Abstract

Effect of Organic Fertilizer on Growth and Yield kailan plants (Brassica oleracea.L) in polybags. This research is expected to be useful for science and technology, and canbe used as a guide for people who want to cultivate crops kailan. This research has beencarried out in the yard area Kertapati Palembang, starting in December 2014 to February2015. Research using experimental methods randomized block design (RBD) consistingof 6 treatments and each treatment was replicated 4 times. The treatment under study isthe application of fertilizer granules P1 = 125 g / polybag (5 ton / ha) P2 = 187.5 g /polybag (7.5 / ha), P3 = 250 g / polybag (10 tons / ha), P4 = 312.5 g / polybag (12.5 / ha),P5 = 375 g / polybag (15 tons / ha), P6 = 437.5 g / polybag (17.5 tons / ha). The variablesmeasured were: plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm), plant fresh weight (g) and plantdry weight (g). Based on the results of the study showed that the giving of granularfertilizer with a rate of 312.5 g / polybag or equal to 12.5 tons / ha gives a good effect onplant height, stem diameter, wet weight of plant, plant dry weight and leaf consecutive30.48 cm; 0.72 cm; 86.79 g; 8,73 g; 6.95 g and 881,82 cm².Keywords : Kailan, organic fertilizer, growth and yield

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the effect of plant growth regulator on the growth ofthe eye stum IRR rubber bed 112. This research was conducted in the village of SungaiRengit, District Talang Kelapa, Banyuasin Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. Thestudy was conducted from May 2014 through the month of August 2014. This study useda randomized block design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The treatmentsstudied were: B0 = 0 ml / Control, B1 = 4 ml / l of water, B2 = 8 ml / l of water, B3 = 12ml / l of water, B4 = 16 ml / l of water, and B5 = 20 ml / l of water. Each treatmentconsisted of 10 plants, the sheer number of plants that diteiti much as 240 plants (poybag)for a total of as many as 24 treatments and replications treatment. Each unit (unit)treatment trials, there are 3 (three) plant sample. Parameter observation that the speed ofgrowth of shoots (hst), shoot length (cm), number of petiole (strands), the percentage ofseedlings grown (%), weight of wet berangkasan plant (g), berangkasan dry weight ofplants (g), weight of wet roots departure (g), root dry weight berangkasan (g) and leafarea (cm). Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that, an organizing treatmentconcentration Grow 12 ml / 1 water tends to give the best results on shoot length, rootfresh weight and root dry weight.Keyword : eye stum IRR rubber bed, plant growth regulator, Hevea brasiliensis MuellArg. klon IRR 11
