Abstract

Spent Coffee Ground (SCG) is a biowaste generated through the process of serving coffee brewed either manually or using an instant coffee processing machine. According to previous researches, SCG has a lot of organic compounds so that it can be used as raw material for solid or liquid organic fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to determine the biological characteristics (types of fungi and bacteria) and the suitability of the chemical content (levels of C, N, P, K, C / N ratio), water content and pH of bokashi SCG fertilizer with SNI 7763:2018. This research is an descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The analysis conducted on Bokashi fertilizer is microbial type analysis, water content analysis, pH test, FTIR test and UV-Vis. The parameters of this study are the types of microbes, levels of C, N, P, K, C / N ratio, moisture content and fertilizer pH. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that SCG bokashi fertilizer is an organic fertilizer containing 4 types of mushrooms namely Aspergillus sp., Cladorrhinum sp., Penicillium sp., Rhizopus sp., And 4 isolate types of bacteriawith a C content of 29.71%; N level of 3.65%; P level 0.30%; K content of 0.38%; C / N ratio of 8.14; 10% moisture content; and pH 6.7 which is in accordance with SNI 7763: 2018. Keywords:SCG, bokashi, microbes, biofertilizerABSTRAKSpent Coffee Ground (SCG) merupakan limbah yang dihasilkan melalui proses penyajian kopi yang diseduh baik secara manual maupun menggunakan mesin pengolah biji kopi instan. Menurut penelitian terdahulu, SCG memiliki banyak kandungan senyawa organik sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pupuk organik padat maupun cair. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  karakteristik biologi (jenis jamur dan bakteri) dan kesesuaian kandungan kimia (kadar C, N, P, K, rasio C/N), kadar air dan pH pupuk bokashi SCG dengan SNI 7763:2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis  yang dilakukan pada pupuk bokashi yaitu analisis jenis mikroba, analisis kadar air, uji pH, uji FTIR dan UV-Vis. Parameter penelitian ini yaitu jenis mikroba, kadar C, N, P, K, rasio C/N, kadar air dan pH pupuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pupuk bokashi SCG merupakan pupuk organik yang mengandung 4 jenis jamur yaitu Aspergillus sp., Cladorrhinum sp., Penicillium sp., Rhizopus sp., dan 4 isolat, dengan kadar C 29,71%; kadar N 3,65%; kadar P 0,30%; kadar K 0,38%; rasio C/N 8,14; kadar air 10%; dan pH 6,7 sesuai dengan SNI 7763:2018. Kata kunci: SCG, bokashi, mikroba, pupuk organik

Abstract

The Gampong Pande Mangrove Area is one of the coastal areas that has mangrove forests destroyed due to the natural disaster in 2004. The impact of mangrove damage affects the number of individuals in the Gampong Pande mangrove area. This study aims to determine the pattern of coastal trinil distribution in the Gampong Pande Mangrove area. Data collection was carried out in January 2022 with a purposive sampling technique using the Line transect method. The results of this study recorded 984 individuals of coastal trinil birds in the Gampong Pande area with a pattern of distribution of coastal trinil populations at the first location obtained a Morisita Standard Index value denoted by Ip of 0.55, in the second location an Ip value of 0.56 was obtained and at the third location an Ip value of 0.57 was obtained. The conclusion on the three locations was obtained the Morisita Standard Index Ip 0 so that it can be said that the pattern of distribution of coastal trinil populations (Actitis hypoleucos) in three locations located in Gampong Pande, Kuta Raja District, Banda Aceh City, is a clustered distribution.Keywords: common sandpiper, mangroves, distribution patternsKawasan Mangrove Gampong Pande merupakan salah satu daerah pesisir pantai yang memiliki hutan mangrove hancur akibat bencana alam tahun 2004. Dampak kerusakan mangrove mempengaruhi jumlah individu pada kawasan mangrove Gampong Pande. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola persebaran trinil pantai di kawasan Mangrove Gampong Pande. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada januari 2022 dengan teknik purposive sampling menggunakan metode Line transect. Hasil penelitian ini tercatat 984 individu burung trinil pantai di kawasan Gampong Pande dengan pola persebaran populasi trinil pantai pada lokasi pertama diperoleh nilai Indeks Standar Morisita dilambangkan dengan Ip sebesar 0.55, pada lokasi kedua diperoleh nilai Ip sebesar 0.56 dan pada lokasi ketiga diperoleh nilai Ip sebesar 0.57. Kesimpulan pada ketiga lokasi tersebut diperoleh Indeks Standar Morisita Ip 0 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pola persebaran populasi trinil pantai (Actitis hypoleucos) pada tiga lokasi yang berada di Gampong Pande Kecamatan Kuta Raja Kota Banda Aceh merupakan persebaran mengelompok.Kata Kunci: burung trinil pantai, mangrove, pola persebaran

Abstract

AbstractThe coast of Banda Aceh City is one area that is often visited by migratory birds with different types of habitats. This study aims to obtain data and information on the types of migratory birds and the types of habitats used by migratory birds on the coast of Banda Aceh City. Data collection is carried out to January 2022. The method used is direct observation with point counts. The parameters in this study are the types of migratory birds and the type of stopover habitat on the coast of Banda Aceh City. Based on research conducted on the coast of Banda Aceh City, it was found that the types of migratory birds that stopped by were Ardea Cinerea, Egretta alba, Egretta garzetta, Pluvialis fulva, Hirundo rustica, Sterna sumatrana, Merops philippinus, Numenius aquarta, Actitis hypoleucos, Nisaetus cirrhatus, Haliastereetus , and Butorides striata. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are 12 species of miran birds that stop on the coast of Banda Aceh City with coastal habitat types, mangrove forests, ponds, and swamps.Keywords: distribution, migratory birds, coastAbstrakPesisir pantai Kota Banda Aceh merupakan salah satu kawasan yang sering disinggahi oleh burung migran dengan jenis habitat yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi jenis burung migran serta jenis habitat yang digunakan burung migran di pesisir pantai Kota Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dengan point count. Parameter dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis burung migran dan jenis habitat persinggahannya di pesisir pantai Kota Banda Aceh. Bedasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di pesisir pantai Kota Banda Aceh diperoleh hasil jenis burung migran yang singgah yaitu Ardea Cinerea, Egretta alba, Egretta garzetta, Pluvialis fulva, Hirundo rustica, Sterna sumatrana, Merops philippinus, Numenius aquarta, Actitis hypoleucos, Nisaetus cirrhatus, Haliaeetus leucogaster, dan Butorides striata. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan jenis burung miran yang singgah di pesisir pantai Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 12 spesies dengan jenis habitat pantai, hutan manggrove, tambak, dan rawa.Kata kunci: sebaran, burung migran, pesisir
