<![CDATA[Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah pada hampir seluruh sektor industri, termasuk industri tekstil. Hal tersebutlah yang membuat Indonesia kini memiliki banyak perusahaan tekstil yang telah mendunia, salah satunya adalah PT Tiga Manunggal Synthetic. Pada PT Tiga Manunggal Synthetic, terdapat penumpukkan sejumlah bahan baku Polyester Textured 75D pada warehouse, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu peramalan terhadap jumlah Polyester Textured 75D yang akan dibutuhkan selama tujuh periode berikutnya. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model deret berkala (time series). Metode tersebut merupakan metode peramalan yang didasarkan atas penggunaan analisis pola hubungan antara variabel yang akan diperkirakan dengan variabel waktu, yang merupakan deret waktu. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari data historis konsumsi benang Polyester Textured 75D, maka hasil peramalan dengan menggunakan metode Center Moving Average (CMA) bersifat konstan sebesar 4,941,40 Kg untuk bulan November 2016 hingga bulan Mei 2017. Metode tersebut dipilih berdasarkan nilai error SDE, MAPE, dan U-Theil adalah yang terkecil diandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Nilai error SDE, MAPE, dan U-Theil masing-masing pada metode Center Moving Average (CMA) adalah 900,91 ; 14,06 ; 0,59. Abstract Forecasting of Material Polyester Textured 75D on November 2016 until May 2017 Period PT Tiga Manunggal Synthetic Using Time series Method. Indonesia is one of the countries that have plenty resources in almost every industrial sectors, including textile industries. That makes Indonesia now has many international textile companies, including PT Tiga Manunggal Synthetic. On PT Tiga Manunggal Synthetic, there is a cumulation of raw material Polyester Textured 75D in warehouse, so a forecast of number of the Polyester Textured 75D for the next seven period is needed. The method that used in this research is a quantitative method by using time series method. This method is a forecast method which based on the pattern of relation analysis usage between the forcasted variables, which is a time series. Based on the calculation of consumtion data’s history of Polyester Textured 75D, the result of the forcasting using Center Moving Average method has a constant behaviour of 4,941,40 Kg for November 2016 until May 2017. That method was choosen based on the smallest error value of SDE, MAPE, and U-Theil compared to the other method.
