Abstract

Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan pada CV Piranti works ditemukan permasalahan yaitu perusahaan belum dapat merealisasikan rencana produksi yang optimal. Produksi yang dilakukan hanya berdasarkan permintaan tanpa mempertimbangkan kapasitas produksi. Hal itu dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan dalam menentukan bauran jumlah produksi yang menentukan keuntungan optimal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian membahas optimasi penentuan jumlah produksi dengan metode program linier. Diharapkan dengan metode tersebut dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada.   From the observation that was done on CV Piranti Works, the problem indicated that the company had not been able to make an optimal production plan. The company only produce based on demand without considering its production capacity. Consequently it affected the company to determine production amount of each product type and it influenced the companay to get optimum benefit. Therefore, reaserch discussed optimization of production amount using linear programming. Hopefully with this method the company will able to solve the problem.
