Abstract

AbstractPaylater is increasingly popular among millennials along with the development of technology. These technological advances have had a very significant impact on the survival of society, especially the millennial generation, who will become more consumptive through the arrival of electronic or non-cash payment instruments, without cash, this will form impulsive shopping behavior where a person buys products without planning. This research was conducted to see the effect of SPaylater on consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State University of North Sumatra. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of SPaylater on FEBI UINSU students influenced consumptive behavior. Keywords: SPaylater, Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of sharia strategies in increasing digital marketing in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. SMEs have an important role to play in the Indonesian economy, but many of them still face challenges in marketing their products and services effectively. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with a number of SME owners and managers in different sectors. The data obtained was analyzed using a thematic approach to identify emerging patterns and findings. The results of the study show that implementing sharia strategies in digital marketing for SMEs can provide several benefits. Sharia strategies can help SMEs to build a positive and credible image in the eyes of Muslim consumers who are sensitive to religious values. Sharia strategy can help SME's relationship with customers stronger through an approach that is based on fairness, and honesty. Sharia strategies can also motivate SMEs to innovate in developing products or services that are in accordance with Islamic values, so as to attract wider consumer interest. The implication of this research is the importance of a holistic and integrated approach in implementing sharia strategies in digital marketing, as well as the importance of support from the government, financial institutions and educational institutions in increasing the understanding and access of SMEs to this strategy.

Abstract

Change is a series of actions that cannot be removed from an organization. The process of change is inevitable in any organization. The process of shifting from the current situation to the future state to improve an organization is known as organizational change. To prepare for and overcome the difficulties that will arise in the future, the organization will always go through transformation. Organizational change can start from inside or outside the company. The change can take the form of systematic change or structured change that must be carried out properly. Organizational leadership is needed to facilitate the course of change so that the organization can be improved in success. The success or failure of an organization greatly affects the success of that organization. Organizational change is not always well agreed upon because every change is met with rejection. The existence of organizational change can be a risk of organizational failure, so good management is needed so that the organization can develop.

Abstract

Change is a process that cannot be avoided in an organization. Organizational change is the process of isolating from the current state to a future state to improve the organization. Management in an organization must support the change process so that the organization can move forward. The success or failure of an organization is strongly influenced by its progress. Organizational changes are not always well received because, for every change, there will be resistance. The existence of organizational change can be a threat to an organization's success; therefore, it is necessary to have good management so that an organization can progress.

Abstract

Sustainable and equitable rural development can be achieved by integrating the principles of Islamic economics into the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). This study analyzes the opportunities for developing Shariah-based management of BUMDES as a solution for equitable rural development. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. The research findings indicate that the development of Shariah-based BUMDES can serve as a solution to achieve sustainable and equitable rural development. The management of Shariah-based BUMDES involves the application of Islamic economic principles, such as social justice, community involvement, and avoidance of usury. The study concludes that the development of Shariah-based BUMDES management is a relevant and effective solution in promoting equitable rural development. The implementation of Islamic economic principles in the management of BUMDES can have a positive impact on the welfare of rural communities, create opportunities for fair economic participation, and improve the quality of life for rural residents.

Abstract

Cooperatives are one example of a cooperative business that is managed by the community and is directed to the common good. Cooperatives can function as independent business entities at several levels of the economy, including channels of financial approval within the small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) ecosystem. This research is based on several articles from national and international media published between 2018 and 2022, we sampled various types of documents related to cooperatives as financial service providers using the concept of parity. Trends, opportunities and financial benefits are the main objectives of this research. Filiera is a type of cooperative organization based on sharia standards. The analytical method used in this research is course data analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the use of Islamic accounting principles, not through the quality of financial reporting, has a significant impact on investment decision making. The implications of this research include improving the operational performance of Islamic cooperatives and encouraging members’ interest in investing. The novelty of this research is the initial impetus for investing in Islamic cooperatives.

Abstract

This journal analyzes the role of human resource management (HRM) in improving employee performance at the Medan City Mayor's Office, specifically in the BPKAD department. A qualitative method was employed, utilizing interviews and observations of the employees. The findings of this research reveal that HRM based on Islamic principles has beneficial effects on employees' performance in the BPKAD department of the Medan City Mayor's Office. Islamic human resource management is implemented through several principles, such as fair and transparent decision-making, emphasis on social justice, employee capacity building through training and development, and appreciation of diversity and inclusion. In the context of the BPKAD department at the Medan City Mayor's Office, the implementation of Islamic human resource management has provided significant benefits. Employees feel more valued, appreciated, and motivated to achieve organizational targets. They also reported improvements in work quality, team collaboration, and organizational communication. This research concludes that the application of human resource management principles based on Islamic values can serve as an effective framework for enhancing employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that organizations, including the Medan City Mayor's Office, can adopt human resource management principles rooted in Islamic values to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.

Abstract

Socialization done online improves the quality of socialization. However, adaptability is an important factor in system operation. This is evident from the information on the Sibisha website, the prices of the documents, and the frequent incidents of brokers and robberies in Disdhukhapil, Medan city. Very important in this case to use the highest level of personalization when implementing online services in order to create a quality population control and people registration system. A descriptive qualitative search system was used with the aim of further demonstrating the attractiveness of data collection. The suggestions used are from Stephen P. Robbins and Mary Coulter, who emphasized careful adaptation through changes in strategy, organizational structure, technological advances, and fanatical fanaticism. The results of the study show that Sibisa’s modifications to its administrative and registration procedures in Kota Medan have not yet been successful in achieving their full potential. This is due to the slow socialization of the general populace regarding the use of the Sibisa service, the continual desire to improve product quality pundi-pundi korban, and the long wait times for service technicians to evaluate the quality of online services.

Abstract

Bagi individu, penggunaan media sosial memiliki dua dampak. Di satu sisi, platform media sosial telah memudahkan orang untuk membangun hubungan sosial baru, meningkatkan rasa harga diri dan kebahagiaan dalam hidup, dan memanfaatkan banyak kesempatan untuk menunjukkan siapa diri mereka. Motivasi mendasar di balik artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hiburan berbasis web berperan dalam bisnis berbasis internet dalam sudut pandang Islam. Media sosial telah banyak digunakan dalam bisnis untuk berbagai tujuan, termasuk jejaring sosial, promosi produk, dan memperoleh pelanggan baru. Bisnis dalam Islam pada prinsipnya masuk akal untuk pertukaran yang sebenarnya, apakah kita memperkenalkan barang ketika kita melakukan atau tidak, asalkan gagasan tentang barang itu harus diungkapkan dengan jelas, baik disampaikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. kemudian, pada saat itu, sampai batas waktu yang pasti. Peneliti menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif eksplanatori dalam mengembangkan topik penelitian, yaitu perspektif Islam tentang peran media sosial dalam bisnis online. Melakukan pekerjaan online di satu sisi dapat memberikan kemudahan dan keuntungan bagi lingkungan setempat. Kemajuan media saat ini memberikan pilihan yang berbeda kepada masyarakat pada umumnya untuk mengapresiasi data dengan berbagai cara. Hal ini juga mendukung perkembangan media lain yang dampaknya semakin terasa dari tahun ke tahun.

Abstract

Wakaf dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dan alternatif untuk memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat karena wakaf berperan penting dalam mengelola bantuan dari pemerintah dan perorangan. Di Indonesia, wakaf belum sepenuhnya dipahami. Saat ini, cara yang berhasil untuk meningkatkan dan diharapkan dapat mendorong kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah wakaf uang, mengingat peluangnya yang cukup besar namun pemahamannya belum juga maksimal. Hal ini tergantung pada tidak adanya pemahaman tentang makna, alasan dan jenis wakaf oleh daerah setempat. Dengan keragaman wakaf dan kesadaran umat Islam di Indonesia, diyakini wakaf bisa bertumbuh agar bisa membantu masyarakat yang memerlukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini akan mengkaji manajemen wakaf dalam memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia dan langkah yang dibutuhkan untuk memaksimalkan pengelolaan wakaf tunai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang dipakai adalah literature review. Sumber referensi untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian lalu pada manajemen wakaf.
