This study aims to look at the effect of quality management implementation on employee performance in Payakumbuh healt centers. The population in this study includes all employee at healt centers, totaling 312 people. The sample taking technique was using purposive sampling so obtained sample of 175 respondents. The dependent variable (Y) in this study was employee performance the independent variable is customer focus (X1), education and training (X2), continuous emprowerment (X3) amd teamwork (X4). The analisys method was multippled regression linier berganda. For data processing was using SPSS 23. The results showed that There significant effect of customer focus on the employee performance, there significant effect of education and training on the employee performance, there significant effect of continuous emprowerment on the employee performance and there significant effect of teamwork on the employee performance.Keywords : quality management, customer focus, education and training, continuous emprowerment, employee performance

This research aims to find out the influence of trust and cooperation on supply chain performance and competitive advantage on rendang processed IMIs in Payakumbuh City. The samples in this study include all rendang processed IKM in Payakumbuh City. The number of sample populations used is 41 respondents from IKM processed rendang. Primary data was collected with questionnaires as instruments to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis with the help of its analysis tool using WarpPLS Software. The results of this study show that there is a positive influence of trust on supply chain performance indicated by β = 0.343 p-value = 0.007 (≤0.05), and the cooperation positively affects supply chain performance indicated by β = 0.261 p-value = 0.035 (≤ 0.05). Supply chain performance positively affects competitive advantage indicated by β = 0.596 p-value = <0.001 (≤0.05).Keywords: Trust, Cooperation, Supply chain performance, Competitive advantage.

This study aims to determine the effect of total implementation Quality Management (TQM) Towards Productivity With Leadership As a Moderating Variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency. The population in this study includes all section employees production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Siak Regency, which totaling 53 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument for prove the results of research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method (53 people PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk Dalam Regency Siak). The results showed: 1) there was a positive influence and significant Total Quality Management of productivity in employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Lubuk In Siak Regency, 2) there is influence positively and significantly moderated total Quality Management Leadership on productivity of employees at PT. The company who has intention to improve their competitiveness in this tough industrycompetitive era must concern about the supply chain, and also can produce quality products. This study aims to determine the effects of Total Quality Managementand Supply Chain Management to Organizational Performance at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau. The sample in this study includes employees at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau, totaling 30 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research , to test the hypothesisin this study is using multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected with an interview and distributing questionnaire directly. The result showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance at PT. This study aims to determine the effect of (1) how much is the optimal amount of raw material purchases, (2) how many the frequency of raw material purchases is, (3) what the total inventory costs are of an efficient resource supply, and (4) when is the right time to reorder point. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is a technique for obtaining raw material inventory in a company that determines how many beneficial orders are for each time an order is ordered with a predetermined frequency and when to reorder point. This method aims to minimize total inventory costs. Using this method can also reduce inventory costs so that inventory efficiency is good and the optimal number of order units can be achieved by keeping costs to a minimum. The results showed that (1) the amount of raw material procurement carried out by the Usaha Jepara Brownies Pekanbaru was not optimal, (2) the optimal frequency of raw material procurement was four times a year or once every three months, (3) the Usaha Jepara Brownies Pekanbaru was too wasteful in spending the total inventory cost, and (4) the reorder point implemented by the company has not been regular.Keywords: EOQ, purchase frequency, Total inventory cost, and reorder point

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of quality management (X) on organizational performance (Y) by mediating operational performance (M) in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were all SMEs in the processing industry sector that had received PP-IRT certificates in Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaling 57 SMEs. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study was to use SEM-PLS with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (57 SMEs in the manufacturing sector who have received PP-IRT Certificates in Kuantan Singingi Regency). The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of the application of quality management on operational performance, 2) There is a positive and significant effect of the application of quality management on organizational performance, 3) There is a positive and significant effect of operational performance on organizational performance, 4) There is a the positive and significant influence of the application of quality management on organizational performance mediated by operational performance of SMEs in the processing industry sector that have received PP-IRT Certificate in Kuantan Singingi Regency.Keywords: Quality Management, Operational Performance, Organizational Performance

The problems that occur in this competitive era, are not only in the manufacturing industry but in the service industry, especially in the industry engaged in the health sector, namely hospitals. This study aims to determine the effect of waste and value stream on employee lean service performance at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. The sample in this study were employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital to 76 respondents. Primary data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results in this study indicate that: 1) Waste has a significant effect but has a negative relationship to lean service performance at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, 2) Value stream has a significant and positive effect on lean service performance, 3) Waste and Value Stream has a simultaneous effect on lean service performance on employees at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital.Keywords : Lean Service Performance; Waste; Value Stream; Multiple Linear Regression.

This study aims to determine the effect of physical workload and mental workload on work fatigue and work stress on employees of the production division of CV. Surya Pelangi Pekanbaru City. The population in this study includes all employees of the production division of CV. Surya Pelangi Pekanbaru City, which amounted to 50 people. Primary data collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test this research hypothesis, path analysis (path analysis) was used with the help of SPSS version 26. The sampling technique used was the total sample method or made the entire population as a sample of 50 employees of the production division of CV Surya Pelangi Pekanbaru City.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Physical Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Fatigue, 2) Mental Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Fatigue, 3) Physical Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, 4) Mental Workload positive and significant effect on Work Stress, 5) Work Fatigue has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, 6) Physical Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress through Work Fatigue, 7) Mental Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress through Fatigue Work.Keywords: Physical Workload, Mental Workload, Work Fatigue and Work Stress

Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and Work Stress are one of the problems that frequently occur in employees that can interfere with work productivity with this phenomenon, this study aims to describe the level of risk of musculoskeletal system complaints and an overview of the level of work-related stress in employees in the production department. PT Tirta Sari Surya Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study included all employees of the production division in 2020 who work at PT Tirta Sari Surya Indragiri Hulu, which has 374 employees, the sample calculation is carried out employing the Slovin technique on as many as 80 respondents. Data were collected using a standardized and valid questionnaire. The method used to affect the level of complaints of the musculoskeletal system represent the Nordic Body Map method. The method of assessing the level of work stress is the scoring method and the stress research questionnaire from the Health and Safety Executive with 5 Likert scales. The results indicated that from 80 respondents, and it was portrayed that: 1) the level of risk of musculoskeletal system complaints was 30 respondents (37.5%) in the moderate risk category, 46 respondents (60%) in the high-risk category and 2 respondents (2.5%) in the very high-risk category. The highest risk level for musculoskeletal system complaints is in the high risk category, so immediate corrective action is needed from the company and employees. The results of the Nodic Body Map questionnaire show the category of complaints of mild pain in the elbows and thighs. The category of complaints is cramp in the neck, shoulders, superior arms, waist, hips, forearms, and wrists. The category of complaints is terribly sick in the back of the body. 2) the level of work stress risk as many as 6 respondents (7.5%) in the moderate stress risk category and 74 respondents (92.5%) in the high stress risk category. The level of work stress is dominated by the high risk category, so immediate corrective action is needed from the company and employees.Keywords: Musculoskeletal System Complaints, Work Stress, Nordic Body Map, Health and Safety Executive

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) layout and location on buying interest, (2) layout on buying interest, and (3) location on buying interest. The sample in this study was taken using probability sampling technique, namely sampling by providing equal opportunities for each element of the population to be selected as sample members. The questionnaire was addressed to consumers of the O'Chicken franchise in Pekanbaru. The number of sample population used is 75 respondents from O'chicken franchise consumers in Pekanbaru. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through the IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0 software. The results showed that (1) layout and location simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the consumer buying interest variable of 48.60%, (2) layout had no significant effect on consumer buying interest, and (3) location had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.Keywords: Layout, Location, and Buying Interest
