Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kompetensi, budaya akademik, kepemimpinan spiritual, motivasi dan kinerja dosen serta menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, budaya akademik, kepemimpinan spiritual  terhadap motivasi kerja serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, budaya akademik, kepemimpinan spiritual  terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Merdeka melalui perantara motivasi. Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM) digunakan untuk mengolah data sampel sebanyak 193 dosen Universitas Merdeka. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dimensi faktor kompetensi yakni kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial memberikan kontribusi signifikan dengan kompetensi pedagogik sebagai kontributor dominan. Indikator budaya akademik yakni fasilitas, organisasi manajemen, kurikulum serta partisipasi memberikan kontribusi signifikan dan kurikulum merupakan kontributor dominan. Dimensi faktor kepemimpinan spiritual yaitu kejujuran, kemampuan komunikasi dan kecerdasan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dengan kejujuran sebagai kontributor dominan. Indikator motivasi yaitu kebutuhan fisiologi, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan penghargaan dan aktualisasi memberikan kontribusi signifikan dengan kebutuhan sosial merupakan kontributor dominan. Indikator kinerja dosen yakni pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian pada masyarakat dan unsur penunjang memberikan kontribusi signifikan dengan pendidikan dan pengajaran sebagai kontributor dominan; (2) Kompetensi berpengaruhi signifikan terhadap motivasi tetapi budaya akademik dan kepemimpinan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi; (3) Budaya akademik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen tetapi kompetensi dan kepemimpinan spiritual tidak berpengaruh; (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen melalui motivasi tetapi kepemimpinan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi maupun kinerja dosen.

Abstract

One of CSR PT INKA (Persero) programme is partnership that increase small business in order to be a resilient and independent business. PT INKA (Persero) is one of BUMN that bounded with obligation to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme as an actualization company’s activity. In its implementation, the CSR partnership programme has not effective yet by its planning, implementation or restraint. The human resources’s problem, nothing assistancing and monitoring its implementation, can be reduced if implemented by other support including a university. The aim of this research are: 1) Understanding the implementation of CSR partnership programme had done by PT INKA (Persero); 2) Understanding an obstacle in CSR partnership programme; 3) Understanding the effectivity of implementation CSR partnership programme. The respondent is a micro enterpreneur that guidanced by PT INKA (Persero). The population are 424 partners that spread out in Bakorwil Madiun and samples are 88 partners that taken by Cluster Convenience Sampling. Data was collected by interview, questionnaire and documentation. Using Wilcoxon Match Pairs test to know output’s effectivity with comparing before and after receiving funds’s programme of CSR. The results, there are significant differences between before and after receiving revolving funds as CSR’s programme. It shows that CSR partnership’s programme are effective for strengthening economic community especially partner of PT INKA (Persero).Keywords: small and medium enterprises, CSR, partnership’s programme, empowerment’s economic

Abstract

The economy and activities in various sectors and regions experienced a decline as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. With a variety of limitations, the new normal period is a necessity and is an opportunity to carry out economic recovery and strengthening, including fashion products. This study aims to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions for moslem fashion products on Instagram. The sample used as many as 250 people with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that there were 3 factors that influenced purchasing decisions on moslem fashion products on Instagram, namely electronic word of mouth (eWOM), information quality and celebrity endorsement. These three factors partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for fashion products on Instagram.

Abstract

The success of the organization in achieving its goals is supported by internal and external factors. To realize employee career development, the internal side must first receive attention. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work placement and performance on the career development of employees of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Madiun City.The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The data used are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data. The population in this study were all permanent employees of 40 people. The research variable consists of independent variables, namely competence, work placement and performance, and the dependent variable is employee career development. Variables measured by Likert scale and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Competence affects employee career development; 2) Job placement does not affect employee career development; 3) Performance affects the career development of BPN employees in Kota Madiun.Keywords: competence, work placement, work performance, career development

Abstract

Protection of Indonesian workers abroad is an integral part of protecting citizens as a state obligation. Nonetheless, the government still does not provide maximum protection to migrant workers who work abroad, especially those who experience torture and violence. This study aims to look at the juridical study of the protection of the rights of woman migrant workers abroad. This study is a literature study that is qualitative descriptive. Data collection through documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of the study show that the existence of several laws and regulations such as Undang-Undang No.18 Year 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers along with their derivative rules is a juridical basis for woman workers who work abroad have provided a legal protection for Indonesian workers abroad.

Abstract

Persons with disabilities are part of citizens who have the same rights and obligations as those who do not have disabilities. But often their existence is less recognized by the community. Lack of access to education, employment and so on makes it difficult for people with disabilities to live a life like normal society in general.According to Law of Republic Indonesia Number 8 of 2016, persons with disabilities are those who experience physical, intellectual, mental, and / or sensory limitations for a long period of time who interact with the environment can experience obstacles and difficulties to participate fully and effectively with citizens. others are based on equal rights. One of the efforts so that persons with disabilities get the rights and obligations in the state is empowered. One form of empowerment is providing various skills training.The community service activities in Simbatan Magetan aim to find out the process of implementing various skills and assistance. Starting from how the implementation of skills training, such as what empowerment is done, how the level of success, as well as what becomes an obstacle in the empowerment process so that it can be independent.These skills training activities are endeavored to provide changes to persons with disabilities, those who were previously helpless became empowered, independent, brave, able to socialize well, even earn income from the skills they made, even though there were several obstacles faced. Keywords—: empowerment; persons with disabilities; independence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, social media marketing and customer engagement partially and simultaneously on customer decisions at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Magetan Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach in associative form. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data obtained directly from respondents. The population in this research were 200 customers at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Magetan Branch and the sample size used was 133 customers. The sampling technique used probability sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 25.00 for Windows program. The research results show that the independent variable service quality has a calculated t value of 3.818, the independent social media marketing variable has a calculated t value of 2.148 and the independent variable customer engagement has a calculated t value of 1.567 where the t table value for each variable is 1.710. So, partially, 1) service quality and social media marketing influence customer decisions. 2) But customer engagement has no effect on customer decisions. 3) Simultaneously, service quality, social media marketing and customer engagement influence customer decisions. 4) Service Quality is the dominant variable in influencing customer decisions.
