Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of coastal waters Banyuputih know in accepting waste shrimp farm activities based on the volume of water available in retail waste from shrimp farms. Research conducted in the coastal region of Subdistrict Banyuputih Situbondo from September 2013 until February 2014 by using descriptive method. The data used in this study consisted of two (2) types of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through observation / measurements and interviews at locations other research and secondary data obtained from the literature search in various institutions associated with research materials. The analysis showed that the volume of water available in coastal waters Banyuputih able to accommodate or resell the waste produced amounted to 515,142.6 m3 shrimp farms. If converted in the pond area, the area of ​​ponds that can be supported waters is 515.1 ha. At this time there was activity shrimp farms in coastal areas still under the maximum carrying capacity of receiving waters in the waste. The area of ​​the pond has recently reached 113 ha. Potential embankment land in coastal areas Banyuputih still be developed in accordance waters carrying capacity of 402 ha.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the coastal region Sidem Tulungagung in February 2015. The purpose of the research is to analyze the economic value of natural resources Sidem coast. This study used a survey method. Data collected by observation and interview respondents to identify and characterize patterns of resource use and to know the value of a measured resource of people's willingness to pay or accept a change of environment. Analysts data using economic valuation techniques to calculate the total economic value (Total Economic Value / TEV) of the fishery resources of coastal waters. The results of the analysis of the total economic value of natural resources is Sidem Beach Rp. 99,803,263,236. The economic contribution comes from fishing to reach 64.6 billion, or 64.7%. This arrest was made up of some fishing gear which nets titil, Fishing, Incamida (mesh bag), Beach seine and catching lobster. Followed from the tourism sector reached 19 billion (19%), and subsequently from the coconut tree reaching 14 billion (14.19%).

Abstract

Natural feed has a very important role in supporting the success of aquaculture. The availability of natural feed is a key factor in the seed / fry phase, where at that phase the fish are still unable to consume additional feed, namely pellet feed. The objectives of this activity are: (1) Introducing Artemia, Improving the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial motivation, (3) Increasing the knowledge and abilities of SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo students in terms of decapsulation and artemia culture. This activity targets the fishery students of SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo, Department of Agribusiness, Brackishwater and Marine Fisheries. Service activities are carried out using lecture and demonstration/practice methods. Evaluation was carried out on the ability of participants to practice artemia decapsulation and artemia culture, indicators of the success of this practice are theoretical and practical knowledge of Artemia sp culture. The success of this activity can be seen from the very high enthusiasm of students and the increasing knowledge of students about the decapsulation of Artemia sp. The obstacle that is used as an evaluation in this activity is that several additional tools are still needed to maximize the decapsulation practice of Artemia sp.
