Abstract

This research is motivated by the researcher who previously conducted the Work Practice in PT.Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Banjarmasin Years 2016 as Marketing Funding. After knowing the superior Funding Product of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch of Banjarmasin ie iB Muamalat Prima Business Savings. The reasercher tries to find out the influence of this Product in addition to beneficial to the Customer but the perceived impact in driving the Customer Business That's where it is. The purpose of this research was undertaken by Benefits of Savings Products iB Muamalat Prima Business as a whole and to determine the effect of Savings Products iB Muamalat Prima Business Against the Rill Sector Field SMEs (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) community. This research used Qualitative method descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained then in the form of data information such as observation, interviews, field notes and documentation. For Respondent data source counted to 3 people namely Business Development Manager Funding, Marketing Funding and Customer Service. While informants counted to 5 people namely the Customer Savings Product iB Muamalat Prima Bussiness as entrepreneurs and not entrepreneurs. The results of this research indicate that there is a great influence in mobilizing the Rill Sector of the Economic Community, depending on the Customer itself willing to be used as a transactional tool with business partners or as a Product User Customer.Keywords : Savings Products, Rill Sector, Economy Public.

Abstract

Welfare state jika diartikan secara harfiah adalah  negara kesejahteraan. Konsep welfare state (welvaartsstaat) atau negara kesejahteraan adalah konsep dimana sebuah negara turut serta dalam kegiatan ekonomi, sosial dan kegiatan lainnya yang mendukung terciptanya kesejahteraan bagi warga negaranya. Konsep ini berkebalikan dengan konsep negara penjaga malam atau nachtwakerstaat dimana terdapat pembatasan terhadap pemerintah terhadap masalah-masalah ekonomi sosial masyarakat, sehingga peran negara hanyalah menegakkan hukum saja dan bukan turut serta menyejahterakan rakyatnya. Bagaimanakah Islam memandang konsep yang diusung oleh kapitalisme tersebutu? Makalah ini ingin mengupas posisi Islam dalam memandang konsep ini.

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has had an impact on the world economy and the country. The Covid-19 outbreak that has hit the whole world has resulted in countries implementing policies to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus by implementing a lockdown, restricting business activities, and banning long-distance travel. In 2020 sharia mutual funds sold 289 portfolios and in 2021 sharia mutual funds sold 295 lots. The development of Net Asset Value performance in sharia mutual fund products from 2015 to 2021 was 74.37%. The existence of the covid 19 virus does not affect the buying and selling transactions of Islamic mutual funds. The research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. In collecting data, the researchers distributed a questionnaire of 100 respondents to investors, investment managers, and the public in South Kalimantan. in 2018 to 2019 the number of investors was 53,735.58 while in 2019 to 2020 the number of investors reached 74,367.44 and from 2020 to 2021 the number of investors was 72,668.70 even though the pandemic was ongoing. Abstract

Hajj savings is a product owned by Bank Syariah Indonesia cab Tanjung. Through hajj savings products, Bank Syariah Indonesia collects Hajj funds managed and distributed through sukuk investments (corporate, state, and regional), deposits, sharia stocks, and mutual funds. In 2021, the collection of Hajj funds had increased every year by 35% of the amount of IDR 17,869,510,000,000 hajj funds collected through Bank Syariah Indonesia distributed to state sukuk products to obtain profit or income. So the manager explains that the Hajj fund will be distributed in the type of business, time, and profit sharing. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with the management and Hajj at Bank Syariah cab Tanjung by applying the mudharabah mutlaqah agreement in the distribution and distribution of revenue sharing of the Hajj fund. In determining informants using the purposive sampling method, which consists of 5 informants who will be interviewed about the distribution and calculation of the profit sharing of Hajj funds. In 2020 the Hajj fund collected from the public amounted to IDR 17,890,723,000, - so that Islamic banks as hajj fund managers will distribute the Hajj funds in the form of investment as the following: money market, capital market, construction of facilities and infrastructure, deposits and national sharia valuable certificates (SBSN). Islamic banks will provide a monthly profit sharing of 4%, distributed to Hajj savings customers.

Abstract

This study is based on the background and also aims to determine the existence of zakat and infaq accounting reports based on PSAK 109. This study uses qualitative methods, the approach used in this study is descriptive. The method used is samples of accounting data from 2020 and 2021. The subject of this study is LAZNAS BSM Umat and the object of this study is the application and implementation of ZIS accounting based on PSAK 109 at amil zakat institution (case study at LAZNAS BSM Umat). From the result of this study, the appropriate zakat and infaq/shodaqoh accounting report based on PSAK 109, therefore can be a communication medium between amil institution and other parties, because ZIS financial report is a form of operation responsibility from the activity of collection and distribution of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS). To be a transparent and accountable financial report, therefore there should be an accounting standard to organize this. For the application of ZIS accounting in the presentation of financial reports at LAZNAS BSM Umat has implemented ZIS accounting regulations issued by the Indonesian Accounting Association (IAI) 2010.

Abstract

Islamic capital markets instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, and sukuk are tools to drive economic growth through the capital market sector. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator that is getting stronger in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 as of June 2022. This article aims to find out the performance of the Indonesian Islamic capital market for the 2022 period. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach regarding the development and growth of sharia capital market performance after Covid-19 pandemic. The result of the discussion for the population has an Islamic majority population, so the capital market industry is expected. To accommodate and collect contributions from Muslim citizens to be active in the stock market, especially the Islamic stock market, and a local investor in the Indonesian Sharia capital market. Realize naturally that investment products are developed following Islamic principles and teachings. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator getting more assertive in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 at the end of June 2022.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan ini bermaksud untuk memuaskan eksistensi manusia. Diantara kebutuhan adalah pekerjaan dan barang-barang yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi manusia, baik bagi dirinya maupun bagi orang lain. Keuntungan ini merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia atau disinggung sebagai nilai uang dalam sudut pandang masalah keuangan. Menurut ilmu ekonomi, ada tiga jenis kebutuhan: Primer,Sekunder,Tersier. Sedangkan kebutuhan sesuai aturan Islam dalam gagasan Maqashid Syariah disebut Daruriyat, Hajiyat, dan Tahsiyat. Dalam ekonomi Islam, istilah "kebutuhan darurat" mengacu pada kebutuhan dasar seperti Sandang, Pangan dan Papan. Salah satu syarat Ekonomi yang merujuk ke Pakaian. Pakaian adalah salah satu kebutuhan yang wajib untuk manusia, karena pakaian melibatkan atau insentif keuangan untuk daya tahan manusia. Biasanya, pakaian melindungi tubuh dari luka bakar akibat panasnya matahari dinginnya cuaca. Kebutuhan ini harus dipenuhi untuk menjaga keamanan dan perkembangan keberadaan manusia, baik di dunia ini maupun di akhirat. Dalam keyakinan Islam, tujuan pakaian tidak hanya untuk melindungi tubuh tetapi juga untuk menutupi aurat sebagai tanda ketaatan kepada Allah. Indikasi ketakwaan kepada Allah dalam pakaian mengandung akhlak dan kemampuan gaya dalam keberadaan manusia. Tata krama berpakaian adalah cara berperilaku yang baik dan buruk dari orang-orang dalam kegiatan publik (muamalah). Kata Kunci: Perspektif, Pakaian, Ekonomi, Islam, Allah

Abstract

Wisata paling banyak tumbuh dikala ini merupakan wisata religi atau sering diucap berziarah. Kata berziarah berasa dari bahasa arab yaitu ziarah. Secara istilah, kata-kata ini dapat diartikan menggunjungi orang yang masih hidup atau telah meninggal. buat menguasai fenomena tentang apa. Tempat makam beliau yang berada di desa tungkaran kota martapura, makam tersebut merupakan makam wali dari persia nama beliau adalah Syaikh Aminullah atau dikenal oleh warga setempat yang diberi gelar sebagai Datu Bagul, dan makan tersebut berada sedikit di perhutanan di daerah tersebut peekembangan pemakaman tersebut ada kaitannya dalam perkembangan wisata bereligi, yang memperaktikkan kegiatan dzikir dan tahlil.Perkembangan objek daya tarik wisata di pemakaman Datu Bagul membawa beberapa perkembangan wisata bereligi. Perkembangan wisata bereligi pemakaman Datu Bagul di ikuti perkembangan kerja sama pariwisata, perkembanganprasarana wisata bereligi, perkembangan pamasaran, perkembangan industri pariwisata, perkembangan obyek daya tarik wisata, perkembangan seni dan budayaan, dan perkembangan tingkatan sumber daya manusia. Abstract

Advances in information technology cause changes in all aspects of life, one of which is in the aspect of trade, buying and selling trade can be done online, one of the online shopping media is shopee. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumptive behavior towards purchasing power during shopee flash sales. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources with three active shopee user speakers, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. And using data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive data analysis techniques. Keywords—Consumen Behavior, Purchasing Power, Flash Sale Shopee Kemajuan teknologi informasi menyebabkan perubahan pada semua aspek kehidupan salah satunya dalam aspek perdagangan, perdagangan jual beli dapat dilakukan secara online salah satu media belanja online adalah shopee. Tujuan peneletian ini adalah untuk menganlisis perilaku konsumtif terhadap daya beli saat flash sale shopee. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan tiga orang narasumber pengguna shopee aktif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Abstract

Wakat produktif menjadi salah satu sumber daya yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Pengelolaan wakaf produktif terkait dengan faktor pengembangan dan penyaluran hasil pengelolaan wakaf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Wakaf Produktif Pada Yayasan Bina Insan Madani Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field Research), yaitu melakukan penelitian tentang wakaf produktif dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah di Yayasan Bina Insan Madani Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian: (a) Implementasi pengelolaan wakaf produktif secara umum telah dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku oleh pengurus yayasan Bina Insan Madani Banjarmasin disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peruntukannya sudah memenuhi empat Rukun wakaf dan syaratnya, walaupun demikian, wakaf tersebut ada yang diberikan langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada pengurus yayasan. (b) Konsep pelaksanaan wakaf produktif di Yayasan Bina Insan Madani Banjarmasin sudah sesuai perspektif ekonomi syariah dengan tidak adanya penimbunan barang (Ihtikar), tidak melakukan monopoli, juga tidak melakukan jual beli yang diharamkan agama dengan menggunakan harta/aset wakaf. Wakaf produktif yang dimiliki yayasan dipergunakan untuk pembangunan sarana dan kegiatan ibadah, pembangunan sarana pendidikan, belum digunakan untuk bantuan kepada fakir miskin, anak terlantar, santunan yatim piatu dan peningkatan ekonomi dan kesejateraan masyarakat.(Productive Endowments becomes one of the resources that must be managed properly. The management of productive endowments is related to the factors of development and distribution of Endowments management results. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This type of research is a field research, which is conducting research on productive endowments in the perspective of sharia economic law in Yayasan Bina Insan Madani Banjarmasin. The research results are: (a) Generally, the implementation of productive endowments management has been done well in accordance with the rules applicable by the admnistrators of Bina Insan Madani Foundation Banjarmasin and it is suited to the needs of its allocation which should be fulfilled the four pillars of productive endowments and its terms, however, the productive endowments is either given directly or indirectly to the foundation board. (b) The concept of the implementation of productive endowments in Bina Insan Madani Foundation Banjarmasin is in accordance with the Shariah economic perspective in the absence of stockpiling, not monopolizing, nor doing the forbidden trading by Islam using productive endowments assets. Productive endowments owned by Yayasan are used to build some religious facilities and activities and the construction of educational facilities. It is also used for helping the poor, homeless children, orphans and the improvement of the economy and welfare of the community.)
