The research aims is to examine the quality of refill drinking water around UNISMA campus, it is reviewed about the test of physical, chemical and microbiological quality, and to know whether the quality of drinking water is in compliance with quality standard of drinking water No.492/MENKES/PER/1V/2010. Using method of qualitative descriptive is the parameter of smell and taste. Quantitative descriptive parameters are temperature and turbidity, TDS, conductivity, pH, DO and coliform. Test and analysis of quantitative is done in laboratory toward the water sampling of refilled drinking water that is taken from three depots with purposive sampling. Sample is replicated three times from respective depot. Refill drinking water in around the UNISMA campus of Malang, the test of odor, taste, physical, chemical and microbiological quality; temperature, turbidity, TDS, Conductivity, pH, DO, and coliform, is qualify to be consumed by the people, because the value of each parameter has fulfilled the quality standard from the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.492/MENKE/PER/IV/2010. Keyword: quality; refill drinking water; physical, chemical and microbiological parameter ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa kualitas air minum isi ulang di sekitar kampus UNISMA ditinjau tentang uji kualitas fisik, kimia dan mikrobiologi serta mengetahui apakah kualitas air minum isi ulang sudah sesuai standar baku mutu kualitas air minum No.492/MENKES/PER/1V/2010. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk parameter : Bau dan Rasa, sedangkan deskripstif kuantitatif untuk parameter: Suhu, Kekeruhan, TDS, Konduktivitas, pH, DO dan Coliform. Uji dan analisis kuantitatif dilaksanakan di laboratorium terhadap sampel air minum isi ulang yang di ambil dari tiga depo air minum secara purposive (sengaja). Sampel diulang 3 kali dari masing-masing depo. Air minum isi ulang di sekitar kampus UNISMA Malang ditinjau dari parameter bau, rasa, kualitas fisik, kimia dan mikrobiologi; suhu, kekeruhan, TDS, konduktivitas, pH, DO, dan koliform, memenuhi syarat untuk dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat, karena nilai masing-masing parameter tersebut sudah memenuhi standar baku mutu dari Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No.492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010.
