Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi disekolah bahwa guru lebih aktif dibandingkan siswa.Siswa juga kurang termotivasi dalam belajar.Hal ini disebabkan karena guru menggunakan metode ceramah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada mata pelajaran PKn.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga siklus.Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu : rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan revisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Negeri 05 Nanggalo Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan kelas VI Pada semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar, aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III, yaitu siklus I (68,42%), siklus II (81,58%), siklus III (94,74%). Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran meningkat dari siklus I sampai dengan siklus III.Siswa lebih dominan melakukan aktivitas dibandingkan guru.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatiftipe STAD berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VI Semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran PKn.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of observations that the researchers have done to the Teachers at SDN 02 Long Desert, it was found that the Teacher's Ability to Arrange Research in classroom action was still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers to develop classroom action research through structured intensive workshops at SDN 02 Long Desert. This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 7 teachers from SDN 02 Long Desert. The research data was collected using observation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results of the study show that through a Structured Intensive Workshop can increase the Teacher's Ability to Develop Classroom Action Research. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of teachers to compile classroom action research in cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teacher skills in the Teacher's Ability in Compiling Research in class action in the first cycle is 45.5 with the Less category and in the second cycle 84 is in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang penyebab terjadinya sengketa tanah di Kelurahan Sara’ea Kecamatan Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara beserta upaya-upayapenyelesaian sengketa tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarahmenurut Kuntowijoyo yang terbagi lima tahap yaitu: (1) Pemilihan Topik, (2) Heuristik, (3)Verifikasi, (4) Interpretasi, dan (5) Historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Sengketa tanah di Kelurahan Sara’ea terjadi antara masyarakat dengan masyarakat, dan antaramasyarakat dengan Pemerintah/swasta. Pada umumnya sengketa antarmasyarakat merupakansengketa antarkeluarga. Sengketa antarmasyarakat terjadi karena adanya kesalahpahaman dankecurangan antarkeluarga yang menjual tanah tanpa kesepakatan bersama. Sengketa yang terjadiantara masyarakat dengan Pemerintah disebabkan oleh munculnya pihak-pihak yang mengklaimtanah yang telah dibeli oleh Pemerintah. (2) Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untukmenyelesaikan sengketa tanah di Kelurahan Sara’ea yaitu melalui negosiasi dan mediasi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out about teachers' aspirations for ABK. The method used in this research is a literature review or literature review. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for the literature study was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results were appropriate and needed, there were 3 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research found that teachers are so important for ABK that they hope to be able to help them develop their potential despite the shortcomings they experience. Teachers' aspirations for children with special needs with low school interest are the key to educational success, with the right support, appropriate training, and close collaboration between all parties involved better inclusive education can be realized, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to learn and develop appropriately. its potential.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fluctuation in the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Nganjuk Regency, which raises the need to evaluate the factors that influence it. Tax knowledge, quality of tax services, and service modernization through the e-Samsat system are considered important variables in improving compliance. In addition, taxpayer awareness is expected to strengthen the influence of these variables. The main objective of this study is to analyze the influence of tax knowledge, service quality, and e-Samsat system modernization on taxpayer compliance, by placing taxpayer awareness as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative research type. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of the study indicate that tax knowledge has a significant influence on taxpayer compliance. In contrast, the quality of tax services and e-Samsat modernization do not have a significant influence on compliance. Furthermore, taxpayer awareness was shown to significantly moderate the relationship between tax knowledge and compliance, but did not act as a moderator in the relationship between service quality or e-Samsat system modernization and taxpayer compliance. This finding indicates that increasing taxpayer awareness can strengthen the effectiveness of tax education. However, administrative and digital approaches cannot optimally increase compliance without being accompanied by stronger awareness among taxpayers themselves.

Abstract

Moving class learning is a learning system that is carried out by moving classes according to the schedule of subjects that will be followed by students where the teacher is already in the classroom and ready to start learning. This research aims to describe moving class learning with motivation and learning outcomes. The method used in this research is a literature review. Literature Review is a search and research of the literature by reading and reviewing various journals, books and various other published manuscripts related to the research topic to produce an article relating to a particular topic or issue. This research collects data from related articles published in the 2012-2024 period via Google Scholar. A total of 11 articles were selected and analyzed based on the research methods used.
