<![CDATA[PT. Djarum merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri rokok . Produk andalan yang diproduksi dalam skala besar adalah brand LA Bold. Dalam pembuatan produk tersebut, menggunakan mesin SPU 02 dan SPU 03, peran mesin yang digunakan sangat vital. Pentingnya peran tersebut membuat mesin dituntut untuk selalu optimal dalam menjalankan fungsinya. Setelah dilakukan observasi, PT Djarum telah mampu mencapai target produksi, tetapi sebenarnya kemampuan operasional mesin bisa melampaui target tersebut.. Hal tersebut menunjukkan ada indikasi bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan mesin bekerja secara tidak efektif , Oleh karena itu akan dilakukan evaluasi penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dengan menggunakan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebagai indikator serta mencari penyebab ketidakefektifan dari kedua mesin tersebut dengan melakukan perhitungan Six Big Losses untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh dari keenam faktor Six Big Losses yang ada. ABSTRACT Analysis of Machine Effectivity Based on Value Calculation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness on Cigarette Machine (Single Procession Unit 02 and Single Procession Unit 03) in PT Djarum PT. Djarum is a company engaged in the cigarette industry. Major products that are produced on a large scale are the LA Bold brand. In making these products, using SPU 02 and SPU 03 machines, the role of the machine used is vital. The importance of these roles make the machine is required to always be optimal in carrying out its function. After the observation, PT Djarum has been able to achieve the production target, but actually the operational capability of the machine can exceed the target. It shows there are indications that there are factors that cause the machine to work ineffectively, therefore it will be evaluated the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value as an indicator and searching for the cause of the ineffectiveness of the two machines by performing the calculation of Six Big Losses to determine the influencing factors of the six existing Six Big Losses factors.]]>
