Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Management Functions to Fishers Income in Lagading Village Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang Regency and To determine the factors that affect the Application of Management Functions in Lagading Village Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang District.The population in this study is the total number of fishermen in the village of Lagading is 106 people. Sample 51 people, taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, koesioner and literature study. Data analysis using likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management functions are in the less good category that is 51% of fisherman's income is in good category that is 72%, while the factors that influence the implementation of management functions in Lagading Village Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 70 % are in either category.

Abstract

Transmigration program in its development has become the strategy of developing villages. However, in some region, it occurs the decrease of transmigration performance. This study aimed to analyze development stadia of ex transmigration villages (the transmigration settlement after restoration) and to compare it with the development of non transmigration villages in Pelalawan District as well as to analyze factors which influence the development of ex transmigration villages in Pelalawan District.. The result of this study shows that (1) the development of ex transmigration villages is better than that of non transmigration villages, (2) percentage of ex transmigration villages in non farming industry supported by farming industry are increasing (3) easy access, road quality, longer transmigration settlement, and numbers of industries in the ex transmigration villages are factors which influence the ex transmigration villages to reach better village stadia

Abstract

This study aimed to determine "the improvement of students’ achievement in writing poetry through Contextual Teaching and Learning Model in Year X IPA-1 of MAN 2 West Aceh Academic Year 2022-2023" class X IPA-1 research sample, totaling 25 students. This study used Classroom Action Research with the method of observation, data collection, testing, documentation and data analysis. This study used two cycles to find out the increase in the results of the ability to write poetry in Year X IPA-1 of MAN 2 West Aceh Academic Year 2022-2023. The results of this study indicated that the Contextual Teaching and Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Year X IPA-1 of MAN 2 West Aceh. It could be seen from the results of learning in the pre-cycle, cycle I and II. As for student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle, it was only 8 students (32%) who completed the passing grades, in cycle I, it increased to 17 students (68%) who reached the passing grades, and in cycle II, it got 25 students (100%) reach the passing grade.
