Abstract

AbstrakSkripsi ini membahas tentang kewenangan yang dimiliki oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)dalam perlindungan investor investasi tidak wajar. Saat ini semakin maraknya praktik investasi tidakwajar yang menimbulkan banyak korban mengalami kerugian yang besar. Namun karena lembagainvestasi investasi tidak wajar tidak mendapatkan izin yang jelas serta tidak mendapat izin dari OJK makapara korban mengalami kesulitan untuk melapor dan mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang jelas haldemikian membuat para korban investasi tidak wajar merasa kebingungan untuk bertindak. Berdasarkanpermasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekaburan norma terkaitkewenangan yang dimiliki OJK dalam perlindungan hukum atas investor investasi tidak wajar danmengetahui berbagai upaya OJK dalam penegakan hukum pada terjadinya praktik investasi tidak wajar.Metode penelitian ini adalah normatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatanperundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Jenis bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer,bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan nonhukum. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum yang digunakanadalah studi kepustakaan yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan sistem seleksi bahan hukum dalamteknik pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa OJK tidakmemiliki kewenangan dalam keseluruhan kegiatan pengawasan, pengaturan serta perlindungan terhadapLI yang tidak mendapat izin dari OJK. Untuk menindaklanjuti semakin maraknya kasus investasi tidakwajar OJK kemudian bekerja sama dengan dengan Satuan Tugas Waspada Investasi (Satgas WaspadaInvestasi). Satgas Waspada Investasi dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk mencegah dan menanggulangitawaran dan praktik investasi tidak wajar. Dari mulai memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi di masyarakatterkait dengan investasi tidak wajar sampai dengan melakukan tindakan penanggulangan dalammenanggapi laporan investor korban investasi tidak wajar.Kata Kunci: otoritas jasa keuangan, investor investasi tidak wajar , perlindungan investor.AbstractThis research discusses the authority possessed by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) in investorprotection is not a reasonable investment. Today more rampant practice unnatural investment that manyvictims suffered great keruagian. However, due to the investment investment institutions unnatural not getpermits a clear and does not get permission from the OJK, the victims find it difficult to report and obtaina clear legal protections such things make investments unnatural victims feel confused to act. Based onthese problems, the study aims to analyze the vagueness of norms related to the competencies of the OJKin the legal protection of investors investing unnatural and know the efforts of law enforcement at theOJK in the practice of investment is not fair. This research method is normative. The research approachused is the approach of legislation and conceptual approaches. Types of legal materials consisting ofprimary legal materials, secondary law, and nonlegal material. Mechanical collection of legal materialsused are literature studies are then processed by using a selection system for legal materials in dataprocessing techniques. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the OJK has noauthority in the overall activities of supervision, regulation and protection of the investment institutionsthat did not receive permission from the OJK. To follow up the rampant cases of unnatural investmentOJK worked with the Task Force Investment Alert. Task Force was formed with the purpose ofinvestment vigilant to prevent and counter bids and investment practices that are not fair. From start toprovide education and outreach in the community associated with investing unnatural up to performremedial action in response to reports of victims investors investing unnatural.Keywords: financial fervices authority, investors investing unnatural, investor protection.

Abstract

Abstrak Gula dan Kopi merupakan dua dari sembilan kebutuhan penting masyarakat indonesia dan cara takarnya masih menggunakan sistem manual. Mengingat perkembangan zaman yang semakin caggih dibutuhkan alat takar yang lebih mudah dan lebih modern. Tujuan penelitian Merancang alat penakar gula pasir dan bubuk kopi berbasis Arduino agar proses penakaran gula atau kopi lebih efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Research and Development (R&D) menghasilkan alat penakar menggunakan kaypad sebagai penginput data dan Arduino memprosesnya sehingga di respon oleh motor servo, Sensor Infared dan Loadcell, menguji keefektifan fungsi alat. Hasil pengujian alat penakar gula pasir dan bubuk kopi berbasis Arduino dilakukan dengan menghubungkan adaptor dengan terminal, dimana adaptor menerima aliran listrik sebesar 12 volt 15 ampere, kemudian masuk pada mikrokontroler yang dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan Arduino uno kemudian disuplay ke keypad, LCD, servo, sensor infared dan loadcell. Kesimpulan alat penakar gula pasir dan bubuk kopi menggunakan sensor infared yang mendeteksi adanya wadah dan motor servo dengan otomatis berhenti jika terisi sesuai yang diinginkan. Kata Kunci: Takaran, Gula, Kopi, Loadcell, Sensor. Abstract Sugar and coffee are two of the nine important needs of the Indonesian people and the dosage method still uses a manual system. Given the increasingly sophisticated times, easier and more modern measuring tools are needed. The purpose of the study is to design a granulated sugar measuring tool and arduino-affective. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The measuring too uses a keypad as a data input and arduino processes it, so that it is responded by servo motors, infared sensor and loadcells to test the effectiveness of tool functions. The test results of the arduino-based granulated sugar and coffe powder measuring devise were carried out by connecting the adaptor with the terminal, were the adaptor received an electric current of 12 volts 15 ampers. Then granulated sugar and coffee grounds enter the microcontroller. Which in this study uses Arduino Uno. It is supplied to the keypad, LCD, servo, infared sensor and load cell. As the conclusion the granulated sugar and coffee powder measuring device uses an infared sensor that detects the presence of containers and servo motor automatically stop if they are filled as desired.
