Abstract

AbstrakProfesionalitas guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang nyaman, aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan merupakan salah satu ketrampilan guru yang harus dikuasai. Guru profesional indikatornya adalah mengajar sesuai dengan latar belakang keilmuannya, memiliki sertifikat sertifikasi, disiplin dalam kerja, dan mampu mengelola kelas sebagai tempat belajar yang nyaman bagi siswa. Sikap profesionalitas guru dan manajemen kelas dapat mempengaruhi semangat belajar siswa di kelas. Karena kelas yang dikelola dengan baik akan menjadikan siswa nyaman dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas. Situasi nyaman dalam pembelajaran akan menumbuhkan kreatifitas siswa untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Didukung dengan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa aktif (pembelajaran kooperatif), maka tujuan pembelajaran yang telah direncanakan dapat tercapai dan prestasi belajar siswa akan menjadi lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas Guru, manajemen kelas, Pembelajaran Kooperatif dan Prestasi belajar.AbstractProfessionalism teachers in creating learning comfortable, active, creative, and pleasing is one of skills also teachers who had to controlled. Professional indicators teachers is the teaching in accordance with knowledge background, have a certificate, discipline in work, and able to manage class as a learning comfortable for students. Attitude professionalism teachers and management class can affect eager to study from the classroom. Because a class managed will make students comfortable in following their experiences in the class .The situation at ease in learning will nurturing creativity students to actively in their experiences in the class .Supported by learning model involving students active (learning cooperative), so the purpose of learning that have been planned can be achieved and student learning achievements will be better.Keyword: Professionalism of teacher, management class, learning cooperative and learning achievement

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of job characteristics, supervision, employee behavior and work discipline individually and collectively on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Housing and Settlement Area Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study explain that job characteristics have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Muara Enim Regency. Supervision has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Employee behavior has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Work discipline has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Job characteristics, supervision, employee behavior and work discipline have a significant joint effect on the effectiveness of the work of the employees of the Muara Enim District Housing and Settlement Area Office.

Abstract

Research with the aim to determine and analyze the effect of work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and compensation system partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that work ability has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. Work motivation has a significant effect on work performance. Work situation has a significant effect on work performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work performance. The compensation system has a significant effect on work performance. Work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and the compensation system have a jointly significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, service facilities, discipline of service officers, service procedures, interpersonal communication and the ability of service officers both individually and collectively on satisfaction in the people of South Tanjung Enim Village, Lawang Kidul District, Regency Muara Enim. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study obtained that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction in the people of South Tanjung Enim Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency. Service facilities have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Discipline of service personnel has a significant effect on community satisfaction. Service procedures have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on community satisfaction. The ability of service officers has a significant effect on community satisfaction. Service quality, service facilities, discipline of service personnel, service procedures, interpersonal communication and the ability of service personnel have a significant effect on satisfaction of the people of Tanjung Enim Selatan Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency.
