The study was motivated by a single orginal show.The phenomenon occurred in the Village Koto Sipopak, Tanjung Baru District, Tanah Datar Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the understanding of the community against porn action performances orgen tunggal music, Knowing the Impact caused by Orgen Tunggal music performance. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. the sample in this research using proposif sampling method. The result of this research is the perception of society to single organs which is considered as a form of deviation from social norm, culture, even religion. On the other hand it becomes part of society, whose presence is needed both for the visitors. Nor the owner and artist elekton who expect to get additional tips from the audience other than that he got from the job given the owner of elekton. The impact of the presence of organ tunggal music varies between them. There is a shift in values and norms prevailing in the local area. May impair the moral formation of children because single orgen music performances are held in open areas without any restrictions. A Migration is a population movement aimed to maintain from one place to another place exceed the limits of politics/country or part of administrative limits one of the countries. A Migration defines as a permanent movement from one area to another area. People who do migration called Migrant. This study is about “The Migrants mobility of west Sumatera retailers at Mandau Duri market in Riau Province”. The purpose of this study is to find out the push and pull factor of west Sumatera retailers at Mndau Duri market and also to find out a socio-economic situation of the migrants at Mandau Duri market. The method that used in this research is a qualitative research. A qualitative research is a research which revals the facts, situation and focused on social phenomena. The data collection technique used observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation techniquese based on the result, the number of the migrants of west sumatera retailers at Mandau Duri market was 300 vendors. From the interview result a researcher found the fact about the migrants incneased on income in the destination area rather than in the origin area. This research was conducted in South Nagari Tiku, Tanjung Mutiara Sub-District, Agam Regency, West Sumatera Province in order to obtain informations about the stakeholder's role in maintaining the cleanliness of Tiku Beach as tourism attraction. Some of issues in this research are (1) What is the role of stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness in Tiku Beach as tourism attraction? (2) What are the obstacles that the stakeholders face in order to maintain the cleanliness in Tiku Beach as tourism attraction? The title of this research is "The The Role of Stakeholders in Maintaining The Cleanliness in Tiku Beach Tourism Object of Tanjung Mutiara Sub-district, Agam Regency of West Sumatera Province." This research aims to find out how the role of stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness of Tiku Beach as a tourism object in Tanjung Mutiara Sub-District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. To know the obstacles faced by stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness of Tiku Beach in Tanjung Mutiara Sub-District, Agam Regency of West Sumatera Province, the subject of this research are the South Tiku Nagari Government, the Sadar Pesona Mutiara Putih group, the Merchants and others who take important roles in Tiku Beach, as many as 16 subjects. Datas were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Qualitative analysis will be used to analyze the problems in this study and will be described descriptively on my paper. After the research, the results of this research is going to be about the role of stakeholders in maintaining the cleanliness of the Tiku Beach by socializing hygiene, inviting/encouraging traders to maintain the cleanliness, traders paying dues/hygiene retribution, traders clean the place of selling. While the obstacles that the stakeholders face in maintaining the cleanliness in Tiku Beach are the lack of awareness from the merchants to maintain the cleanliness of touring places and trash bins, transportations.Keywords: stakeholders, role, obstacles

Tourism industry plays an important role in the country’s development. In addition, tourism also has an influence on the revenue for local government. Siak is one of the areas in Riau Province which has variety tourist attractions. One of tourist attractions is Mangrove Ecotourism in the District of Sungai Apit. Mangrove Ecotourism has enormous potential to develop. Therefore, a developmental strategy is needed in order to develop and increase the interest of tourists to visit Mangrove Ecotourism.Theory are used in this research is management strategy of Elitan and Anatan and analysis are used is SWOT analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through interviews, observations and documentations. The technique of data analysis which used in this research was qualitative method and descriptive approachment.From the results, it can be seen that the develop Mangrove Ecotourism in the District Sungai Apit done the using technology strategy, innovation strategy and operating strategy. SWOT analysis is then performed to determine what strategies are suitable for the developmet of Ecotourism Mangrove in the District Sungai Apit.Keywords : Ecotourism Mangrove, Strategy, Tourism Development

Supervision is all efforts and activities to identify and assess the actual reality on the implementation of tasks or activities are in accordance with rules or not. Supervision towards tourist attraction of Danau Raja is done directly by government, youth section, sports section and tourism section. In addition, supervisor coordinated with the Organization of Pancasila Youth through the MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding). However, until now there are some extortions in tourist areas by use government name. The purpose of this study is to de determine the extent of supervision in Danau Raja and to identify the obstacle factor towards overseeing Danau Raja tourism in Rengat, Indragiri Hulu, Riau Province.Based on the theory of Manullang, supervisory process of every objects are consists of phases, setting standards, conducting assessment and conduct corrective action the method of this study is descriptive qualitative with snowball sampling technique. The informants of this study are the Head of Tourism, Head of Development Section in tourist attraction and Head of tourist attraction charm, Pancasila Youth section, merchants and visitors.The result of the data analysis by descriptive qualitative, supervisory standards of Danau Raja carried out by the department based on the main objectives and functions that has been set, the action assessment made officially through the two officers who works to maintain the cleanliness of the tourism are of Danau Raja and it coordinates with the Organization of Pancasila Youth by used MOU authority to manages the entire facility of tourist attraction of Danau Raja along fee collection agency, then the government and The Organization of Pancasila Youth held a corrective action by conducting socialization and appeal to visitors or merchants in Danau Raja to maintain the environtment. There are several factors inhibiting the supervision of Danau Raja that are government regulations about tourism until now has not implemented, the lack of funds allocated for insfrastructure improvements, the lack of human resources professionals especially in the field of supervision as well as people who are less concerned to maintain the environment of danau Raja.Keywords: Supervision, Tourism, Danau Raja

This research was conducted in Pematang Pudu Village with the aim of explaining how the role of the Garbage Bank is in increasing community environmental awareness and also explaining how the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Garbage Bank are in increasing community environmental awareness. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, direct observation and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the role of the Garbage Bank is divided into four, namely the facilitative role, the educational role, the representative role, and the technical skill role. In carrying out its facilitative role, the waste bank provides free training to the community. In providing an educational role, the waste bank conducts outreach to homes and community institutions. In giving the role of waste bank representatives looking for partners to work together in obtaining profits. In carrying out the role of the garbage bank's technical skills in carrying out data collection and financial management. In this study there are several factors that support and hinder the waste bank in increasing environmental awareness. What supports it is the enthusiasm of the management of the waste bank, parties who help, as well as government support. The inhibiting factors are education, a low mindset, the selling price of waste is cheap compared to other collectors. Keywords: Garbage Bank, Role, Community

Waste banks are one of the solutions for effective and sustainable waste management. This study aims to indentify and analyze the activites and challenges of Bank Sampah Inspirasi Madani in optimizing the function of waste banks. This research uses a qualitative research method. Data collection in this study involved direct observation, indepth interviews, and documentation. Subjects in this study amounted to 6 people. The result of this study show that Bank Sampah Inspirasi Madani has carried out various activities in optimizing the function of waste banks, including waste collection, waste sorting, waste sales, education and socialization, as well as collaboration with waste suppliers and buyers. This waste bank has also faced several challenges, including the lack of public awareness about the importance of waste management, insufficient members, and constraints in waste marketing. Despite these challenges, this waste bank has the potential to continue growing and providing significant benefits in waste management. Efforts to strengthen capabilities and improve coorperation between waste banks, the government, and the community are needed to achieve sustainable waste management goals.
