Abstract

Beberapa peneliti telah melakukan penelitian dan membuat Peta Gempa Indonesia denganversi masing – masing, penelitian ini menyajikan penelitian untuk mendapatkan Peak GroundAcceleration (PGA) untuk beberapa tempat di Kota Palu berdasarkan metoda yang lebihlengkap, sistematis dan berusaha mengurangi faktor ketidak pastian dalam setiap langkahperhitungan yang dilakukan.Penelitian ini akan meliputi pengumpulan dan pengolahan data gempa, studi seismotektonikdan analisis resiko gempa. Data-data gempa dikumpulkan dari tahun 1904 – 2006. Data gempakemudian diolah sehingga didapat data gempa utama dan kelengkapannya.Untukmemperhitungkan faktor ketidak pastian dari masing - masing tahapan perhitungan dipakaimetoda logic tree.Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan program Equevalent Linear Earthquake Respons Analysis(EERA). Properties dinamik tanah dievaluasi dari data-data hasil penyelidikan tanah yangdikumpulkan dibeberapa tempat di Kota Palu. Hasil dari analisis respon site denganmenggunakan program EERA, dapat digunakan sebagai data masukan untuk pembuatanrespon spectra

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penggunaan metode drift Spektra dalam menganalisis atau menghitung beban gempa suatu struktur yang dimodelkan sebagai balok geser sederhana yang dapat memberikan informasi akan deformasi internal suatu struktur akibat gerakan tanah karena gempa. Penelitian ini menggunakan portal 5 lantai dan 7 lantai sebagai contoh kasus atau contoh perhitungan.Untuk menghitung respons percepatan tanah maka diberikan gempa buatan dengan menggunakan respons percepatan gempa El Centro pada jenis tanah sedang yang terletak pada Wilayah Gempa IV. Hasil perpindahan lantai yang diperoleh dari metode drift spektra dan respons spektrum dengan menggunakan program SAP 2000 untuk portal 5 lantai dan portal 7 lantai perbedaannya sangat kecil, yakni untuk portal 5 lantai perpindahan pada lantai atap dengan metode drift spektra adalah sebesar 21,741 cm, sedangkan hasil  respon spektrum dari SAP 2000 diperoleh 19,7212 cm. Sedangkan untuk portal 7 lantai perbedaannya semakin kecil, dimana perpindahan yang dihasilkan dengan metode drift spektra sebesar 34,84 cm dan respons spektrum SAP 2000 sebesar 33,85 cm. Perbedaan drift antar lantai yang dihasilkan dari kedua metode tersebut tidak signifikan

Abstract

The paper presents the use of an algorithm to apply constraint to a governing system of simultaneous equations. The method consists of the implementation of the constraints directly on the system of simuitcineous gouerning equations prior to the solution operations. By the application of the method, problematic aspects such as possibility of the enlargement of the coefficient matrix size, or possible “ill-condition” of the matrix, can he avoided.As a by-product, the met hod can also be used as a tool to compute for support reactions. The method can he applied suitably well in a computer analysis program.

Abstract

Gempa bumi yang melanda berbagai daerah dan kota-kota di dunia dalam kurun waktu satu dasawarsa terakhir menyebabkan kerusakan bangunan dan kerugian ekonomi, sehingga telah menuntut adanya suatu pendekatan baru dalam perencanaan bangunan di daerah rawan gempa. Selama ini falsafah desain seismic yang dipakai, seperti juga yang dianut oleh standar Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Indonesia SKBI 1.3.53.1987, adalah : akibat gempa kecil atau sedang, struktur bangunan harus dijamin tidak rusak; sedangkan akibat gempa kuat yang jarang terjadi, struktur harus dijamin tidak roboh, walau diijinkan mengalami kerusakan dengan pola yang telah direncanakan.Pendekatan dengan falsafah ini ternyata belum menjamin terkendalikannya kerusakan bangunan maupun isinya serta terganggunya aktivitas bisnis terhadap gempa dengan intensitas sedang sampai kuat. Lagi pula ketentuan-ketentuan yang dibangun di atas falsafah ini belum menjamin tercapainya keseragaman resiko akibat gempa pada bangunan di wilayah yang sama. Tulisan ini memaparkan Konsep “Performance-based Seismic Design” yang menawarkan suatu pendekatan baru bagi desain seismic struktur bangunan gedung. Metoda analisis yang dapat dipakai untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan kriteria batas untuk setiap kinerja juga diuraikan secara ringkas. Pada bagian akhir dipaparkan pula peran berbagai pihak yang terkait untuk memastikan efektifitas pendekatan baru ini dalam mencegah kerugian akibat gempa yang tidak diharapkan.

Abstract

Green building is the concept of environmentally friendly green buildings that are able to support themselves, save water and energy, and use renewable energy to protect the environment from increasingly severe damage. This research aims to determine the factors that influence energy efficiency and to determine the application of energy efficiency in green building systems for hospital buildings in Palu City. Research data was collected through surveys and interviews by conducting a checklist interview table containing 7 energy efficiency assessment parameters, namely building envelope, ventilation system, air conditioning system, lighting system, transportation system in the building, energy efficiency calculation and electrical system. There were 5 respondents representing the three hospitals studied. Then it is analyzed using the percentage value obtained from each interview table that gets points. The highest results from the percentage values obtained from three hospitals, namely Anutapura Hospital, Anutapura Medical Center (AMC) Building, received a percentage value of 58% for implementing energy efficiency in the green building system.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the comfort and health levels of rooms in Anutapura Hospital, Undata Hospital, and Tadulako University Hospital, with a focus on the application of green building principles, particularly in terms of room comfort and health. The study also identifies factors influencing comfort and health, such as smoking bans, control of carbon dioxide (CO?) and carbon monoxide (CO) levels, and the use of refrigerants. The research method used is qualitative, involving interviews and field observations to gain an in-depth understanding from respondents directly involved in the hospital building construction. The respondents consisted of five people: two from Anutapura Hospital, one from Undata Hospital, and two from Tadulako University Hospital. Observations were made on facilities such as smoking prohibition signs, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and parking areas. The results show that Tadulako University Hospital scored the highest (13 points), followed by Undata Hospital (11 points), and Anutapura Hospital (8 points), based on comfort and health parameters. Tadulako University Hospital excelled in air quality control and the use of refrigerants with low Global Warming Potential (GWP). Key factors influencing room comfort and health include freedom from tobacco smoke, ventilation, CO? and CO sensors, and the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants.

Abstract

This research is expected to be able to see to what extent this building has implemented the green building concept by conducting an assessment according to green building criteria in the Appropriate Site and Environmental category. This research uses a mixed research method between quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. This research will comprehensively measure and analyze aspects of Appropriate Site and Environmental Use in Hospital Buildings in Palu City, after that disseminate the findings in the field. After obtaining information regarding the general description of the green building system from the results of interviews with each respondent from the three hospitals involved. reviewed. Thus, the result of reducing the data that has been collected is an interview sheet in the form of a table of more specific questions based on the Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 assessment benchmark and the Greenship New Building Version 1.2 assessment benchmark. Based on the results of the appropriate site and environmental assessment (Appropriate Site Development), Anutapura Hospital and Undata Hospital received a gold title with a score of 9 points or (57%) of the maximum total points of 16, while Tadulako University Hospital received a silver title with the lowest score. 9 points or (52%) of the maximum total points of 17.
