Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan informasi mengenai pengelolaan program unit produksi dalam hal perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan unit produksi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu semua guru produktif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 5 Padang dengan total populasi 58 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dimana jumlah subjek tidak lebih 100, maka diambil semua subjeknya memakai teknik sampling jenuh, pada teknik ini seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunan instrument kusioner menggunakan skala linkert setelah dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Informasi atau data yang terkumpul dilakukan analisis dengan rumus rata – rata (mean). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan tentang pengelolaan program unit produksi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 5 Kota Padang secara keseluruhan ada pada kriteria baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,60.

Abstract

This research is based on the author’s observation at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung about student discipline that is still less than optimal. This study aims to obtain information about: 1) the elements of the discipline that are applied. 2) the teacher’s strategy of applying student discipline. 3) what stages the teacher does in instilling discipline. 4) efforts to perevent student behavior who are less disciplined. Descriptive quantitative is a type of research. With a population of students of SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung as many as 956 students. To find out the sample in this study is proportionate stratified random sampling, a sample of 109 students was obtained. This research instrument is a Likert Scale model questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: 1) student discipline in the SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung school was still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 2,85. 2) student discipline regarding the application of discipline at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung is still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 3,07. 3) student discipline about what stages

Abstract

In this study regarding the service of information technology-based financial affairs administration staff in SMK in Bukittinggi to find out and study how well the services provided by the financial affairs administration staff. Have provided good service to service recipients. This can be seen from the aspects of 1) simplicity, 2) clarity, 3) time certainly, 4) accuracy, 5) security, 6) responsibility, 7) completeness of facilities and infrastructure, 8) comfort. This study uses a population research method, namely all populations are subjects to be studied. Therefore, the population of this study is all administrative staff of financial affairs at vocational high schools in Bukittinggi, amounting to 25 people from 9 schools. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a likert scale. From the results of the study, it has been found that the service of information technology-based financial affairs school administrative staff at SMK in Bukittinggi City get a score of 4,17 with a good category.

Abstract

This research was made to obtain information at PUPR Balai Sungai Sumatera V SNVT Implementation of IAKR Water Utilization Network regarding: 1) Leadership Assertiveness, 2) Leadership Model, 3) Supervision Activities, and 4) Sanctions for Violations. The author uses descriptive or quantitative research. The author used a questionnaire in this study with a Likert scale model with a population of all employees at PUPR Balai Sungai Sumatera V SNVT Implementation of the IAKR Water Utilization Network, amounting to 62 employees, the number of samples that researchers used for this study amounted to 38 people taken 10% of the population. The results of what the researchers found at PUPR Balai Sungai Sumatera V SNVT Implementation of IAKR Water Utilization Network are: 1) Assertiveness of leaders with an average number of 3.86 is in good criteria, 2) exemplary leadership with an average number of 4.00 are in good criteria, 3) Supervision activities with an average number of 3.78 are in good criteria, and 4) Sanctions for violations with an average number of 4.05 are in good criteria. Overall, it can be seen that the level of employee work discipline development at PUPR Balai Sungai Sumatera V SNVT Implementation of IAKR Water Utilization Network with an average number of 3.92 on good criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat dari segi kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja dan sikap kooperatif pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian deskriptif, yang dimana pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling pada tingkat kesalahan 10%. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan model Skala Likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Uji coba validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Untuk uji validitas, penelitian ini menggunakan rumus korelasi tata jenjang dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (=0,514) dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus cronbach alpha. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat dilihat dari segi (1) kualitas kerja pegawai dengan memperoleh skor 4,26 dan nilai tingkat capaian rata-rata 85,17% berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) kuantitas kerja pegawai memperoleh skor 4,10 dan nilai tingkat capaian rata-rata 82,07% berada pada kategori tinggi; dan (3) sikap kooperatif pegawai memperoleh skor 4,00 dan tingkat capaian rata-rata 79,93% berada pada kategori tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat sudah tinggi, dengan skor 4,12 dan nilai tingkat capaian rata-rata 82,39%.

Abstract

Online learning (on the network) is a demand in the 4.0 era (current industrial revolution. This is because of the development of technology and information so that learning must be carried out using technology. In addition, the Covid-19 outbreak gave birth to implementation policies learning carried out at home using online methods. For this reason, teachers are required tohave today's digital literacy competencies in order to be able to do online learning. However, the current problem is that there are still many teachers who do not understand technology digital, namely 97.5% of teachers. This is as known from the results of interviews in Malalak District Agam Regency, West Sumatra that there are still many teachers who have not been able to implement learning using digital technology. And also there are still many teachers who are not able to carry out online learning. There are still many teachers who have not been able to evaluate online learning. The solution to overcome these problems is to transfer knowledge through online learning guidance for teachers. The first step is to do testing digital literacy competence of teachers through a questionnaire. After that give understanding to the teacher about online learning. Then the next stage is conducting technical guidance on the manufacture of innovative and interactive learning media for learning. Next, technical guidance is carried out about the implementation of online learning evaluation for teachers. The last stage is to evaluate about the digital literacy competence of teachers regarding the implementation and evaluation of online learning using a questionnaire. The output of the results of this community service activity are scientific publications, namely: articles on Journals with ISSN / Proceedings of National journals, namely colloquium journals, video service activities, and publication in print/online mass media, namely the Haluan newspaper. And also activity report.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the pedagogic competence of high school teachers. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the teacher's ability to carry out learning was still lacking. The teacher does not appreciate the courage and willingness of students in answering the questions given. Teachers also rarely use learning media and the methods used are also monotonous. Teachers also pay less attention to their students when learning takes place. This research includes quantitative descriptive analysis research. The population of this study were all teachers at public high schools in the city of Padang. The research sample was 67 people with the sampling technique being carried out using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was distributed to the research sample. Based on the results of the study it is known that 1) High School Teacher Pedagogic Competence from the aspect of understanding the characteristics of students is in the capable category. 2) The Pedagogic Competence of High School Teachers from the aspect of understanding learning theory and educational principles of learning is in the underprivileged category. 3) The Pedagogic Competence of High School Teachers from the aspect of ability in developing the curriculum is in the capable category. This proves that the analysis of the pedagogic competence of high school teachers is already capable, but still needs to be improved in the future.

Abstract

This study was motivated by observations made by researchers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency, which showed that teacher performance was still low. Factors that influence teacher performance include principal leadership and school academic supervision. The purpose of this study was to see: (1) the contribution of principal leadership to the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, (2) the contribution of academic supervision to the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, and (3) the contribution of principal leadership and academic supervision to the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a population of 172 teachers.  The sample size was taken using stratified proportional random sampling method, totaling 66 teachers. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis indicates that: (1) the leadership of school principals contributes significantly to the performance of public elementary school teachers in Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency by 14.1%. (2) Academic supervision significantly contributes to the performance of public elementary school teachers in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency by 7.3%.  (3) Principal leadership and academic supervision significantly contributed to the performance of teachers of public elementary schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency by 15.1%. This finding can show that the hypothesis can be accepted empirically and the variables of principal leadership and academic supervision are two factors that contribute to the performance of public elementary school teachers in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, the remaining 86.9% support outside the two variables studied.

Abstract

As a democratic country, voting is a mandatory and routine agenda for our country when choosing leaders in an organization to the state level. The paper-based voting system that has been used so far has several weaknesses such as ballot damage, vote counting errors, susceptibility to fraud, and delayed election results. To overcome these issues, a more secure and guaranteed electronic voting system is needed. The shift from conventional media to various media used for opinion polling, such as social media/internet, has occurred in this technological era. The E-Voting system has been confirmed as safe and in line with the latest technological advancements. To enhance its security level, the system can use various types of cryptographic algorithms, including AES. Cryptography can be the solution in maintaining information security such as confidentiality, data integrity, non-repudiation, and authentication
