Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the classroom environment on learning achievement. This research is a quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires, documentation and observation. The research subjects were all students at MTs Ma'arif NU 04 Kladi village with a total population of 60 students. Data analysis includes correlation and variation of the regression line. Hypothesis testing to determine the effect of the classroom environment on student learning achievement with the results of F count = 129,315, F table 3,16 at = 0,05 turns F count = 129,315 > f table 3,16 Effective contribution (SE) predictor (X_1) environment physical class to the criterion (Y) of student learning achievement 29.843.493%. Effective contribution ( SE) predictor ( X_2) non-physical classroom environment on student learning achievement 29.036%, this indicates that the physical and non-physical classroom environment affects student learning achievement. With the results of the data that have been described previously, it can be said that "there is an influence of the physical and non-physical classroom environment on the learning achievement of even semester students at MTs Ma'arif NU 04 taro village in the 2020/2021 school year.

Abstract

Abstrak: Aktivitas belajar yang rendah pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpaduberdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu faktor yangmempengaruhinya adalah model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswapada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu melalui penerapan model pembelajaranCooperative Learning tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Penelitianini dilakukan sejak tanggal 12 Mei 2016 sampai dengan 21 Mei 2016 denganobjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-B sebanyak 24 siswa. Desainpenelitian ini adalah skema Hopkins, dengan menggunakan 4 fase, yaituperencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data,penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Analisisdata penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatanaktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Aktivitas belajar siswa sebelumtindakan dalam kriteria sedang. Dari hasil analisis ulangan harian pada siklusI diperoleh tingkat ketuntasan klasikal 77,86%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwapenerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Team AssistedIndividualization (TAI) pada siklus I belum berhasil, maka dilanjutkan padasiklus II. Hasil analisis ulangan harian pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasanklasikal sebesar 91,14%. Keberhasilan siswa pada ulangan harianmenunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Team AssisedIndividualization (TAI) telah berhasil dan telah dapat membawa siswa padahasil belajar yang semakin meningkat serta ditunjukkan ketuntasan belajarsecara individu dengan nilai rata-rata  75 dan tingkat ketercapaianketuntasan klasikal 75%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan,dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran CooperativeLearning tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terbukti dapatmeningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII B dengantingkat ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 91,14%. Kata Kunci : Cooperative Learning, Team Assisted Individualization,Aktivitas Belajar, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as religious institutions have great potential in efforts to develop the economy and welfare of Islamic boarding schools, as well as a strong influence on the life of the Islamic boarding school community. Therefore, the Islamic boarding school established an integrated farming business unit as a means to develop the economy and welfare of the school. This study aims to describe and analyze: the process of Islamic boarding school economic development through integrated farming units; the results of Islamic boarding school economic development through integrated farming units; as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for the economic development of Islamic boarding schools through integrated farming units. To answer the formulation of the problem, researchers used a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the economic development carried out by Islamic boarding schools through integrated farming units has succeeded in increasing their economic income and creating jobs, as well as increasing the knowledge, skills, and experiences of students and their surroundings society about aquaculture and modern agriculture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand how the management of education functions and how the school recognizes and maximizes each student's potential. With an interactive qualitative approach and a case study format, this study employs a qualitative descriptive method. Employing observation, interviewing, and documenting techniques to gather research data. According to the study's findings, education management is carried out in accordance with eight national education standards, including those for content, graduation, processes, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, assessment, and educator and education staff. Every student is unique and has varied potential, according to school administration. Additionally, it is consistent in implementing a multiple intelligence system in which every student goes through the stages of Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR), which is research carried out by a team to discover the type of intelligence or potential possessed by each student. By knowing this type of intelligence, teachers can apply teaching techniques or strategies that are suitable for students' learning preferences. In order for each child to develop in accordance with his or her talents and interests.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership of the motivation of village apparatus work at the Asembagus village office. Transformational leadership is a leadership concept that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates through inspirational vision, high motivation and the establishment of interpersonal relationships. This research method uses qualitative techniques with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with village officials and village heads at the Asembagus village office. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research because it collects information about the status of an existing problem. By using qualitative descriptive, it aims to better understand the problem more deeply. The results of this study show that transformational leadership has an influence on increasing the motivation of village officials at the Asembagus village office.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah plastik menjadi tantangan utama di Desa Senggowar, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk, akibat rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dan belum adanya sistem pengelolaan yang terstruktur. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan tong sampah tanpa asap, workshop pemisahan sampah, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memilah dan mengelola sampah, didukung oleh inovasi tong sampah tanpa asap yang dirancang sederhana dan mudah digunakan. Selain itu, partisipasi generasi muda dalam kegiatan ecobrick di SDN Senggowar memperkuat keberlanjutan program ini. Program ini berhasil membentuk komunitas peduli lingkungan serta memperluas jaringan kerja sama dengan desa tetangga. Pengembangan teknologi lebih lanjut, seperti konversi tenaga uap dari pembakaran sampah menjadi energi listrik, menjadi peluang inovasi berkelanjutan. Program ini menjadi model pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat yang dapat direplikasi di daerah lain.

Abstract

Islamic economic principles help individuals set life goals and follow values based on Islamic teachings. One important tool in Islamic economics is zakat, which helps address social and economic problems. zakat can be a powerful way to fight poverty and inequality. However, every year, there is ongoing debate and evaluation about its role and impact. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing field research to gather data. The data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research is conducted in Kampung Zakat Sumber Jambe, Jember, providing an in-depth analysis of how zakat is implemented and its effects on the community. The productive zakat contributions in Kampung Zakat aim to empower mustahik through various initiatives, such as business training in skills like making rattan woven bags and paving and brick-making, providing capital to start businesses, and offering 15 goats to each mustahik, with proceeds from sales split between the mustahik and the manager. However, the program faces several challenges, including a lack of coordination, insufficient facilities, and limited funds. To address these issues and improve the program’s implementation, solutions such as enhancing coordination, increasing facilities, and securing sufficient funds are crucial for ensuring the program’s success and sustainability.

Abstract

This study analyzes the potential and business development opportunities of BUMDes “E Mas Jaya” in Banyuputih Village, Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. BUMDes plays an important role in improving community welfare through the management of local resources. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, using interviews, field observations, and documentation involving BUMDes managers, village officials, and local communities. SWOT analysis was applied to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings indicate that BUMDes has great potential in agriculture and agricultural trade but faces constraints in capital and management. Development opportunities include product diversification, external collaboration, and the use of information technology in marketing. With proper management strategies, improved human resource capacity, and support from government and private sectors, BUMDes “E Mas Jaya” has strong prospects to significantly contribute to the village economy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by issues observed in the teaching and learning process, where several problems still arise during classroom activities. The current learning model has not maximized its potential, resulting in a lack of enhancement in students' creative thinking skills. To address this, it is essential for educators to implement learning models that can effectively improve creative thinking abilities. The contextual learning model, which connects taught material with real-world contexts and students' environments, can encourage students to think creatively in class. This study employs a qualitative research method, conducted from July to August at MA Manbaul Ulum. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that from the insights of twenty-one sources, comprising one economics teacher and twenty XI IPS students, the contextual learning model is highly effective in enhancing students' creative thinking skills in economics at MA Manbaul Ulum.

Abstract

Education serves to transfer knowledge, shape character, and improve the quality of human resources, with schools as strategic institutions. Educational success is highly dependent on the leadership of the principal, particularly in building a culture of discipline. Democratic leadership is believed to be able to create a participatory atmosphere so that all school elements contribute optimally. This study focuses on MA Nurul Iman under the Nurul Imam Islamic Boarding School, which accepts students from both Islamic boarding school and non-Islamic boarding school backgrounds, resulting in variations in discipline. Initial observations indicated discipline problems, such as incomplete school attributes, truancy, and tardiness. The study aims to analyze the role of the principal's democratic leadership in improving the discipline of grade XII students in the 2024–2025 academic year, with the hope that the principal can serve as a role model and create discipline awareness through the example of educators.
