Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, karena metode ini dapat menganalisis semua kegiatan secara terencana sehingga menghasilkan data sebagai respons terhadap suatu masalah atau untuk menguji suatu hipotesis. Peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa sumber data termasuk data primer dan data sekunder. Peran pemerintah daerah Cilegon telah sangat maksimal, dalam hal fasilitas telah terbukti bahwa pemerintah daerah telah memperluas lahan pada tahun 2014. Kemudian dari pemerintah daerah regulari terus berusaha sehingga semua tempat umum termasuk pasar tradisional terus tingkatkan Ketertiban, Kebersihan, dan Kecantikan untuk kenyamanan bersama dengan dikeluarkannya peraturan daerah ini. Dengan dikeluarkannya sejumlah peraturan ini, telah membuktikan bahwa pemerintah daerah kota Cilegon telah secara maksimal menjalankan perannya, tempat-tempat umum, termasuk pasar tradisional, pasar baru, burung merak sehingga mereka terus tumbuh dan bahkan mengalami peningkatan sehingga akan mensejahterakan semua pihak. Dalam hal peningkatan penjualan, para peneliti menganalisis bahwa dari total 556 kios, hanya 31 atau hanya 5,57%, kios kosong atau kosong, ini menunjukkan bahwa minat pedagang untuk menjual di pasar masih sangat tinggi, dan itu terkait dengan meningkatnya jumlah orang yang merasa berpuasa sebagai konsumen untuk layanan, kenyamanan dan keamanan pasar Peacock Baru, sehingga mereka terus mengunjungi pasar-pasar ini, ini semua dicapai berkat bantuan dan partisipasi semua

Abstrak Sektor perbankan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam stabilitas keuangan dan perekonomian suatu negara, dan sebagai intermediasi antara pihak-pihak yang memiliki dana dengan pihak-pihak yang memerlukan dana dan Profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan bank untuk menghasilkan atau memperoleh laba secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh variabel Return on Equity dan Current Ratio terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan bank yang terdaftar dibursa efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020 secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian dengan teknik kuantitatif dan menggunakan 42 populasi bank konvensional yang mengambil 7 sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan kriteria tertentu, data dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan yang berbentuk rasio yang mewakili masing-masing variabel penelitian dan diolah dengan menggunakan alat ukur instrument SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis Return On Equity (ROE) Terhadap Harga Saham diperoleh nilai thitung> ttabel (4,052> 2,037) dan nilai signifikan α (0,000 < 0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.. Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Harga Saham diperoleh nilai thitung> ttabel (2,731 > 2,037) dan nilai signifikanα (0,010 < 0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha Diterima. Return On Equity (ROE) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham diperoleh nilai Fhitung> Ftabel atau 12,909 > 3,295 dan nilai signifikan α (0,000 <0,05), Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) Terhadap Harga Saham dan terdapat pengaruh antara Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham. Serta secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara Return On Equity (ROE) dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2020. Elang Reaksi Cepat, information was obtained that one of the problems that must be resolved at this time is how to encourage employees to further improve their performance. It was informed that the performance conditions of employees at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat is still low. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative correlational approach, namely looking at cause-and-effect relationships. The sample used was part of the population in this study, namely 78 employees using a saturated sample. This research can be concluded either partially or simultaneously, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Elang Reaksi Cepat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

The study of financial feasibility is very related and cannot be separated from the business income of the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop in South Sumatra, it will be more dominant to be assessed whether it is feasible or not can be seen from the financial data during the running time. This study aims to see the financial feasibility of the business through investment appraisal in the Payback Period (PP) method, Accounting Rate of Return (ARR), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI). The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, the data used in this research is Primary data, namely data obtained through direct observation of the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop business. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and literature study. The results of research on the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop business for the last five years are; PP 0,78 years, ARR of 275.98%, NPV of Rp1,707,860,842, PI of 5.269. Based on the overall results of these methods, it shows that the financial feasibility of the Warto Diesel Service Injection Pump-Nozzle Car and Heavy Equipment Workshop business has met the feasibility assessment criteria

Every company is obliged to carry out efficiency strategies in every business process in order to continue to exist in today's increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the OEE value and the dominant factors from the six big losses analysis which is used as a proposal for improvements to the cutting machine at PT ABC. The method used is Availability Ratio, Performance Ratio and Rate of Product Quality as basic elements of Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses and analyzed using a fishbone diagram. Calculation results for the period September 2023 to February 2024 obtained an OEE value of 82.58% with the largest contributor to losses being the idling and minor stoppages and Reduce Speed factors. To overcome this, it is necessary to increase skills in identifying and repairing machines, implementing clear standard operating procedures, operator skills in conveying information about machine damage, as well as standard material for parts used by machines.

Currently, it is not difficult to find shopping places that sell building materials at retail, both in big cities and in regions, both large and small scale. This has an impact on increasingly competitive competition between brick-and-mortar retail stores, so that as a result the traditionally managed brick-and-mortar retail business turns into an increasingly innovative, dynamic and competitive business. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of price and service quality on purchasing decisions for building materials in TB. Sumber Jaya, Serang City, Banten. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative correlational approach, namely looking at cause-and-effect relationships. The sample used was the entire population in this study, namely 66 respondents using the Tabachnick & Fidell sampling method. The results of the hypothesis testing research show that there is no influence between price on purchasing decisions, while other variables show that there is an influence between service quality on purchasing decisions. Likewise, simultaneously, there is an influence of price and service quality on purchasing decisions at TB. Sumber Jaya, Serang City, Banten, with an influential contribution of 34.9%, while the remaining 65.1% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

In building trust in the banking world competition, bank health is very important for the bank, because customer trust and loyalty to a bank can be factors that can support and facilitate the bank in developing business strategies. This study aims to determine the level of bank health at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period.This research method is descriptive with a qualitative type. The data source for this study is secondary data. The secondary data used is the Annual Financial Report of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period. The results of the study on the level of health of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period in terms of the Risk Profile factor, as measured by the bank's Non-Performing Loan financial ratio, are included in the healthy category and the Loan to Deposit Ratio financial ratio is included in the fairly healthy category. From the Good Corporate Governance factor, it is in the healthy or good category. Based on the Earnings factor, as measured by the Return On Assets ratio, it is categorized as fairly healthy. Finally, from the Capital factor, using the Capital Adequacy Ratio ratio, it is considered very healthy.Based on the results of research conducted at the banking company PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period using the RGEC method, it can be concluded that BTN's health level is at PK-2 (healthy) with a ratio of 76%.
