Abstract

While the technique of data analysis in this study the authors use the method of SPSS (Statiscal Package Of Social Science). Based of the result of the analysis can be in the know that the style of leadership, discipline and communication work positively affects employee satisfaction at PT. Agung Auto mall Branches Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru. These there independent variables influence, either partially or simultan on the job satisfaction at PT. Agung Auto mall Branches Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru. Based on the result of this study the authors suggest that the company pay more attention to leadership style, as a leader should be able to give you more motivation to employees and provide an introduction to how importand result of an effort, put the interest of the group of personal things and create a work environment that discipline in order to avoid gaps social as well as provide examples and create good communication within the company in order to create employee satisfaction at PT. Agung Automall Branches Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru.Keywords: Styles Leadhersip, Discipline, and Communication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of mental and physical workload and work stress to the nurses in Dr. AchmadMochtar Hospital in Bukittinggi. This research is a descriptive study, which the research looking for a variable value without connect it with other variables. The file in this study conducted by questionnaire. The result of the descriptive analysis of physical workload indicates the light category which is 100-200 kcal/hour. For the mental workload is average at 67,51 for ICU/ICCU, 76,42 for rooms KB IGD, and 77,64 for the room IGD each of which fall into the average category. And for stress in work shows the number 113,38 that can be categorized in average. Based on theses results, it can be concluded that the workload of mental, physical, and work stress is have no significant effect to the nurses during activity, but it should be noted to avoid increasement on those variables.Keywords: workload of mental, workload of physical, work stress

Abstract

This research aims to take effect on the caused by the independent variable that consists of Workload, Individual Role in Organization and Personality One of the Nurses Job Stress. This study uses census or sample saturated. This method mengisisyaratkan all members of the sample population as sample, due to the limited number of samples. So in this research, the sample is the entire population of 97 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous with SPSS (version 17.0). From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test (F test) showed that Workload, Dlama Individual Role of the Organization, and Personality Someone together have a significant effect on Nurses Job Stress. Partial test (t test) showed that Workload has the most influence kuatter the Nurses Job Stress, whereas Individual Role in Organization and Personality One need to have an influence on Nurses Job Stress. The magnitude of the effect that the (R ^ 2) by these three independent variables together against the dependent variable of 49.1% while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.Keywords : Job Stress, Workload, Individual Role In Organization, and One’s Personality.
