Indonesian people in each region have a wealth of local knowledge commonly referred to as local wisdom. The long-term goal of this research is to preserve and preserve local knowledge which is still relevant today. Traditional methods like this, in addition to obtaining benefits in their respective fields can also create harmony and unity among citizens. Because, local wisdom as one of the nation's adhesive tools in addition to the lack of harmony in society today. Communication ethics is a formal object and disaster mitigation in the â€œtemanten kucingâ€ tradition of Tulungagung is a material object. The method used in this study is hermeneutics by conducting a literature review to achieve the target. The results obtained are the understanding of heuristics by placing, description, interpretation, internal coherence and historical continuity so as to obtain a new synthesis that in this tradition there is a teleological-utilitarian content that is full of social and political nuances. Communication is done for the realization of a harmonious social climate and has a special character in creating certain goals. It can be concluded that communication ethics in the â€œtemanten kucingâ€ tradition contains certain values of teleological ethics (aiming) to lead the masses. This ceremony is aimed at goals (telos) values of wisdom and unity.Keywords: communication ethics, local wisdom, disaster mitigation

Film does not only provide entertainment for the audiences but also raises a realitythat exists in society. Not all films can be enjoyed by all audiences. This is becausethe scenes in the film contain elements of violence, mysticism, sex and other elements.The film of Han Gong Ju is a film adapted from an incident of rape in the Miryangarea, South Korea. This film contains elements of violence. Violence is divided intothree, namely physical, symbolic and sexual violence. The method used in this studyis descriptive content analysis. The results in this study are the existence of elementsof violence both physical, symbolic and sexual violence. Silent animation is an animation that was created without using sound recording, especially in dialogue. The greatest strength of silent animation is nonverbal communication which is all forms of gestures that are not words. This research attempts to examine Larva season 3 episode Garlic 1 and 2 by using the theory of nonverbal systems of kinesis and proxemics categories as a reference unit of analysis. This research aims to interpret the meanings of nonverbal messages by using the Gillian Rose visual methodology from site of self and site of production to find the meanings of nonverbal messages in Larva season 3 episode Garlic 1 and 2. The research uses a critical paradigm with a qualitative approach that focuses on scenes that are describing nonverbal messages in Larva visualization. The results had found that the meanings of nonverbal messages displayed in Larva season 3 episode Garlic 1 and 2 also reflected in recent life issues such as struggling, respecting others, earnest, and being patient. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh media film digunakan eminis eminism guna memperjuangkan hak-hak perempuan juga sebagai alat melawan penstereotipan eminism perempuan (Ayu et al., 2021). “Film The Great Indian Kitchen” merupakan film yang bertemakan perjuangan perempuan untuk dapat bekerja ke ranah emini. Dengan begitu, peneliti mengindikasikan bahwa film “The Great Indian Kitchen” mengandung nilai-nilai eminism di dalamnya. Maka, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengungkap representasi eminism dalam film “The Great Indian Kitchen”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan paradigma kritis, metode analisis semiotika John Fiske yang terdiri dari level realitas, level representasi, dan level ideologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa film “The Great Indian Kitchen” dominan merepresentasikan eminism aliran liberal. Hal tersebut ditemukan pada kode aksi dan percakapan. Aksi dan percakapan yang merepresentasikan eminism liberal yaitu mengenai kebebasan perempuan untuk memilih yang terbaik untuk dirinya, mengenai dukungan dalam kebebasan, kesamaan dan kesetaraan perempuan, serta mengenai perempuan berpendidikan dan bekerja.
