Abstract

This research aims at the analysis of the influence caused by educational training variables and variable performance against competencies.This study uses census techniques that take all the population numbers that add up to 51 people sample analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, analysis of partially and simultaneous (multiple linear analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 19.0)From the results of testing that has been carried out simultaneous regression test (test f) showed that the free variables examined have a significant influence on the variable performance. Partial regression test (test t) indicates that the variable factors of the training education have the most significant influence on the performance of variable magnitude influence posed (R) by the two free variables together-equal to variable terikatnya 70.5% while the rest of 29.5% is affected by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Education, Training, Competency and performance

Abstract

This study addresses the limited research on translanguaging practices among pre-service teachers within the Indonesian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) context, especially among pre-service teachers. It aims to analyze how these novice teachers employ translanguaging as a pedagogical tool during their teaching internships, focusing specifically on its resources, methods, and purposes. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research examines five publicly available YouTube videos of pre-service teachers' practicums, guided by the analytical framework of Jeon et al. (2025). The findings reveal that pre-service teachers fluidly integrate linguistic resources with a range of non-linguistic aids such as gestures and visual media. They demonstrated methodological agility, moving beyond simple translation ('translative' methods) to more complex 'interwoven' practices that seamlessly combine multiple resources in a single instructional flow. Furthermore, translanguaging was found to serve four key pedagogical purposes: material (clarifying academic content), managerial (organizing classroom activities), skill-building (scaffolding language acquisition), and expressive (fostering student participation and confidence). The study concludes and provides empirical evidence that these pre-service teachers effectively implement translanguaging strategies, challenging the notion of a significant theory-practice gap. Their performance suggests that their professional training is successfully equipping them to leverage students' full linguistic repertoires to create dynamic, inclusive, and effective learning environments.

Abstract

Web-based lecture attendance applications that use Multi-Page Application (MPA) architecture often face speed and responsiveness issues when the number of users increases. This study aims to optimize the attendance application at Universitas Dinamika Bangsa (UNAMA) by implementing Single Page Application (SPA) architecture to improve system access speed and responsiveness. Using the waterfall development method, the results of this study show that SPA implementation is significantly more efficient than Multi-page Application (MPA) architecture in several aspects, including the number of Requests (RC), Transferred File Size (TF), Resources (RS), and Request Duration (RD). For example, the “Home” page on MPA requires 51 requests with a total transfer of 741 kB and a duration of 945 ms, while on SPA it only requires 1 request with a transfer of 5.9 kB and a duration of 187 ms. This proves that the SPA architecture successfully reduces network load and speeds up response time, resulting in a more responsive user experience and efficient use of resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh Haus Indonesia dalam membangun kesadaran merek (brand awareness). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan narasumber dari berbagai latar belakang seperti kepala toko, mahasiswa, penjual minuman, karyawan swasta, dan pelajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Haus Indonesia menggunakan berbagai strategi pemasaran digital seperti pembuatan konten di media sosial, promosi di e-commerce, kolaborasi dengan influencer dan foodblogger, serta iklan di media sosial seperti Facebook Ads dan Instagram Ads. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam menjaring konsumen dan membangun engagement dengan pelanggan. Namun, terdapat kendala dalam konsistensi pembuatan konten dan perlunya lebih jeli dalam melihat tren pasar. Kesimpulannya, pemasaran digital Haus Indonesia sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun perlu peningkatan dalam frekuensi dan variasi metode promosi untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal.
