Abstract

Leadership bases on value shall can be made momentum to all leader to preparé it self in order to become successful leader. Opinion sight to leadership bases on value will be able to change opinion sight and behavior of a leader of future. On that account, to build leadership in front hence early on need to be created someone character who is having honestly value, integrity, advantage, humanitarian, and opportunity. Leader of also must have 4 base principle to can form company culture bases for that is needing existence of seriousness from all party involving in forming leadership of future being based on value jointly.

Abstract

The  capacity  of women  in  politics  in  Indonesia  to  date  has not  shown  significant  progress.  This  is  evident  from  not   fulfilling the  quota  of  women  serving  in  government  and   political institutions,  thus  triggering   the  apolitical  attitude of women. Therefore,  empowerment  of  women  in  politics  into a critical discourse  to  encourage more  women  go  into   politics. Efforts must be  made  by  government  and  non  government agencies that have the empowerment of women equal to men.

Abstract

In the face of the complex issues, including poverty problem. Indonesia needs a big and strong leader, by AB Susanto called Quantum Leadership. With the quantum-spirited leadership of a visionary leader who should be able to move and control an organization or company. In the fight against poverty in Indonesia, as now desperately needed leaders who minded philanthropist1 is a sensitive leader who has a high responsiveness in addressing social problems of society and leaders who hove high social responsibility or ‘!corporate social leadership”. A leader must be willing to either sacrifice time, energy and mind, more willing to fight for a small increase in people’s lives rather than personal interests.

Abstract

This research aim to know the effect of service quality to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction in mediator variable in customer Banking in BPR – BKK Grogol.  The analysis in this research used multiple linear regression test,  t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The result of this research shown reliability,  responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are positively effects to customer loyalty in model I and not significance in model II. Significance test value of  F = 0,000. That’s mean there are the effect simulating of reliability,  responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles to customer loyalty. The t t result only variable assurance and tangible to partial effect on customer loyalty. R2 test (determination coefficient) is 0,512. It means independent variables ability (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles) in explaining dependent variable (customer loyalty) is 51,2%.
