Abstract

Times development will have a tremendous influence on the condition of the country and society, as in the near future the election of leaders will soon begin at both central and regional level leaders. It turns out that the election of leaders now seems to be an extraordinary gambling event because each political party appoints one of its cadres to become the number one person in our country. The ideal leader in the advice of Islam should be able to be included in the meaning of helper, because the leader is in charge of protecting the people he leads and trying to help and save them when difficulties and disasters strike, because the leader is responsible for everything that happens and happens in his area and about the people they lead. A leader is chosen to lead his group members to realize common goals.

Abstract

Mahabah, is in Arabic Mah}abbah derived from the word ah}abba-yuh}ibbu-mah}abbatan, which in language means deep love, love, or deep love. The Mahabah is defined as "the total inclination of the heart to something, the attention to it more than the self, the soul and the possessions, the attitude of the self in receiving both outwardly and inwardly, its orders and prohibitions; and self-acknowledgment of the lack of love given to him. Man is one of God's creatures who have been given a sense of love, so that man is able to make himself a being who can love his neighbor. With that feeling of love also humans can love and get closer to God. But what happens in the present time some people in the name of love to do something wrong, it is not expected by the teachings of Islam. The concept of Mahabah in the Qur'an is the view of the Qur'an in this case is the Ottoman manuscripts of the Mahabah and the things associated with it are done by collecting passages that discuss the Mahabah.

Abstract

Conflicts or disputes can occur in the world of employment where the parties are called workers and employers. Actually conflicts or disputes between workers and employers need not be feared because conflicts can have a positive impact on the parties involved as long as the conflict is not based on a spirit of violence. If the conflict is based on violence it will bring loss and hostility. All this time disputes between workers and employers have often been resolved in anarchic ways such as violent demonstrations, arson, strikes to the closure of companies. Disputes should be resolved peacefully and mutually beneficial. Outsourcing or outsourcing is a system that has been widely used in business entities. Some parties consider that outsourcing efficiency in business processes can be achieved, but for some other parties, outsourcing is considered to be detrimental to workers. Legally, there have been several laws and regulations in Indonesia that accommodate the permissibility of implementing an outsourcing system.

Abstract

Deradicalization has a wide range of meanings, starting from matters of belief, legal handling, to correctionalization as an effort to change "radical" to "non-radical". But in simple terms, deradicalization can be understood as an effort to neutralize radicalism for those who are involved in acts of terrorism and their sympathizers, so that the terrorists or their sympathizers leave the violence. This definition of deradicalization is far from the tendency to corner certain religions. Because radicalism can grow in any religious community. Terror has been present and incarnated in our lives as a scourge, as a vicious virus and frightening monster which at times can not be expected to manifest "national and global catastrophes", including realizing human tragedies, castration of national dignity and the tragedy of human rights tragedy. Abstract

Waqf is an Islamic social and religious institution that has played an important role in the history of Muslim society. Cash waqf is a solution that can make waqf more productive. The potential for cash waqf in Indonesia is enormous. Management of cash waqf in a professional manner is expected to be able to develop cash waqf and provide benefits for the welfare of the wider community. Therefore there is a need for innovation in the development of cash waqf assets and one of them is by way of investment.This type of research is library research (library research), in the sense that all data sources come from written materials in the form of books, documents, magazines and texts that are related to the topic of discussion through a review of various literature related to research which includes primary, secondary data. , dantertier. The data collected, read.The results of this study are that in practice the management of cash waqf is contained in the form of programs, including: educational programs, social programs, health programs, and economic programs. Cash waqf is a program that is in accordance with Islamic law because in it there are many benefits for mankind both in this world and in the hereafter. Keywords: Waqf, Money, and Islamic Economics.
