Abstract

Fluoride sering terdapat di dalam pasta gigi dengan kadar 1500 ppm. Jika fluoride terpapar dengan dentin, fluoride dapat mengubah struktur dan ukuran kristal Hidroksiapatit yang merupakan pembentuk dentin. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemaparan fluoride 1500 ppm terhadap diameter tubulus dentin. Penelitian ini menggunakan Atomic Force Microscopy dan ukuran diameter tubulus dentin dianalisis dengan software gwyddion v.2.30. Enam gigi premolar digunakan sebagai spesimen dan dipotong pada area mahkota dekat CEJ kemudian dihaluskan. Spesimen dikelompokkan ke dalam enam kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok yang dipaparkan larutan fluoride 1500 ppm dengan durasi 1 menit, 3 menit, 5 menit, 8 menit dan 10 menit. Pemaparan dengan fluoride dilakukan selama 7 hari. Sebanyak 5 tubulus dentin dari masing-masing spesimen dihitung ukuran diameternya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diameter tubulus dentin pada kelompok kontrol memiliki ukuran rerata yang paling besar yaitu 4,41 μm. Sedangkan ukuran rerata diameter tubulus dentin pada kelompok perlakuan yaitu 2,63-3,53 μm. Hasil uji analisi statistik oneway ANOVA dan uji Tukey menunjukkan semua kelompok perlakuan memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan kelompok kontrol (p0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemaparan larutan fluoride 1500 ppm dapat mengurangi diameter tubulus dentin secara signifikan walaupun belum mampu menutupi tubulus dentin yang terbuka dengan sempurna.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and physical work environment on employee performance at the Pegadaian Branch Office in Kelapa Dua, Depok. The method used is a quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires to 33 respondents as samples. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS version 21 through validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests, and determination coefficients. The results show that both motivation and physical work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation contributes 50.4%, while the physical work environment contributes 50.9%. Simultaneously, both motivation and physical work environment together have an influence on employee performance of 63.8%. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other factors that were not examined in this research. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that increasing motivation and improving the physical work environment can effectively enhance employee performance. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for management in making human resource policy decisions. Future researchers are encouraged to increase the number of respondents and introduce other variables to obtain more detailed analysis results.

Abstract

The field implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka continues to present real hurdles for Islamic Education (PAI) students at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), particularly regarding competency gaps and heavy administrative demands during their teaching practice. This study evaluates the extent to which student competencies are reinforced in designing lesson plans, integrating moderate Islamic principles and religious moderation into the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), and mapping out the corresponding supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, data were compiled through semi-structured interviews, direct observations of microteaching simulation classes, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the department's curriculum reconstruction and the optimization of the microteaching laboratory have successfully transformed students into effective, student-centered learning facilitators. Students now demonstrate autonomy in translating Learning Outcomes (CP) into Learning Goal Flows (ATP) and innovative Lesson Modules, while creatively embedding moderate Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) values within P5 themes. Nevertheless, the greatest obstacle arises from the psychological burden of managing complex, time-consuming P5 project reports and qualitative assessment rubrics. On the other hand, fluctuating campus Wi-Fi networks and technical glitches with LCD projectors in the laboratory frequently disrupt time management during teaching simulations. Consequently, the department is advised to simplify administrative assignment formats and upgrade campus digital infrastructure. Furthermore, instructors should shift simulation scenarios toward problem-based models using real case studies from marginal schools or heterogeneous classrooms to better test the resilience and adaptability of future teachers.
