This research aims to describe the lecturers' perception of using zoom cloud meeting as a teaching medium in ESP online learning. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research was the lecturers who teach ESP at State Polytechnic of Malang and University of PGRI Argopuro Jember. The results of this research showed that the lecturers could use zoom cloud meetings as a medium in teaching ESP during online learning, zoom cloud meetings could help the lecturers to teach, and it could help them to interact with the students when they did teaching and learning process. The conclusion was zoom cloud meeting has many benefits for the lecturers in ESP online learning. Keywords: Online learning, The lecturers, Zoom cloud meeting

UD Arang Tempurung is a trading business engaged in the production of coconut shell charcoal and coconut shell charcoal powder. The sieving system is driven by a combustion motor which results in an unstable rotation. This affects the sieve yield and requires skilled personnel for treatment. The filter material is made of a material that is less corrosion resistant. The next problem is that workers have not used personal protective equipment (PPE) while working so they are vulnerable to respiratory diseases due to a polluted work environment. To overcome these problems, the PkM team designed problem solving with the following stages: (1) Problem mapping, (2) Problem solving, (3) Tool development, (4) Tool socialization (5) Partner Productivity Monitoring Evaluation (6) Safety and Health Socialization Work (K3). The use of a sifter with an electric motor is proven to reduce operating costs by up to 90%. In addition to operational costs that can be reduced, operating time per 1.3 tons of production also experiences an efficiency of up to 20%. The knowledge of partners regarding the operation of tools and the application of K3 at work has also increased. This is indicated by the application of the use of PPE including masks when working. Partners have also paid attention to the placement and use of work tools better by considering K3 factors.

This community service activity is an activity about using the Language Electronic Dictionary Application to learn English in EECC Pare English Village which has a purpose to socialize and to provide knowledge about the use and utilization of the Language Electronic Dictionary Application as an effective, fantastic and innovative learning medium in English language learning in EECC Pare English Village. The target audiences were the English tutors. The method which was used in this community service was the approach method, the implementation method which was consisted of the preliminary stage, the socialization and hearing stage, and the evaluation stage. The result of this community service showed that English tutors in EECC Pare English village could utilize and use the Electronic Language Dictionary application as an effective, fantastic and innovative English learning medium. In addition, this application media could be a motivation and very popular with learners who are learning English.

Media is a teaching aid to convey messages to students during the learning process. The aim of the research is to develop Autoplay Studio 8 Media to find out the validity, practicality and effectiveness of Autoplay Studio 8 based learning media to overcome boredom in learning. This research adopted the Borg and Gall model with 10 stages which were made into 7 stages to develop English language learning media for class III with a total of 20 students at SD Negeri 3 Kandang Kapongan Situbondo. The material content is 98% and the presentation is 85% so that a total of 91% is in the very decent category. For media experts, there are several aspects that are assessed, including appearance (83%), menu (80%), coloring (73%), font (83%), implementation (83%), and a total of 81%. which is included in the very feasible category. Validation by educators who assessed several aspects of the curriculum was 93%, content was 85%, and media was 88%. If added up, the overall result is 88% in the very suitable category, while the results tested on media students are 90%, the material aspect is 90%, and the benefits aspect is 86%, so it is collected. The total is 90% so that the learning media using Autoplay Studio 8 with animal love material is suitable for use in learning activities, especially in class III elementary school, which is very helpful for explaining more in depth and can be developed in the form of smartphone software to be more effective and efficient. Siswa berkebutuhan khusus membutuhkan pembelajaran serta layanan khusus agar semua siswa dapat mencapai potensi yang maksimal sepeti anak pada umumnya. Salah satu tujuan SLB N Branjangan yang berlokasi di Jl. Branjangan, Semenggu, Bintoro, Kec. Patrang Jember, adalah mengembangkan siswa disabilitas yang mandiri. Mengoptimalkan kemandirian siswa disabilitas salah satunya dengan memberikan keterampilan praktis seperti membatik dan memijat. Kegiatan ini berupaya untuk mengajarkan keterampilan kepada siswa berkebutuhan khusus agar mereka bisa mandiri setelah keluar dari sekolah, seperti membuka usaha mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana keterampilan vokasi dapat membantu siswa disabilitas di SLB N Branjangan Jember menjadi lebih mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SLB N Branjangan Jember. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi semuanya digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Prasarana SLB N Branjangan Jember dalam menunjang keterampilan vokasi sudah cukup baik sehingga mendukung kegiatan penelitian ini. Keterampilan vokasional yang difokuskan di SLB N Branjangan yaitu membatik dan memijat. Dukungan dari semua aspek baik seluruh guru pendamping dan kepala sekolah antusias mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan keterampilan vokasional tersebut. Kata Kunci: kemampuan vokasional, kemandirian, anak berkebutuhan khusus.
