Abstract

Abstract; Pertukaran kebudayaan adalah hal yang sangat mungkin terjadi, karena siapapun yang datang dari suatu negara atau daerah sudah pasti tidak akan terlepas dari budaya di mana ia lahir dan dibesarkan. Dengan budaya yang mengakar di dalam dirinya, ia harus berbagi ruang dengan orang lain dari budaya lain. Pertukaran budaya ini, mungkin saja menimbulkan konflik. Konflik bisa diredam dengan lahirnya sebuah kesadaran bahwa setiap orang harus bisa memahami budaya orang lain yang berbeda budaya dengan dirinya. Proses komunikasi yang berlangsung antara orang-orang berbeda budaya tersebut biasanya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu: The Act (Perbuatan), The Scene (Adegan), The Agent (Pelaku), The Agency (Perantara), dan The Purpose (Tujuan). Faktor-faktor tersebut di atas juga menjadi salah satu penentu sebuah proses komunikasi itu berjalan efektif. Berdasarkan hal itu pula, kita bisa menentukan strategi atau metode komunikasi yang digunakan dalam sebuah proses komunikasi. Komunikasi yang efektif dapat terwujud bila strategi dan metode komunikasi yang digunakan tepat. Strategi komunikasi yang efektfif sangat penting diperhatikan dalam sebuah proses komunikasi. Komunikasi antar budaya sebagai bentuk komunikasi antarpribadi dari komunikator dan komunikan yang berbeda budaya. Efektivitas komunikasi antar pribadi itu sangat ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor: keterbukaan, empati, perasaan positif, memberikan dukungan, dan memelihara keseimbangan. Sedangkan prasangka sosial yang menentukan tiga faktor utama yaitu stereotip, jarak sosial, dan sikap diskriminasi. Hubungan antara prasangka dengan komunikasi sangat erat karena prasangka-prasangka diasumsikan sebagai dasar pembentukan perilaku komunikasi. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Budaya, Efektif Cultural exchange is very likely to happen, because anyone who comes from a country or region will certainly not be separated from the culture in which he was born and raised. With a culture rooted in him, he had to share a room with other people from other cultures. This cultural exchange, may be causing a conflict. Conflict can be muted with the birth of an awareness that every person should be able to understand the culture of other people of different cultures with him. The process of communication that takes place between people of different cultures is often influenced by several factors: The Act, The Scene, The Agent (Performer), The Agency (Intermediaries), and The Purpose. The factors mentioned above also becomes one of determining an effective communication process. Based on that, we can determine the strategies or methods of communication used in a communication process. Effective communication can be realized if the strategies and methods of communication are used appropriately. Efektive communication strategy is very important to be considered in a process of communication. Intercultural communication as a form of interpersonal communication of communicators and communicant of different cultures. Effectiveness of interpersonal communication was largely determined by factors: openness, empathy, positive feelings, provide support, and maintain balance. While the social prejudices that determine the three main factors, namely stereotypes, social distance, and discrimination. The relationship between prejudice to the communication very closely because of the prejudices assumed as the basis for the establishment of communication behavior. Abstract

This research is to describe the communication style of ustadz Abdul Somad on social media that is viral and liked by students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Da'wah. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method to solve the problem investigated by describing the subject/object of research based on facts or the condition of the natural object. In this case, the compiler uses the approach psychology of communication. The research results show that most follow and like Abdul Somad's communication style on social media, and some just like his relaxed, humorous but firm communication style without following it. Then the effects that students get or feel are cognitive effects (additional knowledge), affective effects (emotions, feelings, and attitudes), and behavioral or conative effects (related to behavior).

Abstract

Baznas is declared a non-structural government institution that manages educational scholarship assistance for underprivileged children because education is a vital need for every comprehensive person, starting from the mindset, belief, and attitude of life that leads to quality of life. The purpose of this study was to examine the management of the distribution of educational scholarships at Baznas Pohuwato and to examine the obstacles in the distribution of academic scholarships at Baznas Pohuwato. This research is a qualitative descriptive method to answer questions about existing phenomena—data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation from primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained is then processed to produce conclusions from the phenomena found. The results of this study are the scholarship program at Baznas Pohuwato to improve achievement and educate the nation's children with a budget that will be allocated according to the expected student targets by analyzing the circumstances and needs of students. Baznas hopes that scholarship recipients can convey and introduce this program to other communities, and the community will be aware of the obligation to pay ZIS through Pohuwato to manage the funds collected. The Baznas Pohuwato can carry out routine socialization to people experiencing poverty so that the community will be aware of the activities and programs managed by the National Amil Zakāt  Agency (BAZNAS), especially the scholarship assistance program for poor children at all levels of education. In distributing scholarship assistance, the National Amil Zakāt Agency (BAZNAS) would pay attention to the timeliness of scholarship distribution so that the waiting time for recipients is not too long.
