Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program pembiayaan pendidikan yang dilakukan, untuk mengetahui kriteria siswa yang akan mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan, dan untuk mengetahui fleksibilitas dalam mengalokasikan dana zakat untuk pendidikan di lembaga amil zakat Al-Ihsan Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga komponen analisa data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan ada dua program pembiayaan pendidikan yang dilakukan lembaga ini yaitu program beasiswa terpadu dan pesantren yatim. Kedua program ini dibiayai dari pendayagunaan dana zakat yang telah dihimpun. Kriteria-kriteria siswa penerima bantuan beasiswa pendidikan digolongkan berdasarkan skala prioritas: 1) fakir miskin, yatim/piatu, takmir masjid; 2) fakir miskin, yatim/piatu; 3) fakir miskin. Selain itu ada fleksibilitas anggaran dalam mengalokasikan dana zakat untuk program pendidikan. Kata kunci: lembaga amil zakat, pengelolaan zakat, pembiayaan pendidikan. Abstract This study aims to find out how educational financing program is done, to know the criteria of students who will get educational scholarship, and to know the flexibility in allocating zakat funds for education at the zakat al-Ihsan Institute of Central Java. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection in this study was conducted by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using interactive data analysis techniques consisting of three components of data analysis that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study found there are two educational financing programs undertaken by this institution is an integrated scholarship program and orphaned pesantren. Both programs are financed from the utilization of zakat funds that have been collected. The criteria of the students receiving educational scholarships are classified by priority scale: 1) the poor, orphan, takmir mosque; 2) the poor, orphans; 3) the poor. In addition there is the flexibility of the budget in allocating zakat funds for education programs. Keywords: amil zakat institution, management of zakat, tuition fee.

Abstract

Bank Syariah in Indonesia has a good potential for growing gradually and being one of leading Islamic banks at the global level is wide-open. In addition to positive growth performance, climate support that the Indonesian government has a mission to create a halal industry ecosystem and have a large and strong national Islamic bank. Therefore, researchers want to analyze service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah (case study in Surakarta). The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. The object of research is 150 customers of Bank Syariah in Surakarta. The data analysis method in this research is a questionnaire instrument test using customer satisfaction index (CSI) analysis technique. Based on research analysis, the CSI result is 83.53%. This value is in the range between 81.00-100.00 which means very satisfied. The conclusion is the customers are very satisfied with service quality of Bank Syariah in Surakarta. Hopefully Bank Syariah in Surakarta is able to keep their good service quality over their customers satisfaction. The author provides recommendations for further research to compare the servive quality of Bank Syariah in Surakarta between branch offices in order to find out and compare their service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the role of Islamic financial institutions in enhancing community financial literacy; identify the strategies of Islamic financial institutions in protecting the community from illegal online loans, and evaluate the challenges faced by Islamic financial institutions in increasing financial literacy and protecting the community from illegal online loans. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data such as references, journals, books, or documentation data related to the research. Data collection techniques include literature study. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with a literature study conducted through several stages, including formulating research questions, searching for literature sources, and evaluating literature sources. The research results show that Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS), especially BMT and Islamic cooperatives, play an important role in increasing Islamic financial literacy through product education, providing products according to needs, community economic empowerment, financial inclusion, and collaboration. LKS needs to implement proactive strategies to protect the community from illegal online loans, including education, providing alternative Islamic financing, collaborating with OJK, increasing Islamic financial literacy, and community economic empowerment. LKS faces challenges in increasing financial literacy and protecting the community from illegal online loans, such as lack of public understanding, limited access to information, and competition with conventional financial institutions. To overcome these challenges, LKS needs to increase education, expand service reach, improve HR quality, strengthen collaboration, develop innovative products, and utilize digital technology. With comprehensive efforts, LKS can increase community financial literacy and protect them from the dangers of illegal online loans. This research shows that financial education, both formal and informal, is effective in increasing financial literacy.

Abstract

Future Package Financing is an integrated program of Bank BTPN Syariah given to a group of woman in rural areas who want to own a business and have dreams of changing their lives, but do not have access to banking service. The main goal is to provide financial solution, simple financial solutions, simple financial planning and group participation. Marketing financing is carried out through MMS (Mobile Marketing Syariah), namely branch offices located in sub-districts. This research uses three variables, namely independent product knowledge trust and socialization with one dependent variable, namely decision to finance. Menwhile, the sample used was 100 respondents obtained using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is quantitative anlysis, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple regressuin analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on data analysis, the research results sho that the indicators in this research are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the data is normally distributes, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur. The t test dhows that the variables product knowledge, trust and socialization have a significant effect on the decision to finance PMD. From the statistical results of the F test, it is known that product knowledge, trust and socialization jointly influence the decision to finance PMD. In the test, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that product knowledge, trust and socialization can influence customer decision by 69,5% while 30,5% is influenced by other factors outside this research.
