Abstract

BASTANI SEPINDJUNG, FARIDATUL MUKMINAH DAN HENRY ARDIANSYAH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian limbah lumpur kering kelapa sawit terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2015 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2016 di desa Sumber Baru,Kecamatan Mesuji Raya,Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), Perlakuan adalah persentase lumpur kering dengan tanah dimana terdapat lima perlakuan sebagai berikut ; F1=0%, F2=20%, F3=40%,F4=60% dan F5=80%. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak lima kali dengan menggunakan tiga tanaman sampel. Pengamatan dimulai sejak dipindahkan ke dalam polybag. Perubahan yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), umur berbunga(hari), berat buah (gram),jumlah buah (butir), dan berat rata-rata buah (gram). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemberian limbah lumpur kering kelapa sawit berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman,umur berbunga,berat buah ,dan jumlah buah tanaman tomat yaitu pada perlakuan F5.

Abstract

Growth Responses of Oil Palm Seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) Comparison Of The Various Growing Media in Pre nursery. The usefulness of this study are expected to be useful for science and technology, and can be used as a guide for people who want to plant oil palm trees. This research has been conducted in the field nursery PT. Mahkota Andalan Sawit at Pedu Village, district Jejawi, Region Ogan Komering Ilir, starting from June 2014 to September 2014 This study used a randomized block design experiment method (RAK) which consisted of 4 treatments and each treatment was repeated 6 times. The treatment under study P1 = 100% top soil (Without Peat soil mix), P2 = 75% top soil and 25% peat soil, P3 = 50% top soil and 50% peat soil, P4 = 25% top soil and 75% peat soil. Variables measured were plant height, stem girth, root fresh weight, root dry weight, number of roots, number of leaves and leaf area. Based on the results of the study showed that 25% of the soil planting medium top soil and 75% peat soils respond well to the growth of oil palm seedlings age 90 Hst with generating plant height, stem girth, root fresh weight, root dry weight and leaf area respectively - also was 25.59 cm; 3,02 cm; 1.40 g; 0.48 g and 1608.75 cm ². Abstract

Effect of Organic Fertilizer on Growth and Yield kailan plants (Brassica oleracea.L) in polybags. This research is expected to be useful for science and technology, and canbe used as a guide for people who want to cultivate crops kailan. This research has beencarried out in the yard area Kertapati Palembang, starting in December 2014 to February2015. Research using experimental methods randomized block design (RBD) consistingof 6 treatments and each treatment was replicated 4 times. The treatment under study isthe application of fertilizer granules P1 = 125 g / polybag (5 ton / ha) P2 = 187.5 g /polybag (7.5 / ha), P3 = 250 g / polybag (10 tons / ha), P4 = 312.5 g / polybag (12.5 / ha),P5 = 375 g / polybag (15 tons / ha), P6 = 437.5 g / polybag (17.5 tons / ha). The variablesmeasured were: plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm), plant fresh weight (g) and plantdry weight (g). Based on the results of the study showed that the giving of granularfertilizer with a rate of 312.5 g / polybag or equal to 12.5 tons / ha gives a good effect onplant height, stem diameter, wet weight of plant, plant dry weight and leaf consecutive30.48 cm; 0.72 cm; 86.79 g; 8,73 g; 6.95 g and 881,82 cm².Keywords : Kailan, organic fertilizer, growth and yield

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Bayang (Green House)Program Studi Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tridinanti Palembang, dimulai dari bulan Maret sampai bulan April 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 kelompok/ulangan. Perlakuan yang diujicobakan adalah konsentrasi larutan hara sebesar 450 ppm (P1), 600 ppm (P2), 750 ppm (P3), dan 900 ppm (P4). Respon tanaman yang diamati yaitu berupa peubah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), berat berangkasan basah tanaman (g), berat kering tanaman (g), panjang akar (cm), dan uji organoleptik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian nutrisi hidroponik dengan konsentrasi 450 ppm (P1)berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman selada merah yaitu menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 18,64 cm pada minggu ke-4 dan jumlah daun 21,80 helai pada minggu ke-4, berat berangkasan basah 114,22 g, berangkasan kering 5,94 dan panjang akar 29,18 cm.Kata Kunci : Hidoponik, DFT, Selada Merah
