Abstract

Valid and reliable information regarding teacher leadership behavior in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic is very important. This study aims to find a reliable research instrument on teacher leadership in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic and at the same time recommend important findings for improving teacher leadership behavior. The study began with a theoretical study to obtain content validity, continued with expert validity, readability trials, and finally distributed the instrument via online. Analysis of research data using the Rasch model with 6 tests. The research data comes from 1200 teachers in Indonesia. The findings are: (1) recommended 10 items of instruments for research on teacher leadership behavior in the era of the covid 19 pandemic, (2) recommended 4 important findings to improve the condition of teacher leadership behavior, namely: (i) reflection skill, (ii) collaboration and communication, (iii) learning technology, and (iv) learning community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perencanaan pendidikan Islam dalam otonomi daerah pada pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan di kecamatan Babelan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan kajian teori dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil wawancara dengan pengolahan hasil wawancara yang dipresentasekan dari google form. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah secara teori belum semua memahami apa itu sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, didapatkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini bahwa dalam praktiknya tentu semua bertahap untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan desentralisasi otonomi daerah. Manfaat pendidikan otonomi daerah meliputi kemandirian daerah, pemanfaatan potensi lokal secara maksimal, dan lebih peka terhadap kebutuhan lokal. Adapun dalam analisisnya tentu belum semua daerah merasakan dampak secara keseluruhan dari pendidikan otonomi daerah.Walaupun begitu semua sepakat bahwa pendidikan otonomi daerah bisa menjadikan pendidikan lebih berkualiatas.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide teachers with an understanding of how important Android-based media learning is in supporting the learning process. This community service program has the goal of conducting learning media training that can be used as an option for teachers and can be implemented in the learning process at school. Community service is carried out by providing training on making learning media based on Android applications in the learning process in the classroom for teachers in Tamansari Village, Setu District, Bekasi Regency. The service participants are the school heads and teachers from various levels in Tamansari Village, Setu District, Bekasi Regency. Dedication and limited facilities and infrastructure, 10 principals and 20 teachers were taken. The training was held at the Tamansari Village Office, Setu District, Bekasi Regency for 1 day on August 11, 2022. The implementation of community service can be categorized as successful in terms of the participation of participants and village officials who really helped carry out the activity, considering the target of 30 participants who were invited to attend as many as 30 people. Participants were very enthusiastic in participating in this service activity because it was a very new knowledge and made it easy to carry out learning, in addition to contemporary learning as well as developing Android-based learning media that they would use in learning in their respective schools. The participants' responses and responses to the service activities carried out stated that from the quality of the presenters, the quality of the modules was very good and they hoped that there would be ongoing training for special teachers in their schools who could be said to be still behind with technology.

Abstract

Teachers have a very strategic function and role in the development of the education sector. Therefore, it needs to be developed as a dignified profession. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Article 4 confirms that teachers as learning agents function to improve the quality of national education, to be able to carry out their functions properly. Teachers are required to have certain conditions, one of which is competence. Teacher competence is the ability and authority of a teacher in carrying out his obligations responsibly related to the teaching profession. This study uses associative quantitative research methods, this research method was chosen with consideration to determine whether or not there is a relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and literacy with teacher performance. This study uses two variables consisting of the dependent variable and the independent variable. The dependent variable is "Teacher Performance" while the independent variables are "Pedagogic Competence" and "Teacher Literacy". Pedagogic competence for madrasa teachers is very necessary so that there is a relationship between pedagogic competence and teacher performance itself. If the teacher masters the Pedagogic Competence, then the performance of the madrasa teacher will run according to his duties and functions as a teacher, educator, teacher, companion for students in the learning process. The research method is a scientific procedure or method to obtain data with a specific purpose, the research method is basically a scientific feature to obtain data with a specific purpose and use.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a general view of the concept of leadership from several aspects, namely psychology, management and education through presenting various ideas and interpretations, although not final conclusions. The main discussion in this article: "What ideas about leadership concepts in the scientific literature on psychology, management and education. Articles are written with descriptive studies with the results that the leadership strategy is closely related to managerial skills so that a person's capacity to implement conceptual skills related to humans and technical leadership skills to carry out management functions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher perceptions of principal supervision and teacher social competence on teacher performance in public and private elementary schools in Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City. The method used is the quantitative method, the sample taken is 100 teachers from 29 schools as respondents to the questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. The instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the three hypotheses show that there is a jointly positive and significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of principal supervision and teacher social competence on teacher performance as indicated by the magnitude of the double correlation rcount = 0.986 while for rtable = 0.1654 it can be concluded that rcount > rtable = 0.986 > 0.1654 so that there is a positive and significant relationship jointly between teachers' perceptions of principal supervision and teacher social competence on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find the items of the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 pandemic and recommend several things to improve it. The teacher's innovative work behavior instrument was developed through a study of concepts and theories of innovative work behavior until a draft instrument was obtained that met content validity, logical validity, examination by experts to obtain expert validity, and testing of 10 teachers. Instruments that have been corrected based on input from the teacher are then distributed via google-form. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling. In this study, researchers chose teachers as respondents with a sample size of 1200. Data analysis used the Rasch model. The findings of this research are that the teacher's innovative work behavior instrumentĀ  during theĀ  Covid 19 period, which consists of 11 indicators based on the Rasch model, has met the requirements for use in research. This study recommends 5 things to improve PKIG, namely: (i) making scientific papers, (ii) learning that exceeds the standard, (iii) mentoring other teachers, (iv) pioneering the use of ICT for learning, and (v) struggling to get new ideas/products accepted by others. Based on these recommendations, the implications of this research are that teachers need to be encouraged to conduct research in schools, teach exceeding standards, monitor each other among teachers, cultivate a culture of using learning technology, and promote all teacher innovation products to other parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the change management strategy in improving teacher performance in elementary schools, Islamic Green School, Bekasi City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques with the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the change management strategy in improving teacher performance in Islamic Elementary Schools Islamic Green Schools with change management strategies in several areas, namely decision making, curriculum development, students, facilities, educators, financial public relations and inclusion through increased discipline, provision of motivation, exemplary , conduct supervision and evaluation in the form of supervision. Constraints that occur in the change management strategy in improving teacher performance at Islamic Green School Elementary School, a small number of teachers are late to school, are not motivated to improve performance, are not responsive to exemplary leadership and supervision at Islamic Green School Elementary School. The way to overcome obstacles in improving teacher performance is to increase discipline, provide motivation in developing professionalism through training, principals and senior teachers carry out quarterly supervision and coordinate with related parties to complete learning infrastructure.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of PAI learning in instilling the habit of religious values and student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, the learning outcomes of implementing PAI learning in instilling the habit of religious values and student learning outcomes and knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the learning implementation process PAI in instilling religious values and student learning outcomes. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected through documentation, observation and interview techniques. Data analysis applies the data triangulation method to check the validity of the data. The research results show the implementation of Islamic education learning in instilling religious values and student learning outcomes through planning aspects in the form of syllabus and lesson plans, implementation through intracurricular and extracurricular activities, and evaluation through authentic assessment, assessment of reference criteria, and reporting of learning outcomes. Learning outcomes in instilling religious values and student learning outcomes are cognitive aspects, affective aspects and psychomotor aspects. The supporting factors for the implementation of PAI learning in instilling the habit of religious values and student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al 'Imaroh are the role of the principal and all teachers of SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, the habit of 3S for students, the habit of praying in congregation and other Islamic activities, loudspeakers in schools, classrooms equipped with projectors and Al-Qur'an, libraries, prayer rooms and periodic evaluations. The inhibiting factors include the diversity of student and parent backgrounds as well as supervision of students outside of school.
