<![CDATA[Kondisi lingkungan fisik kerja yang masih belum memenuhi tentu akan mempengaruhi seseorang karyawan yang bekerja pada suatu lini produksi. Seseorang karyawan yang bekerja tentu tidak memiliki waktu yang singkat pada lokasi tersebut, bahkan harus setiap hari bekerja pada tempat yang sama dan kurun waktunya lama (8 jam kerja). PT. South Pasific Viscose sudah memperhatikan kesehatan dan keselamatan dalam bekerja dan mengupayakan terjadinya zero accident atau nol kecelakaan kerja, akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya setiap tahun masih tetap terjadi kecelakaan akibat kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Upaya yang telah dilakukan PT South Pasific Viscose adalah mewajibkan setiap orang (karyawan, kontraktor, vistior, dll) untuk memakai alat pelindung diri (safety shoes, safety helmet, safety glass), mewajibkan memakai gas masker di area plan. Dari hasil pengukuran kondisi lingkungan fisik kerja pada area line 3 didapatkan hasil yaitu untuk pencahayaan, temperatur dan getaran di beberapa area masih belum memenuhi standar yang telah ditentukan.
