Abstract

This research is motivated by ulayat land or customary land belonging to villagers of Senama Nenek village controlled by PTP.N V to become oil palm plantation. The problems that arise from this research are what factors are behind the occurrence of village land conflicts Senama grandmother and how to solve the land conflict. Informant research as much as 6 (six) people that is R as informant 1 as well as key informant or key informant, ARC, SM.N, FR, M and F. This research was conducted in Senama Nenek village Tapung Hulu sub district of Kampar regency, the reason the writer choose Senama Nenek village because in Senama Nenek village there is a conflict of struggle for ulayat land and until now there has been no settlement. Data analysis technique used by using triangulation technique that is writer analyze data starting from field observation, looking for initial data, process data and make conclusion. Based on the above approach, found there are factors behind the occurrence of land conflicts that is, differences in cultural background, differences of individual or group interests, changes in value in society, efforts to solve land conflicts in Senama Nenek village with the results of research that is the negotiation between the villagers of Senama Nenek and PTP.NV which resulted in the decision that PTP.NV should find a replacement land of 2,800 Ha, mediating by holding meetings between the Senama Nenek Community and the Company mediated by the DPD, Ombudsman, Komnas HAM and the Government Area. Conciliation is by accelerating the realization of the agreement, and Arbitration is by involving a third party to resolve land conflicts in Senama Nenek village.Keywords: Land Conflict, Conflict Resolution, Grandma's Grandmother's Village

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine the application of blockchain technology, the benefits, advantages, challenges, and disadvantages of this technology. The method used is descriptive qualitative using literature study. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from various sources such as journals, books, reports and other documents. This research shows that the application of blockchain technology in the Islamic accounting industry provides benefits such as high data security and transparency of financial information for business people and potential investors.Keywords: Implementation, Blockchain Technology, Sharia Accounting

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to provide a simple understanding of the concepts of fiscal policy, public revenue, and public spending. In this context, an understanding of fiscal policy is important to understand how the government manages the economy and meets people's needs. Public revenue is a source of funds used by the government to run various programs and public services, such as infrastructure, education, health and social welfare. Public spending includes the allocation of funds for these purposes. The method used is descriptive method. The results of this study are expected to have a strong basic understanding of the role and importance of fiscal policy in regulating the economy and meeting people's needs.Keywords: Fiscal Policy, Income, Public Spending

Abstract

AbstractPaylater is increasingly popular among millennials along with the development of technology. These technological advances have had a very significant impact on the survival of society, especially the millennial generation, who will become more consumptive through the arrival of electronic or non-cash payment instruments, without cash, this will form impulsive shopping behavior where a person buys products without planning. This research was conducted to see the effect of SPaylater on consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State University of North Sumatra. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of SPaylater on FEBI UINSU students influenced consumptive behavior. Keywords: SPaylater, Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

Since the emergence of the global financial crisis recently, the financial system requires changes that must be appropriate. In the economic sector, financial institutions do have an important role to play in influencing the stability of a country’s economy experience from the crisis shows that without good financial system resilience, the process of economic development will not be able to achieve economy stability which will ultimately create prosperity. The Islamic economic system is definitely able to answer the challenges of Islamic finance because it is sourcesd from syara’ and the paradigm of Islamic finance which puts forward sharia maqasid so as to create prosperity. The goals of the Islamic financial system are also often stated in commendable terms such as increasing economic welfare, poverty alleviation to fulfilling basic human needs. This research is a library research is a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological approach. This research is a library research that uses secondary data obtained through scientific articles and other relevant documents. The Islamic financial system is increasingly experiencing significant developments from year to year. This can be seen from the many institutions that stand by sharia principles. In practice, Islamic finance is also considered capable of answering questions about the development of the conventional financial sector. The presence of the Islamic financial system is a breath of fresh air whose precense brings moral values to all human beings as a whole. In addition, the Islamic financial system in the world has also begun to become the subject of study by economic experts. This can be seen from the many foreign countries that have begun to develop sharia-based financial institutions

Abstract

The share price is the price of a share on the ongoing market on the stock exchange which is formed through a supply and demand mechanism in the capital market. Fluctuations that occur in stock prices at PT. AKR Corporindo caused the financial condition or fundamentals of the company to not be good. Where are the factors that influence stock prices, namely Earning per Share, Debt Equity Ratio and Book Value per Share.This research is a quantitative research with data analysis using SPSS version 22. This study concluded there is an effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) on share prices partially, there is no effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on share prices partially, , there is no effect on Book Value Per Share (BVS) on share prices partially and there is the influence of Debt To Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Book Value Per Share simultaneously on stock prices simultaneously at PT. Akr Corporindo Tbk 2014-2021
