Abstract

Tourism industry plays an important role in the country’s development. In addition, tourism also has an influence on the revenue for local government. Siak is one of the areas in Riau Province which has variety tourist attractions. One of tourist attractions is Mangrove Ecotourism in the District of Sungai Apit. Mangrove Ecotourism has enormous potential to develop. Therefore, a developmental strategy is needed in order to develop and increase the interest of tourists to visit Mangrove Ecotourism.Theory are used in this research is management strategy of Elitan and Anatan and analysis are used is SWOT analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through interviews, observations and documentations. The technique of data analysis which used in this research was qualitative method and descriptive approachment.From the results, it can be seen that the develop Mangrove Ecotourism in the District Sungai Apit done the using technology strategy, innovation strategy and operating strategy. SWOT analysis is then performed to determine what strategies are suitable for the developmet of Ecotourism Mangrove in the District Sungai Apit.Keywords : Ecotourism Mangrove, Strategy, Tourism Development

Abstract

In the Penal Code (Penal Code) article 263 governs the crime of mail forgery. There are several actions that belong to the type of mail forgery, one of which is the creation of stamps that can cause the stamp maker to also be held accountable. But in reality, the stamp was only used as a means of evidence in the trial. This is known from the example of the Case Verdict Number: 1293/Pid.B/2018/PN. Pekanbaru with defendant Agus Salim Ahim, Number:325/Pid.B/2013/PN. Pekanbaru with defendant Masrizal, and Number: 423/Pid.B/2017/PN. Pekanbaru with defendant Madi Permana Sesa states that the stamp is only used as a tool of evidence seized for destruction. Criminal liability is often also associated with the doctrine of causality. Causality is used as a "filter" in establishing a person's criminal accountability. As a filter, causality will filter out any factual actions committed by the perpetrator, after the factual action is netted the next will be sought legal action. By finding his legal action, a person will be held accountable.The crime of stamp forgery is already very detrimental to society. Many stamps from various government agencies are often forged by the public and even State officials. Not all actions proven by the elements can lead to the perpetrator being punished if he or she cannot be blamed so criminal responsibility cannot be held. In practice many cases involving people in good faith are also held responsible for such crimes. One of them is a stamp maker. But as the basis of the judge's consideration in making a verdict is generally the same. The purpose of writing this thesis is; first, To know the accountability of stamp makers that consumers use for criminal acts is associated with the doctrine of causality. Secondly to know the consequences of the breadth of criminal liability is associated with the doctrine of causality. This type of research is normative research, using an analytical approach. Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a service provided by schools, one of the functions of which is to help students identify various kinds of problems inherent in them in order to realize effective learning. The various problems faced by students in classes towards the school, adjustments to the curriculum, study habits as well as the future and aspirations obtained from the Problem Checklist filled in by students. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 109 students using the Slovin formula. The research results were analyzed using percentages and produced findings that the problems faced by students were very diverse, thus hindering the learning process.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of Cyber Bullying in the digital era during adolescence. This research uses a literature review study method. This research found results in the form of the influence of Cyber Bullying in the digital era during adolescence. Based on a literature review study, it was found that the current generation of teenagers will have a good education in both the real and virtual worlds. Indicators of the causes of Cyber ​​Bullying are 1) Anonymity: The freedom to remain anonymous while using the internet can encourage people to act violently without worrying about facing immediate repercussions. 2) Lack of Empathy: When a perpetrator is physical. The aim of the research is to determine the impact of Cyber Bullying in the digital era on teenagers.

Abstract

Perawatan payudara (breast care) adalah salah satu cara merawat payudara yang dilakukan pada saat kehamilan atau masa nifas untuk produksi ASI, selain itu untuk kebersihan payudara dan bentuk puting susu yang masuk ke dalam atau datar. Puting susu demikian sebenarnya bukan halangan untuk menyusui dengan baik, denga mengetahui sejak awal ibu mempunyai waktu untuk mengusahakan agar puting susu lebih mudah sewaktu menyusui. Disamping itu juga sangat penting untuk memperhatikan personal hygien pada payudara. Tujuan Kegiatan : Mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum dengan kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang cara perawatan payudara (Breast Care). Metode Kegiatan : Melalui penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan diskusi serta tanya jawab menggunakan media poster dan pantom. Hasil Kegiatan : 90% peserta penyuluhan mengerti tentang materi yang disampaikan dan mampu menjelaskan kembali materi yang udah dijelaskan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pneumonia merupakan salah satu penyakit peradangan akut parenkim paru yang biasanya dari satu infeksi saluran pernafasan bawah akut dengan gejala berkeringat rasa Lelah batuk produk sputum disertai dengan sesak napas yang disebabkan agen infeksius seperti bakteri streptococcusas atau pneumokokus dan aspirasi substansi, berupa radang paru-paru yang disertai eksudasi konsolodasi. Tujuan: Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan Pneumonia dengan pemberian intervensi Fisioterapi dada terhadap penatalaksanaan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif Rs.An-Nisa Tangerang. Metode: Studi kasus menggunakan proses pendekatan asuhan keperawatan Penumonia dengan intervensi fisioterapi dada dalam upaya peningkatan bersihan jalan nafas dan sputum yang tertahan. Hasil: Berdasarkan Studi kasus pada pasien kelolaan diperoleh hasil terdapat adanya perubahan saturasi oksigen dan pengeluaran sputum setelah dilakukan Tindakan tersebut.

Putri Fauziah, 2025.Penerapan Teknik Assertive Training Melalui Konseling Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran. Skripsi. Dibimbing oleh : Meilla Dwi Nurmala, S.Psi., M.Pd. (Pembimbing I). Bangun Yoga Wibowo, M.Pd. ( Pembimbing II ) Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Rendahnya motivasi belajar merupakan salah satu masalah yang dapat mengganggu proses belajar siswa dan membutuhkan penanganan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, metode pra-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Pengambilan sampel penelitian mengunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling yang di peroleh 8 sampel dengan kategori motivasi belajar terendah. kemudian diberikan treatment. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis yaitu Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan secara signifikan dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 33 menjadi 60.375. Analisis uji Wilcoxon signed ranks test pada proses pengambilan keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0.012 < 0.05, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Hօ ditolak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik assertive training berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the strategy for implementing the project-based learning model (PjBL) in early childhood education (ECE) in the context which is oriented towards Islamic values. PjBL allows children to actively participate through challenging projects and close to everyday life, thus encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity skills from an early age. At the same time, PjBL can be a vehicle for instilling manners, morals, social responsibility, and gratitude for Allah's creation through authentic and meaningful learning experiences. This study uses a literature study method by examining articles, scientific journals, and documents related to the implementation of PjBL in ECE. The results of the study show that PjBL can be effectively implemented through targeted project planning, strengthening the role of teachers as facilitators as well as role models, and active involvement of children at each stage of the project (planning, implementation, reflection, and follow-up). These findings are expected to provide insight for ECE educators to improve the quality of active, holistic, and worship-worthy learning, so that children grow up to be creative people with faith and noble character.
