Abstract

Ciri khas negara yang berpenduduk muslim salah satunya adalah masjid, yang diperuntukkan bagi manusia uang sedang haus nilai-niai spiritual. Badan Takmirul Masjid hadir untuk menyadi penyambung antara masyarakat dengan media ibadah yakni Masjid, karena masjid perlu dikelola. Pengelolaan yang baik untuk melahirkan dayaguna dalam segala hal dan perlu ditingkatkan dalam aktifitas-aktifitas masjid.  Peneliti mengambil objek penelitian sebuah masjid di Desa Oluhuta, Kecamatan Kabila Bone, Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Badan Takmirul Masjid ini terus berjuang membangun dan memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi masjid dengan adanya trust dan integrity dilakukan secara terus menerus karena adanya perkembangan IPTEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, kemudian mengolah data untuk disajikan dalam sebuah kesimpulan. Peneliti berupaya menemukan peran dan dampak masjid dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat yang berbasis masjid melalui peningkatan trust dan integrity masyarakat. Penelitian diperlukan untuk dapat memahami kegiatan organisasi masjid yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Peran Badan Takmirul Masjid Al-Ma’arif dalam meningkatkan trust dan integrity pada masyarakat Desa Oluhuta terhadap keberadaan Masjid Al-Ma’arif yakni dengan Badan Takmirul Masjid Al-Ma’arif memaksimalkan kegiatan sholat lima waktu dan sholat jum’at dengan terus mengajak jama’ah untuk sholat di masjid, mengadakan agenda kajian sebulan sekali. Kemudian adapula peran lain dan dampak implementasi trust dan integrity masyarakat terhadap kemakmuran Masjid Al-Ma’arif yakni pertama dari sisi sosial dan budaya ialah mengamalkan budaya nahdliyin, kedua dari sisi pendidikan telah didirikanlah TPQ yang berguna untuk mendidik anak-anak desa Oluhuta dan dampak dari TPQ yakni anak-anak yang belajar dan telah didirikan pula Majelis Ta’lim Al-Maghfirah yang dikhususkan untuk para remaja wanita dan ibu-ibu.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Masjid, Dakwah, Integritas, Kepercayaan

Abstract

This article explains about the optimization of banking communication services that causes customer (campus community) dissatisfaction. Banking communication services as the main source of the problem are not being able to use internet banking in banking services, the lack of employees at the nearest BTN operational office, payment schedules that are often delayed because of internet integrity connecting between the campus and the bank is broken and service dissatisfaction has not yet reached the remote area. This study is a qualitative research by doing interview, observation, and documentation in data collection. The interactive analysis model is done in a descriptive qualitative manner and the data is presented with a SWOT analysis to determine the company's situation and strategy. The conclusion is the component of customer satisfaction in the form of: responsiveness, compliance, empathy, tangible, reliability and assurance which are elements of patterns of improvement in communication services have a positive influence on customer satisfaction in using banking services. This must be started and addressed by prioritizing customer needs. Researchers found that service influences customer satisfaction, which means that the greater the influence of service, the greater the satisfaction achieved by these customers, and these efforts continue to be carried out by BTN in maintaining customer trust in the company. Another thing is the need to optimize the strength they have to respond to opportunities that arise from external companies.

Abstract

Abstract Zakat fitrah must be paid by every Muslim, both young and old as a form of cleansing himself from all the traits and behaviors that have been done during the month of Ramadan and before. Not only that, zakat fitrah helps brothers who are in trouble in welcoming the victory day at the end of the month of Ramadan, those who are poor, poor people, amil zakat, people in debt, riqob, people who struggle with fi sabilillah, converts and ibn sabil are entitled to help. Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim country, of course always finds basic social problems. One of them is the empowerment of zakat fitrah for the poor. This research examines the management of zakat fitrah in Diloato Village, Boalemo Regency during the outbreak, namely covid-19 which encourages everyone to carry out activities without ignoring health protocols. This study uses a qualitative method that focuses on social analysis according to the realities of people's lives, which then collects data by producing descriptive data from the speakers as well as observing people's behavior, namely muzakki, amil and mustahiq. The data is analyzed so that it can be presented optimally and can draw conclusions according to the problems found. The results of this study show that the Covid-19 pandemic is not an obstacle and an obstacle for amil zakat to collect zakat fitrah from muzakki and distributed to mustahiqs in various ways while still promoting health protocols, because social needs need more attention by all parties without exception. Keywords: Management, Zakat, Zakat Fitrah Abstrak Zakat fitrah wajib dibayarkan oleh setiap muslim baik tua maupun muda sebagai bentuk pembersihan diri dari segala sifat dan perilaku yang telah dilakukan selama bulan Ramadhan dan sebelumnya. Bukan sampai di situ, zakat fitrah membantu saudara-saudara yang kesusahan dalam menyambut hari kemenangan di penghujung bulan Ramadhan, mereka yang termasuk orang-orang fakir, orang-orang miskin, amil zakat, orang yang berhutang, riqob, orang yang berjuang fi sabilillah, mualaf dan ibnu sabil berhak mendapatkan bantuan. Indonesia yang merupakan negara muslim terbesar, tentu selalu ditemukan permasalahan sosial yang mendasar. Salah satunya pemberdayaan zakat fitrah bagi masyarakat miskin. Penelitian ini mengulik tentang pengelolaan zakat fitrah di Desa Diloato, Kabupaten Boalemo di masa wabah yang sedang merebak ini yakni covid-19 yang menganjurkan setiap orang untuk melaksanakan kegiatan tanpa mengacuhkan protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang fokus pada analisis sosial sesuai realita dalam kehidupan masyarakat, yang kemudian mengumpulkan data-data dengan menghasilkan data deskriptif dari para narasumber sekaligus mengamati perilaku masyarakat yakni muzakki, amil dan mustahiq. Data-data tersebut dianalisis agar dapat disajikan dengan maksimal dan dapat menarik kesimpulan sesuai permasalahan yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pandemik covid-19 bukan menjadi halangan dan hambatan bagi amil zakat untuk menghimpun zakat fitrah dari para muzakki dan didistribusikan kepada para mustahiq dengan berbagai cara dengan tetap mengedepankan protokol kesehatan, karena kebutuhan sosial perlu lebih diperhatikan oleh semua pihak tanpa terkecuali. Abstract

This research aims to discuss the pluralism in heterogeneous region that focuses on three communities of different religions living side by side in harmony and peace. The Plural community develops in South Mopuya Village makes the prevention of conflict needs to be improved.. Researcher discusses how the strategies of religious leaders does and government give understanding to Mopuya’s society to avoid and prevent conflict in plural society. This research is using qualitative method. The data are gained by using some techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. Plurality in this study, assimilation of activities, Need each other at work and increasing awareness of the importance of education, tabligh da’wah and worship tolerance are strategies to prevent conflict. Persuasive approach and language equality as unifying solution for a plural society to live in harmony and peace. Masyarakat Plural berkembang di Desa Mopuya Selatan menjadikan pencegahan konflik antar umat beragama perlu ditingkatkan. Peneliti akan mengkaji pluralisme di wilayah heterogen yang terfokus pada keagamaan dengan tiga komunitas penganut agama yang berbeda hidup berdampingan dengan rukun dan damai. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana strategi tokoh agama dan pemerintah dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada umatnya untuk menghindari dan mencegah konflik pada masyarakat plural dan bagaimana tantangan serta solusi tokoh lintas agama dalam mengatasi konflik pada masyarakat plural. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pluralitas dalam studi ini, asimilasi kegiatan, saling membutuhkan dalam pekerjaan dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan, dakwah tabligh dan toleransi ibadah menjadi strategi mencegah konflik. Pendekatan persuasif dan penyetaraan bahasa sebagai solusi pemersatu masyarakat plural untuk hidup rukun dan damai.

Abstract

Baznas is declared a non-structural government institution that manages educational scholarship assistance for underprivileged children because education is a vital need for every comprehensive person, starting from the mindset, belief, and attitude of life that leads to quality of life. The purpose of this study was to examine the management of the distribution of educational scholarships at Baznas Pohuwato and to examine the obstacles in the distribution of academic scholarships at Baznas Pohuwato. This research is a qualitative descriptive method to answer questions about existing phenomena—data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation from primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained is then processed to produce conclusions from the phenomena found. The results of this study are the scholarship program at Baznas Pohuwato to improve achievement and educate the nation's children with a budget that will be allocated according to the expected student targets by analyzing the circumstances and needs of students. Baznas hopes that scholarship recipients can convey and introduce this program to other communities, and the community will be aware of the obligation to pay ZIS through Pohuwato to manage the funds collected. The Baznas Pohuwato can carry out routine socialization to people experiencing poverty so that the community will be aware of the activities and programs managed by the National Amil Zakāt  Agency (BAZNAS), especially the scholarship assistance program for poor children at all levels of education. In distributing scholarship assistance, the National Amil Zakāt Agency (BAZNAS) would pay attention to the timeliness of scholarship distribution so that the waiting time for recipients is not too long.
