<![CDATA[AbstrakKetatnya persaingan dalam dunia usaha memicu setiap perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam memproduksi suatu produk, seperti memaksimalkan penggunaan mesin produksi. Dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan mesin produksi, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan produktivitas produksi dan meminimalkan kerugian akibat kendala produksi yang terjadi. Salah satu upaya untuk meminimalkan terjadinya kendala produksi adalah dengan menerapkan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) yaitu dengan mengukur nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Pada penelitian ini, penerapan pengukuran nilai OEE pada mesin Mills MNO digunakan sebagai gambaran tentang kesesuaian keefektifan mesin-mesin di PT ISM Bogasari Departemen Mills MNO sehingga perusahaan mengetahui kondisi perusahaan bila dibandingkan dengan nilai standar internasional (JIPM). Nilai OEE yang berada di bawah nilai standar, perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Dengan diagram ishikawa, penelitian ini bisa mengetahui penyebab terjadinya down-time yang terjadi sehingga dilakukan usulan perbaikan untuk perusahaan kedepannya.Kata kunci: Abstract|Performance Analysis of MNO Mills Production Machines Using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Method|The tight competition in the business world of each company to increase competence in producing a product, such as maximizing the use of production machinery. In this study, the application of OEE value measurement on MNO Mills machines is used as an assessment of the suitability of the effectiveness of the machines at PT ISM Bogasari MNO Mills Department makes companies look for information about companies that are in accordance with international standard values (JIPM). OEE values that need to be below standard values need to be improved. With Ishikawa diagram, this research can find out the cause of the decrease in the time to do repairs for the company in the future.]]>
