Abstract

Catering becomes a solution to consumers who want to fulfill their needs and wants without having to waste time and energy. This is also a challenge for a catering businessman to maintain and keep improving their service quality from time by time so can keep satisfying consumers. In the payment system, catering business is using down payment system. According to that case, to understand more about how the down payment application in Islamic economics perspective need to studied more details. This research aimed to analyze and understand (1) How are the down payment application of Catering Aulia and Catering Hj. Wati in Palangkaraya City. (2) How the buying and selling system with the down payment in Islamic economics perspective.The result of this research is the application of down payment in Catering Aulia and Catering Hj. Wati is an 'urf or a habit that is done both for catering owners and their customers. Application of down payment in catering payments in terms of the usual materials included in the 'urf fi'li, while in terms of good and bad judgments included into 'urf shahih. In practice, both in Catering Aulia and Catering Hj. Wati the amount of down payment is not specified. And if there is an order cancellation then the down payment will be refunded in full except at certain moments. Implementation of down payment viewed in terms advantages may be done as long as no party feels disadvantaged. Down payment made to avoid any breach between the catering owners and consumers.

Abstract

The people of Palangka Raya city in today's modern era made angkringan as a place of social interaction and place of consumption for all social layers of society. Therefore the authors seen the existence of business opportunities angkringan. Angkringan was a place to buy food and drink "typical". As for the formulation of the problem (1) How the sales strategy angkringan to achieve sales targets? (2) How was the business opportunity of angkringan in Palangka Raya city? (3) How was the feasibility of angkringan business in Palangka Raya city? This research method used descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done by used interview technique, observation, and documentation. The technique of determining the subject in this study used purposive sampling technique was the technique of determining the subject based on several considerations determined. Data validation was done by used triangulation. Further data the processed and analyzed with several stages: data collection, data presentation), conclusions (withdrawal by viewing data presentation), and Verification (drawing conclusions to answer from problem formulation). The results of this research were: (1) marketing strategy of angkringan business in Palangkaraya city to increased market share after passing strategic stages that was choosing strategic location, there wass no limited for all circle become its consumer, food menu provided safe for consumption, possible, clean place, affordable price and promotion through banner, social media and mouth of mouth; (2) angkringan business opportunities in the city of Palangka Raya had good prospects in the future and have the competence to do it, supported by the results of SWOT analyzed (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats); (3) feasibility study of angkringan business in Palangka Raya city, Jekan Raya Sub-district, the whole aspected was considered feasible. The market and marketing aspected of angkringan business was feasible to run because it has the market potential and the opportunity to market its products this was seen from the number of potential customers owned by the business. The social and cultural economic aspected can be said to be feasible because it had opened the job field, then from the aspected of business law angkringan was considered feasible because of the exemption from the Regulation of the Minister of Trade which states that not all businesses should be permits included the angkringan business.

Abstract

This study examines the role of blockchain technology in enhancing security within Islamic financial institutions, which adhere to Sharia principles emphasising transparency, fairness, and ethical conduct. The primary purpose is to explore blockchain’s potential to address financial risks and inefficiencies while ensuring compliance with Islamic values. Islamic financial institutions face challenges maintaining transaction security and transparency under Sharia constraints, especially as risks like fraud, manipulation, and operational inefficiencies persist. Blockchain’s decentralised ledger system offers solutions by ensuring immutable transaction records, real-time transparency, and secure cryptographic frameworks. Smart contracts further automate Sharia-compliant processes, reducing risks of non-compliance and fraud, while operational efficiencies are achieved through reduced costs and faster transaction processing. However, implementing blockchain in Sharia financial institutions faces limitations, including a lack of technical expertise, regulatory clarity, and inadequate infrastructure in many regions. These barriers highlight the need for capacity-building initiatives and robust regulations to support blockchain adoption in Islamic finance. The study emphasises blockchain’s transformative potential to revolutionise Islamic finance, fostering trust and operational excellence while overcoming current barriers through collaborative efforts. Further research is necessary to optimise blockchain’s integration into this sector.

Abstract

Business activity is an activity that requires very serious thinking and understanding to improve marketing. A product is created that is a superior product and has quality, because the business world competition is always there. If the product created does not have an advantage, then the product created will not excel in the market. If a business experiences a decline in sales, then the business must try to take steps or ways to improve to save the business being run. The activities carried out in this PKM are to find out the Marketing Mix strategy of Sinoman traditional herbal medicine in the city of Palangka Raya, by implementing marketing with a form of Marketing Mix strategy that can support marketing products with the 4P Method. This paper aims to build community service activities in an effort to knowledge and business development of Home Industry in the city of Palangka Raya. This activity can be taken benefit and wisdom, and the findings of this service lie in a strategy that should be applied in business is Marketing Mix, about the steps to apply the 4Ps consisting of Product, Price, Distribution/Place and Promotion. The first part of the main step must be done by business people is to plan product marketing strategies, so that the goal in doing business to obtain profit can be achieved maximally.

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah berperan aktif dalam mengelola kekayaan daerah dan menggunakan belanja daerahnya masing-masing yang diatur dengan kebijakan yang bernama otonomi daerah. Otonomi daerah adalah kewenangan daerah otonom untuk mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat menurut prakarsa sendiri berdasarkan aspirasi masyarakat, sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Bagi Hasil Terhadap Belanja Daerah Di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengan Tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 kabupaten dan 1 kota selama 5 tahun, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research). Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis jalur. Data diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS). Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 lebih kecil dari 0,05, Dana Alokasi Umum Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, dan Dana Bagi Hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Sharia banking in Asia has experienced rapid asset growth and has become a major contributor to the global Islamic finance industry. However, this asset growth has not always been accompanied by stable profitability due to high operating costs and financing risks. This study aims to examine the FDR, DAR, CAR, CIR, and NPF on ROA in Islamic banking in Asia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The results show that, partially, the variables FDR, DAR, and CAR do not have a significant effect on ROA, while the variables CIR and NPF have a significant negative effect on ROA in Islamic banks in Asia. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on ROA in Islamic banks in Asia. This study explains that asset efficiency and quality are important factors that affect the profitability of Islamic banking in Asia. The implication of this study is the need to strengthen financing risk management and improve operational efficiency to maintain the financial performance of Islamic banking.
