Abstract

ABSTRACT The granting of parole to prisoners is the last link of the convict's fostering business in the penal system. By means of parole, inmates can improve communication with the wider community, rediscover their self-worth as human beings and their existence as members of society. In this conditional exercise it must be considered or based on correctional principles, one of which states that during the loss of freedom of movement, prisoners should be introduced to society and should not be alienated from it. By observing one of these principles, it is hoped that the implementation of parole as a means to foster prisoners based on the penal system in achieving its aims and objectives. Factors that are an obstacle or barrier to the implementation of parole are as follows: The inmate concerned still has other cases that have not yet been decided by the court; The prisoner concerned has not received remission or legal deduction; Prisoners who are recidivists; The convicted prisoner during the fostering of the Penal Institution violates; Inmates who underwent less than one year of crime; The Correctional Officer does want conditional exemption to be increased, but the prisoner often commits an offense while in the Penitentiary, so that his administrative requirements do not support prisoners being sent for parole. Sometimes the decline of the parole decree is delayed and if something like this happens then the inmates themselves will be confused, while the officers have tried as much as possible, the prisoners may feel that the prison officers made it difficult to issue the decree. From these communities, parole often encounters obstacles that make prisoners feel less acceptable, for example the families of the victims are still grudging against the prisoners concerned and there is a perception from the public that these prisoners after leaving and getting parole may disturb the order and security of the neighborhood his place. Keywords: Parole

Abstract

Hypertension in pregnancy is strongly influenced by many factors other than the characteristic factor itself, an important role in the occurrence of hypertension in pregnancy is immunological factors. starting from the last 4 months of January-April 2021, there were 372 pregnant women and 90 pregnant women. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between pregnancy frequency and pregnancy hypertension at the Sukawali Public Health Center, Tangerang-Banten Regency. Research design: The method in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach to population correlation used in this study pregnant women at Puskesmas Sukawali, Kec. Pakuhaji 78 respondents. This sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. The results of the study showed that pregnant women with gestational hypertension were 15 respondents (19.2), of which 63 respondents were pre-eclamptic hypertension (80.8). At 2 years gestation, none of them had gestational hypertension. At a distance of 2-5 years of pregnancy there are 15 respondents with 19.2%, and at a distance of 2 years of pregnancy there are 63 respondents who experience preeclampsia with hypertension with 80.8%. value 0.05, which is 0.000, means that the majority of respondents with preeclampsia hypertension are more than gestational hypertension. The conclusions and suggestions in this study are that there is a relationship between the frequency of pregnancy and hypertension. Pregnant women are expected to always make visits to the puskesmas to check their pregnancy, and pregnant women are advised to follow the existing programs at the puskesmas in order to increase behavioral changes and awareness of pregnant women about the importance of health during pregnancy.

Abstract

The Academic Manager of STMIK IKMI Cirebon does not know the status of theses and final assignments submitted by students for the 2020/2021 academic year. They do not know who has or has not completed the mentoring procedure until a mentoring report is issued at the end of the mentoring period. The process is done offline and each process involves manual labor, paper-based guidance cards, duplicate, invalid, or empty data are examples of data restrictions. It can take a while to search for data, missing files, or missing files through physically stacked folders. An integrated web-based information system is the solution. Users can access it from any platform, including supervisors, BAAK, heads of study programs, and students. The research method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Extreme Programming (XP). The results showed that White Box Testing was 85% in the Online Guidance Information System (SIMABIN) for the main module so it was feasible for the deployment process. The application has gone through the deployment process and can record all student guidance activities starting from the process of submitting titles, guidance requirements, assignment of supervisors, process of guidance sessions, to the eligibility of hearings for each guidance week.
