Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan penjualan mobil Toyota di empat dealer Nasmoco di Kota Semarang, membuat dealer Nasmoco harus melayani lebih banyak mobil, sehingga kapasitas dealer yang ada saat ini sudah tidak mencukupi. Apabila tidak ada penambahan kapasitas, dapat terjadi penurunan kualitas layanan. Namun, pada bengkel yang telah berdiri, tidak dimungkinkan untuk menambah stall sehingga perlu dibangun Nasmoco baru di Kota Semarang. Karena itu dilakukan analisis perancangan Nasmoco baru ditinjau dari aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan operasional, aspek legalitas, aspek lingkungan, dan aspek finansial. Berdasar analisis pasar, dealer Nasmoco baru didirikan untuk memenuhi pasar di wilayah Semarang bagian barat. Kapasitas bengkel Nasmoco baru saat pertama didirikan yaitu 14 stall perbaikan umum dan 2 stall express maintenance dengan 20 teknisi dan 10 service advisor. Dealer ini dirancang memiliki luas keseluruhan sebesar 3.772 m2 dengan lokasi pendirian di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. Tenaga kerja awal yang dibutuhkan yaitu 1 orang branch manager, 1 orang CRC, 26 orang di Administration Department, 35 orang di Sales Department, dan 43 orang di Service Department. Total biaya investasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan adalah Rp 27.389.303.640,00 dengan jangka waktu pengembalian investasi selama 4 tahun 3 bulan.  ABSTRACT Increasing in sales of Toyota car in four Nasmoco dealers at Semarang makes the dealers must give services to more cars, which is result in inappropriate between demand and capacity. In case there is no addition of capacity, it will decrease quality of services which Nasmoco dealers give to customers. But it is impossible to add new stalls in the four dealers, so it is important to build a new dealer in Semarang. Because of it, there must be a study to analyze the plan of building a new dealer, which is looked from market aspect, technical and operational aspect, legality aspect, environmental aspect, and financial aspect. From market analysis, the new dealer will be built to fulfill demand in west part of Semarang. Capacity of the new dealer is 14 general repair stalls and 2 express maintenance stalls with 20 technicians and 10 service advisors. The new dealer is planned to have 3.772 meter squares of area and located at Jenderal Sudirman street. Requirement of employees in the new dealer is 1 person as branch manager, 1 person as CRC, 26 people at Administration Department, 35 people at Sales Department, and 43 people at Service Department. Total of investment needed in this project is Rp 27.389.303.640,00 and payback period is 4 years and 3 months.

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT.Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI)-Central Java has established the safety and health policy in the Company. The safety performance of PT.CCBI-Central Java was good-rated. That achievement strongly depends on all of the efforts made by all parties in the company i.e. corporate leader, the management, and the labor and the reactive and dependent characteristics of safety. Up until now, PT.CCBI-Central Java never knew how strong the factors affecting the achievement of safety performance results in PT.CCBI-Central Java. Based on research conducted by Wu et al (2008), the safety performance is affected by safety leadership and safety climate. Based on these explanations, this research analyzes the effect of safety leadership and safety climate towards safety performance in PT.CCBI-Central Java. The conceptual model used in this study based on the research model of Wu et al (2008). Data measurement is performed by survey using questionnaire distributed to 200 operator level workers of PT.CCBI-Central Java. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) is applied in this study as the data processing method using AMOS 20.0 software. The results of empirical model of safety performance in PT.CCBI-Central Java show that safety leadership has positive and significant impact on safety climate and safety performance at the 5% significance level. Safety climate has positive and significant impact on safety performance at significance level of 5% and mediates the relationship between safety leadership and safety performance. These results can be recommended as evaluation subject for the management of PT.CCBI-Central Java to improve the safety performance in the company.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam implementasi e-Procurement PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jateng & DIY masih terdapat berbagai permasalahan dan kendala yang dihadapi baik dari segi kesiapan penyedia layanan e-Procurement, kesiapan pengguna e-Procurement dan dari segi kepuasan pengguna e-Procurement. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi tingkat kesiapan dan kepuasaan pengguna pada proses implementasi e-Procurement untuk memberikan rekomendasi serta langkah perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model e-Learning Readiness dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Dari hasil pengolahan statistik deskriptif diperoleh bahwa tingkat kesiapan untuk variabel people resourcess, people skill, technology resourcess dan attitude of innovation dapat dikatakan not ready needs some work, sedangkan untuk variabel resourcess of self development, skill of self development, attitude of self development, technology skill dan attitude technology dapat dikatakan ready but needs a few improvement. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan untuk variabel accuracy, format, ease of use dan timeliness pengguna menyatakan puas, sedangkan untuk variabel content pengguna menyatakan netral.  ABSTRACT In implementation e-Procurement PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Jateng & DIY still many problems and obstacles encountered readiness of service provider e-Procurement, readiness of users and user satisfaction of e-Procurement. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate readiness level and user satisfaction in process implementing e-Procurement to provide recommendations and determine improvement measures. This study uses model e-Learning Readiness and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). From the results of descriptive statistical processing that readiness level for the variable resourcess people, people skills, technology and attitude of innovation resourcess can be said not ready needs some work, while for the variable resourcess of self development, skill development of self, attitude of self development, technology skills and technology attitude can be said ready but needs a few improvement. While the level satisfaction for the variable accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness users said they were satisfied, while for the variable content users said they were neutral.
