnis dalam kegiatan pembelajarannya. Hal ini sangat jarang kita temui pada lembaga-lembaga TK lainnya. Oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan tentang cara penerapan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada anak usia dini dengan melalui kegiatan agribisnis di TK IT Al-Kautsar Mejobo Kudus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Yang mana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, serta mengambil dari berbagai sumber atau data lainnya yang relevan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi TK IT Al-Kautsar Mejobo Kudus. Hasil penelitian ini pendidik dapat menanamkan atau mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada anak usia dini di TK IT Al-Kautsar Mejobo Kudus melalui kegiatan agribisnis budidaya kelinci, ayam hias, ikan lele dan melakukan budidaya sayur-sayuran seperti terong, kacang panjang, tomat, jagung manis, dan gambas. Dari temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendidik sangat berperan penting dalam menyediakan fasilitas guna mengembangkan penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada anak karena kegiatan-kegiatan agribisnis tersebut tentunya memerlukan tempat dan tenaga pendidik yang memadai, oleh karena itu maka kegiatan agribisnis ini perlu disiapkan lebih matang lagi agar pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan secara efektif.
