Abstract

Wealth is something very important in human life, Islam has set wealth managementclearly both personal and public. Today the concept of Islamic Financial Planning is being developed as modern wealth management for Moslems which have been modified to adjust the demands of the times. The concept of Islamic Financial Planning is trying to accommodate the particula rneeds of the Muslim entrepreneurs. This study al soreviews and discusses about the implementation of Islamic Financial Planning among Muslim entrepreneurs. This study aims to capture and analyze the application of Islamic Financial Planningin business practices of Muslim entrepreneurs.This research is a field research. The object of this studyis entrepreneurs of Gontor’s Alumni (10 informants), who are assumed to have been very familiar with the Islamic property management. Data are collected through interviews, observation and documentation. It was then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The result ofthis studyis that almost of the 10 informants have implemented both Islamic Financial Planning and Islamic wealth management. In the instruments of Investment, saving, and filantropy all of the ten informants have implemented. but the other instrument, like insurance, testament, and bequest, all informants haven’t implemented yet. All informants have also implemented The guidance of Islamic Wealth Management, are: seeking for wealth (kasb), purchasing (infaq), and saving. Gontor also contributed in the business of informants, both in learning and networking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is for knowing the strategy of economic development in the village used in poverty reduction particularly in Nagara, Hulu Sungai Selatan, reviewed in perspective of micro Islam economic.The method of this research is qualitative research with the descriptive approach. Where data used is the primary data and secondary data.The results of this research are to improve the availability of distribution and expansion of various daily needs products such as health, food and clothing. Improved the life that is not only for the income, but also includes the addition of the provision of employment, improved the quality of education, and increased the cultural values and humanity. The expansion of economic and social to every individu and the whole nation. Rural development program understanding how to implement and empowering communities in any development activities, facilities, and infrastructures with a did the creativity trainings that aimed to ealleviate poverty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of financial accounting reports on the recognition of aqad taqsith sales revenue at the Arrahmah Sharia Consumer Cooperative in 2021. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. This type of research (field research). The method used is interviews and accounting documentation in 2021. The subject of this research is the Islamic Consumer Cooperative Arrahmah Banjarmasin Branch. The object of this research is the application of financial accounting reports on the recognition of revenue from the sale of the Taqisth contract (a case study on the Arrahmah Sharia Consumer Cooperative). From the results of this study, the financial accounting reports on the Sarahah sharia consumer cooperative when the installments have not been received by the Sharia cooperative in the recording enter into tough income, but when the installments have been paid the members enter the financial statements as Taqsith income in cash. For its implementation, the Arrahmah Sharia Cooperative uses the Taqsith contract. The Hadith contract itself is in installments or what is nowadays better known as credit

Abstract

The purpose of empowering business capital taken from profit sharing from Sharia shares managed by the issuer is to encourage economic growth and reduce poverty. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods by conducting interviews with Nazhir, investors, and people in need. The results of the study are as follows: Waqf funds are managed by Nazhir and distributed to capital market products such as sharia shares, sharia mutual funds, Sukuk, SBSN, and others. Profits from share waqf assets will be channeled into economic empowerment activities to provide entrepreneurship training, open job vacancies, and encourage income growth for the community. People who get business capital from Nazhir will be monitored and evaluated based on income growth and business development. The asset management system of share waqf funds distributed is as follows; First, investors and venture capital recipients will agree on both parties regarding the payback period, community capacity, and infaq contributions. The Investment Manager will distribute profits to investors and investors will manage the profits obtained in economic empowerment activities such as entrepreneurship. Profit funds will be given to people in need such as the poor and others and the proceeds from the sale of the resulting products can encourage economic growth and reduce poverty.

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has had an impact on the world economy and the country. The Covid-19 outbreak that has hit the whole world has resulted in countries implementing policies to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus by implementing a lockdown, restricting business activities, and banning long-distance travel. In 2020 sharia mutual funds sold 289 portfolios and in 2021 sharia mutual funds sold 295 lots. The development of Net Asset Value performance in sharia mutual fund products from 2015 to 2021 was 74.37%. The existence of the covid 19 virus does not affect the buying and selling transactions of Islamic mutual funds. The research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. In collecting data, the researchers distributed a questionnaire of 100 respondents to investors, investment managers, and the public in South Kalimantan. in 2018 to 2019 the number of investors was 53,735.58 while in 2019 to 2020 the number of investors reached 74,367.44 and from 2020 to 2021 the number of investors was 72,668.70 even though the pandemic was ongoing. Abstract

Hajj savings is a product owned by Bank Syariah Indonesia cab Tanjung. Through hajj savings products, Bank Syariah Indonesia collects Hajj funds managed and distributed through sukuk investments (corporate, state, and regional), deposits, sharia stocks, and mutual funds. In 2021, the collection of Hajj funds had increased every year by 35% of the amount of IDR 17,869,510,000,000 hajj funds collected through Bank Syariah Indonesia distributed to state sukuk products to obtain profit or income. So the manager explains that the Hajj fund will be distributed in the type of business, time, and profit sharing. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with the management and Hajj at Bank Syariah cab Tanjung by applying the mudharabah mutlaqah agreement in the distribution and distribution of revenue sharing of the Hajj fund. In determining informants using the purposive sampling method, which consists of 5 informants who will be interviewed about the distribution and calculation of the profit sharing of Hajj funds. In 2020 the Hajj fund collected from the public amounted to IDR 17,890,723,000, - so that Islamic banks as hajj fund managers will distribute the Hajj funds in the form of investment as the following: money market, capital market, construction of facilities and infrastructure, deposits and national sharia valuable certificates (SBSN). Islamic banks will provide a monthly profit sharing of 4%, distributed to Hajj savings customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the credit card product issued by Bank Syariah Indonesia, namely the Hasanah Card , was in accordance with and actually implemented the Sharia Card as stipulated in the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 54/DSN-MUI/X/2006. The research method is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach to describe sharia principles in the hasanah card. data were collected by the field research (field research) with primary sources obtained from sources in the form of interviews and observations and library research (library research) with socio legal research. The results of this study are the application of sharia principles to the Hasanah Card product by Bank Syariah Indonesia is still not in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 54 of 2006. This can be seen from the DSN MUI fatwa regarding tadwidh provisions, usage limits to reduce consumptive behavior, and transaction provisions at non-halal merchants that are not yet fully implemented in the hasanah card practice. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah produk kartu kredit yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia yaitu Hasanah Card sudah sesuai dan benar-benar menerapkan prinsip Syariah Card yang diatur dalam fatwa DSN-MUI No.54/DSN-MUI/X/2006. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan prinsip syariah dalam hasanah card. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode field research (penelitian lapangan) dengan pendekatan hukum empiris. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah pada produk Hasanah Card oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia masih kurang sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 54 Tahun 2006. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari fatwa DSN MUI mengenai ketentuan tadwidhdan ketentuan transaksi pada merchant non halal yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dipraktikan dalam hasanah card.

Abstract

Islamic capital markets instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, and sukuk are tools to drive economic growth through the capital market sector. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator that is getting stronger in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 as of June 2022. This article aims to find out the performance of the Indonesian Islamic capital market for the 2022 period. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach regarding the development and growth of sharia capital market performance after Covid-19 pandemic. The result of the discussion for the population has an Islamic majority population, so the capital market industry is expected. To accommodate and collect contributions from Muslim citizens to be active in the stock market, especially the Islamic stock market, and a local investor in the Indonesian Sharia capital market. Realize naturally that investment products are developed following Islamic principles and teachings. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator getting more assertive in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 at the end of June 2022.
