This study aims to determine The Effect of Occupational Safety and Health, WorkEnvironment, and Workload on Employees Performance at PT. Mitra BetonMandiri Pekanbaru. This study uses a census sampling technique in which thesampling technique uses the entire population as the research sample. Thesamples in this study were all factory employees at BP I PT. Mitra Beton MandiriPekanbaru, totaling 60 people. The data obtained were collected using aquestionnaire which was then analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysisapproach with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that: 1) there isa positive and significant effect between the independent variables (OccupationalSafety and Health, Work Environment, and Workload) simultaneously or togetheron the dependent variable (Employees Performance) at PT. Mitra Beton MandiriPekanbaru. 2) there was a positive and significant effect between the independentvariables (Occupational Safety and Health, Work Environment, and Workload)partially or individually on the dependent variable (Employees Performance) atPT. Forecasting is the art and science of predicting future events using data from the past. This research was conducted at PT. Ekadura Indonesia which aims to find out how to calculate the correct and effective production forecasting and to find out the most suitable forecasting method for the production of crude palm oil PT. Ekadura Indonesia. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the analysis used in this study includes the method of moving average, exponential smoothing, and trend projectionby comparing the forecasting error rate measured from the smallest mean absolute percentage error. The result of this study indicate that of the three methods used, the projection trend methods have the smallest mean absolute percentage error, which is 2,1023%.Keyword: Forecasting, Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, Trend Projection, and MAPE.

This study aims to examine the effect of preventive maintenance andcorrective maintenance on reliability maintenance on CPO processing machinesat PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam. This research was conducted in Lubuk DalamDistrict, Siak Regency. The sampling method used is the saturated sampletechnique, where the respondents are 84 people who are divided into maintenanceand production sections. The data analysis method used in this study is multiplelinear regression analysis and uses the SPSS version 25.0 application. The resultsof this study indicate that preventive maintenance has an effect on reliabilitymaintenance at PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam and corrective maintenance has aneffect on reliability maintenance at PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam. From the resultsof the research conducted, the simultaneous regression test showed that thevariable preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance had a significanteffect on reliability maintenance on the CPO processing machine of PKS PTPN VLubuk Dalam. This study aims to determine the effect of quality management practices on businessperformance and business competitive advantage as a mediating variable in theboba beverage business in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were bobabeverage businesses in Pekanbaru City, totaling 83. The sampling technique usedthe Slovin formula so that the number of research samples was 69. The hypothesistesting in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. Theresults of the study show that 1) Total quality management practices has a positiveand significant effect on competitive advantage in the Boba Beverage Business inPekanbaru City. 2) Total quality management practices has a positive andsignificant effect on business performance at the Boba Beverage Business inPekanbaru City. 3) Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect onbusiness performance in the Boba Beverage Business in Pekanbaru City. 4)Competitive advantage mediates the relationship between total qualitymanagement practices and business performance in the Boba Beverage Business inPekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the effect of Supply Chain Management,Entrepreneurship Orientation, and Product Innovation partially and simultaneously oncompetitive advantage. This research is a quantitative research conducted on 26 RattanHandicraft creative industries in Rumbai District. The primary data of this study weredata collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data wereprocessed using SPSS 23 for further analysis descriptively, and multiple regressionanalysis to determine the results of the research. 26 samples were selected using theSaturated sample method (from 26 population businesses of Tassel rattan handicrafts).The results of this study indicate that Supply Chain Management has an effect on thecompetitive advantage of the rattan handicraft business in Rumbai District.Entrepreneurship orientation affects the competitive advantage of the rattan craftbusiness in Rumbai District. Product innovation affects the competitive advantage of therattan craft business in Rumbai District. Supply Chain Management, EntrepreneurshipOrientation, and Product Innovation simultaneously influence the competitive advantageof rattan in Rumbai District. So if the 3 variables increase at the same time, it will causecompetitive advantage to increase. This research was conducted on PCM and HK PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbarumachines, which aims to determine the effect of preventive maintenance and correctivemaintenance on reliability maintenance. This research is a quantitative researchconducted on PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. The primary data of this study were datacollected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data were processedusing SPSS for further analysis descriptively, and multiple linear regression analysis todetermine the results of the research. 33 samples were selected by the Saturated samplemethod The results of this study indicate that preventive maintenance has an effect onreliability maintenance at PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of work fatigue on performance with workstress as an intervening variable in the production division of Rotte Bakery workers. Thepopulation in this study included all workers in the production division of Rotte Bakery,amounting to 68 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using PathAnalysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science)program. The sampling technique chosen for this study is a non-probability samplingtechnique using the saturated sampling method (census sampling), namely the entireRotteam production section of Rotte Bakery, totaling 68 people. The results showed that:1) work fatigue had a negative and significant effect on the performance variables ofRotte Bakery workers in the production section, 2) job fatigue had a positive andsignificant effect on work stress variables for Rotte Bakery workers in the productionsection, 3) work stress had a negative and no effect. significant to the performancevariable, 4) work stress has no effect as an intervening variable or a variable thatmediates the relationship between work fatigue and performance. In the world's health care system, nurses have a very important role intreating and treating patients. The Mandau Duri Regional General Hospital is ahospital categorized as a type B hospital belonging to the Duri RegionalGovernment. Nurses at the Mandau Hospital must give their best performance.Behind a good performance, there will definitely be a physical workload andstress that follows. This study aims to determine the effect of physical workload onperformance with work stress as a mediating variable for nurses at Mandau DuriHospital. Primary data were collected with a questionnaire as an instrument. Totest the hypothesis using SEM with the help of the SMARTPLS applicationprogram. The population in this study includes all nurses who work in the ICUand IGD. Sampling technique using the census method, the sample of this studyamounted to 37 nurses. The results of the study indicate that: 1) there is anegative and significant influence between physical workload on the performanceof nurses in Mandau Hospital, 2) there is a positive and significant influencebetween physical workload on work stress in nurses at Mandau Hospital, 3) thereis an influence negatively and significantly between work stress on theperformance of nurses in Mandau Hospital, 4) there is a negative and significanteffect of physical workload on nurses' performance through work stress as amediating variable on nurses at Mandau Duri Hospital. The company is a management function and a collection of people involved in anactivity to achieve a predetermined goal. In practice, companies need resources tocarry out business activities. One of the resources needed to manage the businessactivities of a company is human resources (HR). Human resources have a veryimportant role because without this element the company will not be able to achievethe goals that have been set. Work productivity will be very important in improvingcompany performance, this is because work productivity is a measure of the qualityand quantity of a workforce in a unit of time to achieve results. or work performanceeffectively and efficiently with the resources used. This study aims to see anddetermine the direct effect of 5S implementation on work productivity. Thepopulation in this study were all employees at PT. Ekaputra Prada Indonesia inPekanbaru totaling 45 people, using Multiple Linear Regression. In this study, thesampling method used the Census Technique, which is a sampling technique inwhich the entire population is selected to be a member of the sample so that thesample becomes 45 respondents. The results in this study Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,Seiketsu and Shitsuke have a significant effect on Work Productivity. With themaintenance of space and better organization of the workplace, it will be able toincrease company profits and also enable companies to show potential strengthsand abilities so that the implementation of 5S will provide an increase in workproductivity. The Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province is one of the representativeinstitutions of the Central Statistics Agency in the regions which has the maintask of providing basic statistical data in accordance with the provisions ofapplicable laws and regulations. This research was conducted at the CentralBureau of Statistics Jalan Patimurra No. 12 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of competence, work discipline and training onemployee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population inthis study were 82 employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Riau province.The sample in this study was the entire population, amounting to 82 people. Thesampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling. This study usesmultiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this studyindicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on performance,work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, and thetraining variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile,simultaneously the variables of competence, work discipline and training have apositive and significant effect on employee performance.
