Abstract

Humans as social beings interact with each other both with different cultural backgrounds and the same, such as the Akit tribe and tribal Javanese immigrants in the village of Suka Maju Bantan District Bengkalis who mingle with each other. In the process of interaction, both tribes have difficulty when adjusting from boat verbal and nonverbal forms to accommodate cultural between the two tribes. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of convergence, divergence strategy and excessive accommodation strategy at Akit Tribe and Java Tribe in Suka Maju Village Bantan District Bengkalis in communicating.This research uses qualitative method with symbolic interaction approach. The location of this research is in Suka Maju Village Bantan District Bengkalis Regency. Subjects in this study were Akit Tribe and Java Tribe as 17 people obtained by Snowball Sampling technique. Data collection techniques are done through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique using Interactive model of Huberman & Miles.The results of this study indicate that at the time of the communication accommodation between Akit Tribe and Java Tribe in Suka Maju Village Bantan district Bengkalis, there are 3 forms of strategy they are (1) Convergence strategy of verbal form is by using Malay language and language controlled by both tribes when interacting, while for nonverbalnya form is using body movements that are created to provide comfortable when interacting. (2) Sterategi divergensi, for verbal form there is no attempt to use the language of his interlocutor, and the nonverbalnya form is Akit Tribe and Java Tribe doing movements of cultural rejection, there is no effort to reduce the speed and tone of voice. (3) The accommodation strategy of the grotes is that the Java Tribe makes a mistake in using the tone of speech, so the Akit Tribe uses the opposite language at the wrong time, it is part of the verbal form. For its nonverbal form Akit Tribe performs excessive movements when communicating with the Java Tribe.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sekolah yang masih menyediakan alat bantu belajar atau sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai sehingga berdampak pada siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui sarana dan prasarana yang ada di SMP IKMD di desa Sembahe ; 2) Untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap siswa SMP IKMD di desa Sembahe; 3) Untuk memberi pemahamanan sarana dan prasarana belajar di SMP IKMD desa Sembahe. Jadi dengan adanya sosialisasi mahasiswa kkn 50 sehingga mampu memberikan pemahaman kepada guru agar memiliki kesadaran dalam menjaga sarana prasarana di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pendekatan Deskriptif kualitatif adalah penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek alamiah serta meruapan jenis penelitian kualitatif . Lalu kesimpulan dari penelitan ini bahwa sosialisasi yang dilakukan mahasiswa kkn dapat dikatakan berhasil karena dilihat adanya perubahan di sekolah setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisi yang bisa dilihat dari diadakan kegiatan peremajaan sarana prasaran sekolah

Abstract

Regional economic growth is part of national economic growth. The implementation of regional development requires funds in the form of budget allocations that have been determined and obtained. Local own revenue has several sources of revenue, Provincial Tax, Regional Retribution, the results of the management of separated regional wealth and others, legitimate local original income, Provincial Tax is the largest contributor to the source of revenue Local Revenue. This research discusses the contribution, effectiveness and determinants of Provincial Taxes. This research was conducted in 6 Provinces in Jawa in 2016-2020. The data will be analyzed descriptively and regression analysis panel data. This study uses several variables, namely Inflation (X1), GDRP (X2), Total Population (X3) and Total Hotel (X4). The result of this research is inflation has a insignificant effect on local tax revenue. GDRP has a positive and significant effect on local tax revenue. Total  population has a negative and insignificant effect on local tax revenue. Total hotels has a negative and significant effect on local tax revenue.

Abstract

Biaya transportasi menjadi salah satu kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa, terutama bagi mereka yang menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi rata-rata biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan oleh mahasiswa jurusan Matematika di Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED) serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besaran biaya tersebut. Melalui teknik cluster sampling, sebanyak 274 mahasiswa dari berbagai kelas matematika terpilih sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan mahasiswa adalah sebesar Rp 58.182,48 per minggu. Variasi biaya transportasi cukup signifikan, mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti jarak tempuh, moda transportasi yang digunakan, dan status sosial ekonomi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan finansial bagi mahasiswa, terutama bagi mereka yang berasal dari latar belakang ekonomi rendah. Rekomendasi kebijakan seperti subsidi transportasi, perluasan akses transportasi umum, atau penyediaan fasilitas asrama dapat menjadi solusi untuk meringankan beban biaya transportasi mahasiswa dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka selama masa studi.
