AbstractIn conditions in the wild we often have difficulty in determining the direction, especially if we do not carry a pointing device such as a compass, therefore the position of heavenly bodies can be relied upon. The existence of celestial objects can be a navigation instrument that becomes a reference in determining the direction of the Qibla by observing the position of the star, this study was conducted to prove whether the position of a star can be used as a natural tool other than the sun in determining the Qibla direction.This study aims to answer the questions that formulate the problem: "How to use star navigation in determining the direction of Qibla in the wild and includes the results of the accuracy of the calculations and observations". This study uses qualitative research, data collected by means of interviews (interviews), observation, documentation and then analyzed by descriptive analysis method.The results of this study: the method of determining the direction of the Qibla by looking at the direction of the star in a particular month and time can be a reference to facing the Qibla direction accurately. To get these results, you can use regulus stars in the Leo constellation in April to May with calculations using the formula:WK = (X / 15) + (21˚ 32 '59.24 ") - (0˚ 03' 56.55" x date)) + KWD (for April).WK = (X / 15) + (19˚ 34 '42.56 ") - (0˚ 03' 56.55" x date)) + KWD (for May).In addition to using the above formula, getting accurate results is used as well as trial observations using a special compass tool to determine the Qibla direction. In this case, from April to May the location of the wild becomes a strategic place to determine the direction of the Qibla using regulus stars at a certain time. So wherever there is no reason for prayer not facing the Qibla direction.

The purpose of this researchhow much influence the use of Image media and guided writing Methode to increase student Writing Skills in learning Arabic in class XII K MA NU Patrol Indramayu. And One of the factors that influence the success or failure of learning is the teacher. Therefore, teachers must be clever in choosing the right methods so that the expected learning objectives can be achieved to the maximum. One alternative that is used is to apply Image media and guided writing method in Writing learning. That picture media is one of the learning media that is directed to facilitate students in understanding learning. And Image media and guided writing method is an effective method, because this method able to provide understanding for students and make them even more enthusiastic in learning, especially in Writing Skills learning. This research uses quantitative methods with the type of pre experiment designmethods with analysis one group pre test-post test. Data collection methods in this study are by observation, tests and Documentation, while data analysis in this study is to use, normality test, homogeneity test t test and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that students'Skill of learning Arabic Writing without using Image media and guided writing method in the class is with a minimum value of 62, a maximum of 85 with an average of 73.53. students'Skill of learning Arabic Writing with using Image media and guided writing method in the class with a minimum value of 73, a maximum of 95 with an average of 87, 40. This means that there is an influence of the use of Image media and guided writing method to increase ability students in the Writing Skills.

The difficult situation during the pandemic has made the domestic economic situation chaotic, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. This service activity is a form of concern for the world of education towards environmental conditions, especially during the pandemic. Service activities are carried out at the BSD modern market, South Tangerang. The activity method is carried out by means of digital marketing training for small and medium business actors in the BSD modern market. In addition, the participants were invited to practice creating digital stores in various domestic marketplaces. Then also taught about how to make sales internationally through the ebay, alibaba, and amazon marketplaces. The result of this activity is to increase the knowledge of small and medium businesses in the modern market of BSD in marketing their products online. Then help open a digital store, so they can sell their products online.

Business strategy aims to achieve the long-term goals to be achieved and find a position in the home industry so that the household industry business can protect itself against the pressures of competition. This research aims to develop business strategy that already owned by the home industry so that the home industry business can withstand the pressures of increasingly intense competition in the market. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. Data collection techniques are done by semi-structured interview methods using purposive sampling in selecting speakers. In testing the validity of the data in this study was conducted by analyzing the external environment using internal environment through business function. The right strategy for the company in the results of this research is aggressive strategy. With the alternative strategy the company can achieve the desired objectives and can withstand the pressure of existing competition

Dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan mental dan moral pendidik memiliki kompetensi kepribadian melalui program pembinaan mental dan moral yaitu pendidikan karakter, religius berwawasan kebangsaan dan pelestarian lingkungan. Konflik interpersonal adalah perselisihan dan ketidaksesuaian tindakan antara dua orang anggota organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan mereka sehingga menghalangi prestasi, harapan dan keinginan orang lain. Menganalisis pengaruh perilaku analisis kritis, pengendalian diri, citra diri terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya konflik interpersonal. Pengelolaan konflik interpersonal pada anggota lembaga kemahasiswaan adalah proses atau cara yang digunakan seorang anggota lembaga kemahasiswaan untuk menghadapi serta menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan menemukan jalan keluar dalam perselisihan dan ketidaksesuaian tindakan antara dua orang anggota organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan, harapan dan keinginan masing-masing pihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive judgment sampling yang bersifat nonprobabilistik. Metode ini digunakan dalam penelitian ini agar semakin kecilnya kesempatan yang sama untuk terpilih menjadi sampel sehingga informasi tiap individunya tepat sasaran. Dimana responden yang dipilih yaitu Taruna Polimarin Semarang. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel analisis kritis memiliki signifikansi 0,007, dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05 maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel analisis kritis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap konflik interpersonal. Pengaruh variabel pengendalian diri terhadap konflik interpersonal diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,017, dengan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh pengendalian diri yang signifikan terhadap konflik interpersonal, namun terlihat pada nilai beta yang positif, pengaruh variabel citra diri terhadap konflik interpersonal diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,307. Dengan nilai signifikansi di atas 0,05 maka variabel citra diri tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap konflik interpersonal.
