Abstract

Pengembangan wisata dapat memberikan kesejahteraan pada masyarakat, ini terbukti pada Wisata PantaiKutang di Desa Labuhan Kecamatan Brondong Kabupaten Lamongan. Akan tetapi, di wisata ini terdapatmasalah seperti area parkir yang kurang luas, belum adanya musholla, kurangnya permainan untuk anak-anak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan strategi dalam mengembangkan desa wisata yakni di WisataPantai Kutang di Desa Labuhan Kecamatan Brondong Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan fokus penelitian menggunakan teoristrategi pengembangan pariwisata menurut Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif NomorPM.35/UM.001/MPEK/2012 tentang Rencana Strategis Kementerian Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif yangterdiri dari empat indikator yaitu Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Pariwisata, Strategi PengembanganSDM, Strategi Pengembangan Promosi Pariwisata, Strategi Pengelolaan Lingkungan. Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan berupa osbservasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan denganpengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyaji data, verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yang pertama strategipengembangan sumber daya pariwisata dengan mengembangkan potensi desa wisata terkait penambahanwahana anak-anak, spot foto, dibangunnya musolla, pelebaran lahan parkir. Yang kedua, pengembangan SDMyang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat desa untuk mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Yang ketiga,strategi promosi pariwisata dengan cara memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook, Instagram yang mudah, murah,cepat. Yang keempat, pengelolaan lingkungan agar membuang sampah pada tempatnya, serta tidak memotongtumbuhan bakau dan mangrove sembarangan sehingga ekosistem dan lingkungan di laut tetap terjaga. Sarandalam pengembangan wisata pantai kutang adalah dengan menambah wahana bermain, membangun musolla,memperlebar area parkir, penambahan media promosi dengan website untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisata.Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengembangan, Desa Wisata, BUMDES AbstractThe development of tourism provides assistance to the community, this is proven by one of the Kutang BeachTourism in Labuhan Village, Brondong Sub-District, Lamongan District. However, in this tour there areproblems such as a parking area that is less extensive, the absence of prayer rooms, lack of games forchildren.This study aims to describe the strategy in developing a tourism village, namely the Kutang TourismBeach in Labuhan Village, Brondong Sub-District, Lamongan District. This research method uses descriptivemethods using qualitative. While the focus of research using the theory of tourism development strategiesaccording to the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number PM.35 / UM.001 /MPEK / 2012 on the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy which consists of fourindicators namely tourism resource development strategy, human resource development strategy, tourismpromotion development strategy and environmental management strategy. Data collection techniques usingobservations, interviews, and document reviews. Data analysis is performed by data collection, data reduction,data presentation, data verification. The results of this study, the first is a tourism resource developmentstrategy by developing the potential of tourism villages related to the addition of children's rides, photo spots,establishing a prayer room, widening parking lots. The second is a human resource development strategy that isdevelopment that aim to empower rural communities at productive ages to reduce unemployment. The third is related to the tourism promotion development strategy by utilizing social media Facebook, Instagram which areeasy, inexpensive, fast because it is more effective and efficient. The fourth is an environmental managementstrategy by preserving and protecting the environment by disposing of trash in its place, and not cutting bakauand mangroves carelessly so that the ecosystem and environment in the sea remain clean and maintained.Suggestions in the development of Kutang Beach Tourism are by adding playgrounds, building a prayer room,widening the parking area, the addition of promotional media with websites to increase tourist visits.Keywords: Development Strategy, Tourist Village, BUMDES
